Really happy with today’s session. Weight was moving well, strength continues to climb and I was fucking in the zone. Lil update on PEDS, currently on 200test 100 primo 3iu hgh will be increased to 250test 200 primo 4iu hgh with 20mg of Anavar pre workout.

I meant this @Dumptruck I think you can do more on low rows, you seem strong and can easily up to volume reps man:)
I see what you mean bro, yeah possibly. I do think people add too much junk volume in their workouts as well increasing fatigue but gaining nothing else from a muscle stimulus point. Will definitely play around with more volume on certain movements but if you can gain the same stimulus/growth from less volume than that’s a win win to me

I find guys undertraining most of the time, especially guys on big cycles

Absolute fucking grind doing stairs after this session. 4iu of @Livewell2024 HGH has been a game changer in my recovery. but I have to say your Wednesday workout was fantastic on the legs

I've got to find a gym that has Hammer Strength machines
those are really good
 
Bulgarian split squats are really solid
and I like how you use variations with pendulum squats as well
 
nice workout on Thursday with the push lifting
I like how you started out with some StairMaster
