Hello Evo community,

I’ve been lurking and doing my research and finally decided to pull the plug on my first cycle. I’ve enjoyed listening to your podcasts and reading a slew of amazing content through the forums.

A little about me: I’m 44, 5-10 and 220, body fat currently sitting about 15% former military and in decent shape. I’ve been working out on and off over the last 3-4 until recently. I have been in TRT right now for about 4 months with a pretty decent dose of 250mg-wk. This gave me motivation and desire to start working out more routinely, watch my diet and stay motivated. I’ve gained about 10 pounds of muscle in these 4 months and I’m ready to step it up and increase the test and add a low dose of Deca.

Here is my plan:
Week 1-4 Keep my current TRT dose of 250/wk, 300mg Deca and 25mg D Bol kickstart
Week 5-10 400mg Test, 300mg Deca
Week 11-12 400mg Test

I plan to have an AI on hand and I currently have milk thistle as on cycle support. What else should I grab for on cycle support and also I currently plan on just maintaining my TRT dose as a cruise after my cycle. Should I do anything additional for PCT.

Run the same doses for the entire cycle. No need to pyramid up. The esters in the drugs do that for you. Also run the deca the whole cycle. 5 weeks is pointless.

Yea im running the deca for 10 weeks of the 12 week cycle and running d bol only the first 4 weeks. Do you think running d bol and full strength test in the beginning would be fine. I read a sample cycle on here that had test e the first week with Deca and d bol then dropped the test completely and didn’t start again until dropping the d bol.

Meant running D Bol with just my TRT dose and deca the first 4 weeks, I can see how that could have been misunderstood: but just running the D Bol during for the first 4-weeks

Yes run the same dosage test and deca for the whole cycle. Run the dbol fist 4-5 weeks.

I will post all of this once I receive the gear. It should be shipping out any day, payment was recieved so shipping is being processed. When I get the gear I will post pics and layout details of my diet and training regime. I have a personal trainer I meet with once a week just to keep me on the right path with my workouts and we have a posing room at my gym so I’ll have my trainer take pics every week. What about tattoos? I have pretty recognizable tattoos should I still post pictures of myself with face blurred?

you don't have to drop deca 2 weeks prior
people say that because deca has such a long half life but its not a big deal
 
I agree with RR......just start everything on the same day (test and deca). Dbol looks fine. I would get N2Guard instead of just milk thistle. Dbol is a liver toxic oral so you need proper support.

That’s for the suggestion. The cycle is already planned and gear ordered. If I don’t like the effects of Deca I will try NPP in the future. Thanks for the suggestion!

So here’s the deal. I work 50-60 hours a week and I’m going to have time to updating every single day or give you guys my meals everyday, and workouts everyday, and take pictures of everything I eat.

I can update you through my cycle with weekly pic updates, pictures of meals when I have time, and give everyone a weekly recap of my lifting program and diet for the week. If this isn’t good enough I won’t waste anyone’s time and bow out now.

I free hand type mine out everyday and takes about 5 minutes.
@RoidRage69 , in this situation @Mr.GoodKat is new to the logger and cycling, its his first cycle and if he doesn't log he might get serious negative side effects and no results, so I hope he stays
but lets give him time to adapt :)

Tuesday - One hour cardio
Wednesday- Chest / Back
Thursday- One hour cardio
Friday - Legs / Abs
Saturday - One hour cardio

Meals
I grocery shop and meal plan for the entire week and basically eat the same thing everyday. This weeks meal.

Breakfast
Overnight oats with one scoop protein powder.
Pre-workout
Abe preworkout, Protein bar, banana or pear
Intraworkout
1st Phorm EAA drink, Gatorade
Post workout
Protein shake, Gold Standard 2 scoops (50 grams), 2 cups cottage cheese and hard boiled egg
Lunch
Salad with either grilled chicken breast or broiled / blackened cod
Mid afternoon snack
Protein bar
Dinner
Black beans and brown rice with either fish or chicken

Cycle goal
Body recomp, to shed weight around my stomach while increasing mass in arms shoulders and chest. This is going to be a bulking cycle with slight recomp. My next cycle I plan to cut down depending on how much mass I can put in.

Experience
I am going into my third month of TRT and I haven’t really seen any substantial body changes. I was in the military and lifted wights about 20 years ago, off and on but nothing crazy. I have always had a strong athletic physique without having to workout at all. When I hit 40 that all changed. I have been lifting for the last month and lost about 2% body fat. I anxious to see what hard training and gear from Geneza can do to transform this middle aged guy.

I like to think I have pretty good genetics. I have only been working out for a month now and no real body composition change except a little bit of fat loss.

As far as probiotics I have yogurt in my overnight oats, about 2 cups or so. I will look into adding a fiber product into the diet.

My arm and shoulder workout is
Cable Curls 3 sets of rest pause to failure
Sit down dumbbell curls 3 sets rest pause to failure
Close grip lat pull downs 3 sets rest pause till failure
Triceps pull downs same
Skull crushers same
Military press same
Dumbbell shoulder extensions same

Chest back, a mix of bench presses, incline bench, butterflies, seated rows, lat pull downs, bent over rows, deadlift all rest pause till failure.

Same with Legs, you get the picture. A like to do 3 sets for each part all rest pause to failure and mix it up constantly to shock the body. And eliminate repetitive motion.

I have enough Dbol for 40, a couple days short of 6 weeks. 25mg day. 20- 50mg tabs

I’ll keep it up to date best I can. I just don’t want to make unreasonable expectations and say I will update this everyday. I always do what I say, my word is my bond and that’s important to me.

It’s crazy how many people tell you to do so many different things, like who the hell knows that they’re talking about. It’s confusing af, I’ve been told to change the length of my cycle, stop deca for npp, drop d bol for proviron, and some people say the cycle looks great. Just because something has worked for you in the past doesn’t mean it works for anyone. And all of this and no one has even asked one question about bloodwork. It seems like it a whole bunch of let’s throw spaghetti at the wall to see if it sticks. I think it’s irresponsible to be telling people what to put in THEIR body without looking at their bloodwork or knowing anything about medical history, or knowing anything about that person at all. My two cents

If you feel good then you should continue. Only you know you.

Taurine 5000mg day, did Tudca double dose first 2-days and just recieved n2guard today. So that I’ll be starting tomorrow. No side so far at all with the d bol. Irinwnis ear, body feels great. I did have a little bit of shin splints second day but upper the Taurine and they went away today

@Mr.GoodKat n2guard has taurine but extra will help, start taking the N2guard that will be the big push for health bro :)

Yes. I drink at least 2 electrolyte drinks daily. GNC had ghost hydration for $1 each and I bought 10 cases (120) they have 1000mg of electrolytes each and I always drink a Gatorade intra workout as well and 1st Phorm intra

1 Week Update

Week one is down and I’m really liking the results. I can see a visual body comp in progress and my body is starting to firm up and the fat melting away. I honestly didn’t” think I’d see visual results in such a short time but the evidence undeniable.

Weight I’m only down 1 pound but waist has decreased about 1.5 inches. There has been no side effects as of yet. I’m curious to see how my body will change as the Deca kicks in.

A little more love handles and mid section to slim up and I think when the deca kicks in I’ll start seeing mass gains but overall I’m definitely happy with the results after one week
