That was my idiot friend, I just knew what was going on when his girlfriend got me on the phone. She though he had taken some kind of drug but when I got there I realized he was beyond the point of us getting his sugar back up safely so we called EMS
 
Sorry for the disappearance guys, was out of town doing the family thing. Did good with my diet over the holiday for the most part. Stuck to strictly protein for meals other than my brother sabotaging me. He makes home made sourdough bread and I was unable to resist fresh baked bread bit out of the oven but I didn’t overindulge. Now it’s back to the grind hardcore, I’m determined to eat perfectly clean and get my training in evey day. Will give more information as to reps and weights as well as moening weight daily. Yesterday was one meal in the evening, venison spaghetti with spaghetti squash for the noodles. @Eddie Haskell and @NPC Champ, should I get back to my fasting routine? Today has just been black coffee and water so far.

Forgot to step on scale this morning
Black coffee and water during the day
Workout was stretching routine
3 sets planks held for 1.5 min each
3 sets of 15 pushups
3 sets of 15 leg raises
3 sets 25 crunches
3 sets of 17 dumbell flat bench with 25lb dumbells
3 sets of 10 incline dumbell bench with 20 pound dumbbells
Tried to do incline dumbell flys but my shoulders weren’t having it so I did three sets of low chest flys with resistance bands 30lbs.
My main issue is my shoulders, they won’t allow me to push as hard as I know should be able to.

Dinner was grilled venison tenderloin, steamed broccoli and sautéed cabbage.

but I would always try to up the planks if you can by 10-15 secs every few days, try to get to 2-3 min eventually it will build your core

The training is kinda frustrating because my damned shoulders piss me off. When I was in my 20’s my PR on bench was 350 for two reps. Now I’m over here with dumbbells that a school
Girl could bench. I try to remind myself that I’m not 25 any more and have severely abused myself physically and with substances for years so I guess I’m paying the price.

shoulder press dont do much bro because of injuries, NEVER try to PR on shoulder press thats for sure injuries

btw, do you have the budget to get blood work done? we should get bloods for test/estrogen etc to see if you need TRT

Fuckin ribeye is the best man, I seriously have no problem wasting steak every day, i love that shit

the hip issue was being caused by my concealed carry holster. I carry in my strong side (right) inside the waists and and I carry a spare mag at about 10 o’clock on my weak side outside just clipped on my belt. I’ve driopped so much weight that I’ve gotta wear my bet super tight to keep my paints up and I think one or both were pressing against a nerve in my hip. I found a didfeeent system to run my carry and have been using it for about three days and the hip pain is slowly fading.

Sirloin for dinner and I was craving broccoli so I had some.

Plank times are improving. Need to strengthen my lower back, that’s what goes first when I’m holding a plank. Definitely feeling stronger and better overall. Haven’t had any issues with energy but I haven’t done any long fasts since before thanksgiving. The electrolytes certainly helped with the energy levels during fasting tho. I’m in the process of training this evening. Got a ribeye thawing out now for when I’m done.

5 sets of behind the head dumbell tricep press w/40lb dumbell 30, 30, 27, 25, 25
Bent over dumbell tricep extensions w/12lb dumbell 5 sets 30, 30, 30, 28, 28
Did some forearm curls w/ straight bar and dumbell in different positions.
Took some psilocybin so now I’m not hungry, will save the ribeye for dinner tomorrow.
 
Is there any hangover from shrooms? Can u take it daily and feel fine when u come off or does your body become addicted?

It depends on how you use them. in my experience there is no physical addiction whatsoever. I mostly micro dose them in capsule form and I’ll take some before I go to work in the morning. I know exactly where mine come from and know that they are 100% safe and free of any other additive other than what is supposed to be there. I would never recommend buying street drugs, EVER!! You will build a tolerance so it’s good to microdose for a couple days and then stop for a few so you don’t develop a tolerance. On days like today I took what’s called a macro dose which is around 2 grams. The strain of mushroom you are taking also has alot to do with how they make you feel as well and I try to take strains that tend to be mild and have a very clean effect. Then there is the heroic dose where you really want to “trip” but I’d prefer not to comment on that other than to say that you should work your way up to it if you’re planning on doing it. With the dose I took this evening I’m sitting here relaxing at home, completely capable of writing this although my phone screen is a bit blurry 😆
I’ve been using psilocybin for a while now to great effect on my mental health. I used them irresponsibly as a teenager many years ago but after reading and listening to all of the benefits they hold in regards to people dealing with PTSD/TBI/CTE I began dipping my toes in the water with the guidance of some folks who I trust and have had nothing but positive results. I fully intend to go to work tomorrow morning, they don’t have any real hangover and I’ll have a great day tomorrow mentally because of them. I know that was a long winded answer to your question and I’d be happy to answer any more you have if you wanna shoot me a PM.

No hang over but you have to be very careful to microdose and get it from legitimate place. Seems psilocybin will be legalized in CA and OR for medical use, very happy about it. :)

As you improve planks you'll see core improvements. :D stay with this plan we have dont stop it.
Prepare for the big refeed on Xmas, you can have that day to eat anything you want, so lets work in a few 72 hours fasts before that.

Very dangerous. He almost went into a diabetic coma.
 
Homemade bread is better than the stuff in the supermarket as long as they're using quality ingredients.
And yes using vegetable noodles is a smarter routine.
 
I would get back into time restricted eating and fasting for sure.
That helps a lot of people stay discipline and a booster insulin Sensitivity.
 
Don't be hard on yourself when it comes to the weight training.
As you get older, your body starts breaking down regardless.
 
Don't overdo it on the shoulders, it's very easy to tear them up.
And yes, I would definitely do planks and core training.
 
Please, make sure you're warming up properly before your workouts and your stretching after.
Might want to try to do some yoga classes once or twice a week to really boost your flexibility.
 
I haven't eaten ribeye in a long time.
I usually stick to just sirloin, it's just easier for me to get and it's pretty cheap.
I don’t know if they have Aldi stores near you but that’s where I get all of my meat. It’s grass fed and cheaper than the Walmart BS. I usually switch between sirloin and ribeye and the sirloins are big so I can usually cut them in half and get two meals from one.

Yeah man, I never thought I’d see 200 lbs again in my life and now it’s an attainable goal. I can’t thank you, @Eddie Haskell, @Npcclassicphysique champ and all of the EVO family enough for all of the suooort, advice, and motivation you have all given, and continue to give me. I will restock on electrolytes this afternoon and I gotta get some more Black Rifle Coffee for the house cause I’ll never make 72 hour fasts drinking this gas station garbage!!

Had ribey for dinner. I took a cross section pic of the cooked steak so y’all can care how I cook them but this one was a little over cooked. The monster was having a sword fight with me using a jambalaya spoon and a roux spoon while I was cooking and I didn’t pull it in time. Still good tho!!

They actually Taste pretty good when reheated with some potatoes, or some brown rice.

So yesterday 12/10/2024 I took as a recovery day. I thought about not doing my push-ups the night before becaus my shoulders were hurting but I’m stubborn and did them anyway. That night I could barrel sleep the hurt so bad so I took yesterday off. Today is the end of my 72 hour fast so I have soup ready for my refeed after my workout. Will post that update when I am done.
 
Weight this morning was 114.8 after my refeed with the soup last night. Ate much later than I wanted to, but that’s life sometimes.

Workout for yesterday 12/11/2024

Stretching routine
Planks 5 sets 1:35, 1:28, 1:23, 1:10, 1:05
Push-ups 5 sets 19,19,16,15,15
Crunches 5 sets of 30
Straight bar curls 3 sets 25 with 45lb bar
Isolation curls 5 sets of 10 with 20lb dumbells
Hammer curls 5 sets of 15 with 20lb dumbells.

I think you mean 214 after the refeed correct?

Hahaha yeah. Would be a hell of a fast to drop 100 lbs in 72 hours 😆
maybe the "last" fast lol :P

Push-ups 5-sets 18,17,16,15,15
Crunches 5-sets 30 each
Got in two sets of bent over rows using a 35lb kettle bell 20 reps each set. By that time it was almost 8:30 and the monster was super tired and cranky so I had to go lay down with him. Still holding strong on the fast, this evening will be 48 hours. Have soup ready for refeed tomorrow evening at the 72hr mark.

Was late getting home after daycare Christmas party got my planks done while the monster ate and then managed to get in my push-ups and crunches before we had to go to bed.

Workout
Planks 5 sets 1:30, 1:15, 1;10, 1:10, 1:05
Push-ups 5 sets 18,18,17,15,14
Crunches 5 sets of 30

Had a ribeye for dinner. Adding a bonus pic of the monster I took as he was attempting to him off of the couch onto me while I tried to do crunches.
