Hovering around 218lbs. Seem to have plateaued a little bit in the weight loss but seem to firming up. All-in-all I am pleased with the progress this far. I heard Deca doesn’t really kick in until week 7-8 so I’m excited to see what happens when that kicks in high gear. My carbs have been extremely low so I will start carb cycling beginning of next week to replenish those exhausted glycogen stores.

I eat about 200-225g a protein a day. Limit carbs to about 50g and run about a 500 cal deficit. I have only dropped 3 pounds but nearly 5 inches in my waist. You can see a drastic difference from the picture I just posted to the one when I started. I’m definitely feeling the fatigue and can tell my muscle glycogen is depleted so I’m going to start carb cycling one day a week. I did it Tuesday and what a world of difference in how I felt and preformed in the gym

abs look tighter and you look bigger @Mr.GoodKatBack at it. Currently just running 600 Test and 400 Deca. I’m at about the 8-week mark. Started adding some more carbs in the diet cycling twice a week. Currently just doing weight training Monday Wednesday and Friday and cardio in between. Going to deload for a week to let my body recover a bit. Still dropping the fat and adding on some mean muscle.

This cycle has been great so far, I’ve learned a lot about my body and how I react to certain compounds, diet changes etc. I have experienced zero side effects so if that continues I plan on taking this a full 16 weeks.

This week I am coming off of a deload week. Current body weight is 215. Muscle definition is really starting to shine. I found that my body responds to doing higher reps fewer sets better than more sets less reps. Example if I do 3x20 curls vs 5x12 curls I get much better results even though the volume is close to identical.
Current workout plan is 3 on 1 off split.
Day 1 Chest/Shoulders
Day 2 Back / Arms
Day 3 Legs
Day 4 Rest
I do 60-90 minutes of zone 2 cardio a day evening rest days.
I have played around with a few different models but this one seems to be working the best.
Current diet is
300 Carbs
225 Protein
75 Fat
My body fat is at the point now where I can eat clean and up the carbs and maintain weight but add muscle for recomp.
All is good as far as sides, nothing at all noticeable. Recent bloodwork was nearly perfect. Check my blood pressure regularly and always normal or just a tad over.
I am going to push this cycle out to 16-weeks if everything continues the way it is.

No, I don’t have any itching soreness or lumps, I had a very large amount of chest fat accumulated that is still lingering. I take 12.5 Aromosin after every pin. I’ve had the start of it when I first started TRT so I know what that feels like and it’s definitely not gyno. I would say its estrogenic related, you need a SERM there, tamoxifen 20mgs /ed to start and we need to cut carbs and up cardio

Just TRT not on a cruise. Next cycle I plan on pushing the dosages a little bitThat's a pretty loose dose, at 200 mg a week. Don't be afraid to change that up.
