Will be logging my cycle from @Sydneycitysupplements starting on Monday

I’ll do my best to include as much information as I possibly can throughout the whole cycle.

The cycle will consist of 400mgs of test e, 400mgs of deca, 100mgs of npp(first 5 weeks) and 25mgs of dbol pre workout. The cycle length will run for a total of 16 weeks with bloods getting done throughout. My goal for this cycle is purely about putting on mass after losing size due to an injury, was 129kgs before the injury and currently sit at 102kgs now.

Bit of a background about myself. I’ve been training since I was 17, running cycles since I was 23. Mainly do this for fun but have thought about competing a few times.

The first batch of goods landed today which was super quick (3ish days after ordering). Packaging was good and the vails look good!

Me being me I couldn’t help but try the dbol straight away lol. Was pretty well painless to inject and could feel it a little over an hour after taking it. Needless to say my calves and arms are pumped up after doing yard work 😂

Yeah dbol gave me insane calf pumps for sure

It’s crippling if you are doing cardio
Yeah cardio can suck at times when you’ve got dbol in the mix. I love dbol tho so it’s normally in the mix when I bulk

An option that you can do is speed up your workouts. Like, take 30 seconds between sets that will help with your conditioning.
 
If the pumps get too bad, you can always add some taurine

How old are you now? I don't think you mentioned it in your post. You just said that you've been running Cycles since you were 23.
 
Make sure you fill in the blanks on a lot of the things that you missed in your first post.

So to fill in some gaps that I missed

I usually add in npp to the start of a deca cycle just while I’m waiting for the deca to get its legs running then I drop it about week 5-6. Dunno if it actually helps just something I’ve always done

I’ll be blurring some pics that I currently have and I’ll get my old phone up and running to get some of my older pics when I was younger and blasting heavier cycles

Food wise I don’t really track macros and never have but I’ve downloaded an app just so I can start doing it come Monday to help with the log.

I’ve got a program written up and I’ve also taken this week off of the gym to catch up on sleep and things around the house etc and other things to help with less distractions while doing this log so will be a fresh start one Monday.

Monday will be leg day(avoid all the people that take up the chest areas lol) so will be good to test the dbol out

The rest of the goods have arrived ready for Monday as pictured including an extra freebie cheers @Sydneycitysupplements for that brother!

Lasts nights dinner which was a 350g steak with salad and chips
And a picture of me about a week before tearing my shoulder.
Will blur up some more pics and post them of when I was bigger and from my current size

I take a supplement called tonic which has vitamin e, zinc, b12, NAC, tudca and a few others in it I can’t remember of the top of my head and a daily greens drink but that’s it at the moment

So what makes u drop npp for decca gow come you just dont stay on npp with it being faster acting why not stick on npp, any particular reason ?

Will be doing a dbol pin in about an hour then heading to the gym about 2 hours afterwards. Will take some pump photos and post my routine for legs

No real reason it’s more of a habit thing. I tend to do it whenever I do a cycle of long esters in it I’ll run the shorter one first while I wait for the longer one to start getting its legs.

I’ll try just using npp next time I run a nand cycle

In the old days guys, used to love Deca because they hated injecting so often Plus it's less volume and less injections.
 
Excellent job on this training.

Leg day is definitely not easy. You got in some incredible volume.
 
Don't forget to throw in some lunges as well every now and then. Those are great for really working the legs.
 
How do you like using those syringes and needles?

Are they easy to load the gear?
Easy to load up and smooth to pin brother, zero pain after as well. Tiny lump after the injection but nothing noticeable unless I’m feeling for it

Never been one to use supps man, I’m gonna get some protein powder to use when I’m at work. What others would you recommend taking?

And nah they are not illegal, you can buy it from a supplement store here. Tudca wasn’t approved for human use for a while so was hard to get but it’s now readily available from sup shops

Second pin on Thursday was smooth and pain free again. No lump at all this time and zero pip now 2 days later.

The dbol is kicking my ass in a good way haha, pumps are killer and I have to stop myself at the gym otherwise I’d just keep pushing
Upped the dose to a full ml(50mgs) on back day just to test the waters at a higher dose and the pump was almost to intense so I’ll just stick to the 25mg dosage

@Ausbbing23 dbol pumps are the best but you need to moderate them with electrolytes and taurine. You look great in the pic, real legit muscle size. :D
 
Back day is always a lot of fun. And there's many different ways to execute it.

You're pushing some good weight. I'm very impressed.
 
I much prefer Rows over pull Downs.

Reason being there are a lot safer on the shoulders.

I always have a hard time, shaving, my back.

Do you have someone shave yours for you?
 
a multi vitamin is a wise choice. Good job.

Just make sure you read the ingredients.

So update on my cycle.

When I drop the dbol I’ll be adding in some anavar at 50mgs per day as well as dropping the npp and adding in mast at 400mgs per week. I’ll be dropping the npp in a week and adding the mast in its place
I’ll also be upping the deca to 500mgs per week once the npp is out

So the cycle will change over to 400test/500deca/400mast per week and 50mgs of anavar per day

Will also be throwing in some mk677 to see how it compares to hgh as I’ve never used mk677 before but am a seasoned user of gh

Just playing around with the doses bro, I normally run deca at 500mgs with little issues if any at all

I’ve run it at 1g in the past but now i never go above 500mgs.

Personally don't like deca over 300mg. With clients
Why’s that if you don’t mind me asking? I’ve always just gone with 400-500mgs.

Different opinions etc I find helps not just me but everyone looking in at different approaches to running compounds.

i cant speak for @Pigsy but nandrolones have sides like DHN conversion and limp dick issues bro all are related to progesterone spikes as well

i cant speak for @Pigsy but nandrolones have sides like DHN conversion and limp dick issues bro all are related to progesterone spikes as well

Yeah I can understand that bro, I never have issues until I go over 500mgs but that’s just me. I had a bad time at 1g but the gains were good but not good enough to ever run it again. Took way to long to recover

its up to you how you play this right bro ;) EVO family will support you no matter the path you take, we are your iron brother family but best start lower on the deca imo

Been a massive help with this! Prompt service and delivery times, normally only wait 2 days for the goods

So far I’ve definitely noticed a good increase in fullness and energy, pumps are unreal to the point where I have to slow down sometimes in the gym lol.

I got some Clen for when I cut but decided I’d try some for review purposes. Good hit of energy and opens the lungs right up! Definitely makes the sweat start pouring out especially in this summer heat. So the Clen is 100% gtg in my books!
A more detailed review along with the ret I got to come in a few months when I start to cut down after the building phase!
Will also log my cut after this bulk
