Approved Log My first cycle: Testosterone, Deca, Napsgear Geneza Pharma Cycle Log

Hello Evo community,

I’ve been lurking and doing my research and finally decided to pull the plug on my first cycle. I’ve enjoyed listening to your podcasts and reading a slew of amazing content through the forums.

A little about me: I’m 44, 5-10 and 220, body fat currently sitting about 15% former military and in decent shape. I’ve been working out on and off over the last 3-4 until recently. I have been in TRT right now for about 4 months with a pretty decent dose of 250mg-wk. This gave me motivation and desire to start working out more routinely, watch my diet and stay motivated. I’ve gained about 10 pounds of muscle in these 4 months and I’m ready to step it up and increase the test and add a low dose of Deca.

Here is my plan:
Week 1-4 Keep my current TRT dose of 250/wk, 300mg Deca and 25mg D Bol kickstart
Week 5-10 400mg Test, 300mg Deca
Week 11-12 400mg Test

I plan to have an AI on hand and I currently have milk thistle as on cycle support. What else should I grab for on cycle support and also I currently plan on just maintaining my TRT dose as a cruise after my cycle. Should I do anything additional for PCT.

Run the same doses for the entire cycle. No need to pyramid up. The esters in the drugs do that for you. Also run the deca the whole cycle. 5 weeks is pointless.

Yea im running the deca for 10 weeks of the 12 week cycle and running d bol only the first 4 weeks. Do you think running d bol and full strength test in the beginning would be fine. I read a sample cycle on here that had test e the first week with Deca and d bol then dropped the test completely and didn’t start again until dropping the d bol.

Meant running D Bol with just my TRT dose and deca the first 4 weeks, I can see how that could have been misunderstood: but just running the D Bol during for the first 4-weeks

Yes run the same dosage test and deca for the whole cycle. Run the dbol fist 4-5 weeks.

I will post all of this once I receive the gear. It should be shipping out any day, payment was recieved so shipping is being processed. When I get the gear I will post pics and layout details of my diet and training regime. I have a personal trainer I meet with once a week just to keep me on the right path with my workouts and we have a posing room at my gym so I’ll have my trainer take pics every week. What about tattoos? I have pretty recognizable tattoos should I still post pictures of myself with face blurred?
