That's really tough. It's a real shame that we do this to each other in this country. We don't take care of each other the way we should.
we have a shitty culture here period. There's no balance. and of course everyone on here knows our diet and our food supply are basically poison. we make ourselves sick then depend on the system to fix us instead of having a system that keeps us healthy in the first place ( which is a cheaper approach)

dumbbell bench with 65s He asked for 2, i did 10 no prob.
also 125 barbell incline x10

I was off two weeks so the shoulder bicep pain was gone plus i got the cort shot in my shoulder

( those are 55 he didn't get pic of the 65)

right arm went to failure suddenly

You don't even have to go heavy to get in a good workout because of the stabilization effect.

I'll confess i did refuse to do the last set of 30 reverse lunges. because we are doing a circuit 6 items no rest. and i cant breathe after those.
so he made me do hip thrusts instead. i never get away with anything. i think i can skip one move as my senior discount

This constant choice between eating and be bigger and thicker versus trying to cut.
from the high 180s i hit 200 over the last 2 months ( winter, holidays etc) but my arms and chest looked nice.
now im dropping weight and my stomach is flatter but my arms seem smaller although more defined.
to look good at a lower weight is a lot more work.

Eat but eat healthy. Avoid the junk. That is how it is done

Everything is great. Ongoing anxieties put to rest with a fun and positive outlook.
Workouts are a new circuit i don't know what it's called i just do as i'm told.
i'm going to switch back to some Win for 6 weeks cuz it helped me cut last time and i have exactly 6 weeks till vacation
we're doing some of everything
assist pull ups planks pressing dead's squats bi tri etc etc
a circuit of six exercises at 12 reps generally, and three times around.
no rest between sets

i'm making an effort now eat meat not bread but honestly im ding fir some chinese food and pizza

Wed is gym 9am then https://acquaspapv.com/ 90 min deep tissue and cranberry salt vichy scrub ( i always get the spa treatments there that i cant afford here and choose the strongest masseurs on staff)
thursday gym 9am
friday gym 9am then straight the pier for 6 hour VIP private naked boat private beach trip The poor boys will be on the crowded coach class boat and we will be on the VIP boat with a private naked bartender and comp cocktails. Then lunch on the private beach The VIPs get chairs and umbrellas and towels and the commoners get sand in their ass i guess l. ( seriously everyone will have a good time ) then
Starting friday night thru sat and sun i can only imagine the kind of debauchery and trouble we'll be getting into and it's unlikely the gym will be involved. unless you count the one at the bathhouse.
monday is recovery day ( dark sunglasses and a bloody mary with whatever stray pill i find inthe bottom of my purse . Another massage / facial and botox.
tuesday return to California freshly fucked scrubbed tanned de-wrinkled and relaxed.

The weights aren't that heavy but i CAN NOT Wffin BREATHE
i feel like i need N oxygen tank especially any legs moves im literally can't catch my breathe its almost a panic.
im not getting air all the down it's all in my upper chest.

( im 60 and im also working harder that the 50 year old and the 38 year old)

but those cobblestone street and uneven mexican sidwwalks are brutal. That's a face plant waiting
but i'm sure you can remember these nights and those hangovers.

I do have a trainer who really knows what he's doing it makes all the difference.

i mean i seriously can't catch my breathe like a panic . but the trick is to exhale big even though i feel like i need to inhale more it's actually the big exhales that get me back to normal breathing.
side note trainers says that we actually get rid of fat though exhaling .🤷
on days when my boo doesn't show up we do straight bro lifting and thas when i hit these new personal bests.
He needs different stuff so when we are together we do a modified compromise and i need that as well with the brutal circuit.

And it's a perfect time to take the trip to won't be too many people. Spring break, doesn't start till March usually.
well feb us still high season and it might not be hot enough. 75-80 i prefer may / sep/ ict when it's 100
but it's gonna be a good time period specially with my booty boo there finally we will have more than a three hour window together. we get to sleep together all night.

i can't wait to see what he comes up with when he cashes in the Dom for A Day" coupon i gave him. I have to obey and step and fetch and serve for 24 hours. no limits.

i have a fill bottle of anavar if you think it won't keep spiking my red blood count then yes id love to use it . do i use it alone or with a little test?

Typical week includes warm up bike/ pull apart bands, j curls,
assist ( bands) pull ups , RDLs, bench, arnold's, incline, fly's and reverse flys, Dead, reverse lunge, landmind, , dumbbell row, step up, front raise, ankle band steps knee band steps, tri push tri kickback, standing shoulder press, so pretty well rounded and all done in a defunct bank lobby while the new space is under construction.
6 items 8-12 reps each, x 3 circuits, and one warm up circuit.
recently, because i think he likes seeing me happy , he's added these assorted core moves .... on the mat wrapping our legs around and passing the ball. or back to back passing the ball around a circled, or planking face to face with alernate hand slaps,

i have a lot of things to be happy about and im trying to be a better person

a while back i had started partying on what turned into an almost weekly basis. it was brief and i out a stop to it, Funny how six people can tell you " stop doing that" but something about one person just hits different. I stopped when you said stop.
sometimes the right person says it the right way at the right time. 🤷

Well 13 days till vacation im it early as cut i had wanted to be but its ok.
My fwb wants to take a break from sharing the workout cuz he wants to try crossfit instead I said, you'll be back.
Downside is no knee to share my trainer cost, don't get to see my booty boo 3 x a week... upside ... when i train single, we do more basic bro split stuff. Slow. focus and heavier weights and increasing goals.
instead of these faster circuits.
Anway with both of us there indies too much time staring, and playing grab ass instead of focusing on the weights.

The cort shot in the shoulder worked wonders. Also doing an MRI on it soon.

if i ever got my diet together id look great. i just love. eating all the wrong stuff.

I bought this ISOPURE protien powder that's a clear fruit flavor thinking it would be better than the the thick nasty vanilla stuff. Unfortunately it's horrible . And i spent a lot on it so i have to drink it. My protein intake is only half what it should be.

some one told me to use the phentermine but it makes me feel really weird.
the anavar is trying really hard to do its job considering g what im throwing at it. I have more definition but the belly is relentless.

i'm so tired of steak chicken ground turkey etc. i'm a terrible cook. nothing i make tastes good.
and salt sugar carbs and fat are very calming. 🤷
 
totally unrelated to bodybuilding but that's what i do here.
suppose to be writing but the only motivation / inspiration ive tapped into so far is around my fwb so these are the three things ive written for him. clearly ive been got good with with this one. oh well.
I don't speak spanish so translating and writing the spanish versus was rough.
