I slept around 9 hours last night. Had good energy upon waking and throughout the day. Tweaked my shoulder on my shoulder workout last week. Had some x-rays taken on Friday. I got a call today that says I need to see my orthopedic surgeon about the shoulder. They said the images show distal clavicular osteolysis, so I’m assuming I’ll be getting an mri ordered when I see my doctor tomorrow. I’m gonna take the week off this for sure, may end the cycle of my doctor thinks it’s in my best interest. Will have more details on the 25th. Will be reducing caloric intake until I speak with the my doctor.

@Boxcutter these meals are on point!!
That’s one of the most intense workouts I’ve ever done.nice job on the hot yoga
that's not an easy class for 45 minutes
That’s exactly what my orthopedic surgeon told me. I’m gonna remove or replace the movements you just mentioned as well as all flys.unfortunately shoulder issues are common. i tore mine about 10 years ago
you will need to tweak your training depending on the severity
For me no more overhead and no more heavy lifts that put strain on my shoulders and make sure you improve your mobility and flexibility
@Boxcutter sorry to hear about the surgery on knee, I hope its the last one and after you can prep for the showSeptember 30 2024
I slept around 9 hours last night. Still feeling extremely energized even though I stopped my cycle. I’m hoping it will remain high over the next several weeks. My orthopedic surgeon said I need surgery on my knee again asap. However, I think I’m going to wait until after the holidays. So I’ll be shifting from my training into more of a muscle maintenance and cardio program. I’m thinking 1 upper body day and one lower body days week and then 45 minutes of hot vinyasa flow 5x a week. I have transitioned into a sports trt after my cycle to help maintain and also improve while I’m giving my body a bit of a rest.

I slept around 8 hours last night. I decided to keep the fast going until Wednesday morning at 10am. Workouts have been great, just a bit challenging. I definitely don’t feel the “on” feeling as most people describe it. However, my recovery is going great and the workouts are still amazing. The fast will have lasted around 65 hours when I break it, so not too bad for my first in quite a while. I’ve also added some walking back into the mix for a bit more cardio and to keep fat as low as possible.

I slept around 7.5 hours last night. Energy was still really good today. I started back in the gym today with a modified workout that I’ll be doing in addition to the hot vinyasa flow. It’ll be a 5 day split with exercises that I can do comfortably without causing anymore issues. Workout was amazing! I’m still feeling really strong. I didn’t notice any loss of strength since my cycle ended.

@Boxcutter sleep is perfect, and I see you got sust/mast combo in there, you consider npp/deca for recovery? joints
I feel like I can probably do that. I won’t try it anytime soon because of the shoulder, but I feel like I more than likely could. If you can do 315 for 4 sets of 10 on flat bench you should easily be able to do 405 for 3 reps.
I just dropped the npp when my cycle ended. I’m gonna drop some water and a bit of fat while I’m in this phase.@Boxcutter sleep is perfect, and I see you got sust/mast combo in there, you consider npp/deca for recovery? joints
meals always clean I love looking at your meal pics man
you gain fat on NPP? I doubt with your diet any drug would do that to you man @BoxcutterI just dropped the npp when my cycle ended. I’m gonna drop some water and a bit of fat while I’m in this phase.
No, not usually. It does make me hold water though, a significant amount less than deca but still water.you gain fat on NPP? I doubt with your diet any drug would do that to you man @Boxcutter![]()
might be helpful with the joints though @Boxcutter and its made for recoveryNo, not usually. It does make me hold water though, a significant amount less than deca but still water.

I slept around 8.5 hours last night. Energy is still great and cardio is a breeze. I’m really enjoying the ostazol, nutrazol, and hcgenerate. The yoga is really helping with a lot of my pain. I won’t say I don’t take pain pills at times, but I can typically manage without. Incorporated some new exercises today. I added some lighter rdls today to see if they bother the knee. Hopefully, it will go well and I can add some weight.
