Was feeling bloated this morning, I'm sure the E2 fluctuation is causing it. Weights came easy today, I find myself having to add weight and reps every week to reach failure. Haven't specifically done bench press for 10 weeks and I put up 275# x3 with ease today.

I guess I should add that to my supplement list lol. I take melatonin. I tried valerian root for a month, didn't notice any difference.
What dose did you use valerian with? @Likwid

Semi deload week, I've been getting really fatigued so I took this week to semi deload then go hard the last 2 weeks of the cycle.

Semi deload is fine, but the fatigue, that might be hgh, have you made th echange?
 
I'd been feeling this fatigue for a bit before starting the HGH, I'm feeling a little bit better this week but not sleeping well last night didn't help today lol, 2 steps forward and 1 step back
do you know your bodyfat levels? maybe too lean.
 
I was planning to DEXA after cycle, I don't look much leaner than when I started, but I don't suspect I've gotten too low.
We might need to cut your dose of glp-1 peptides by 1/2.
 
Bit of joint pain this morning, in addition to waking up early again. That and I've noticed no morning wood.

Could be my E2 dropping too low but will see with blood test this week.
It might be E2 dropping or might be spiking, but joint pain usually dropping e2, you doing e2 test when?
 
Getting tested tomorrow afternoon, will hold off on taking Adex Friday until I get results if I still have the same symptoms.

What exactly is a semi-deload
I got it from the program I'm using, but here's the summary I found when I was looking to understand.


1. Deload (Full Deload):


  • Purpose: Full recovery, prevent overtraining, reset fatigue.
  • What it looks like:
    • Significantly reduced intensity (lighter weights) or reduced volume (fewer sets/reps), sometimes both.
    • Some people reduce to 50-60% of normal training volume/intensity.
    • Can last a few days to a week, often after 4–8 weeks of hard training.
    • Often no PR attempts, just maintenance work.

2. Semi-Deload (Light Deload / Mini Deload):


  • Purpose: Partial recovery, keep momentum, reduce just enough fatigue to keep progressing.
  • What it looks like:
    • Smaller reduction in load or volume — for example, you might drop intensity just a bit (maybe to 80–85%) or slightly reduce sets/reps.
    • You still train hard, but not to your usual limit.
    • Often used by intermediate to advanced lifters who want to avoid full deloads too frequently or as a way to "manage fatigue" without a full break.

I think glucosamine is huge and it really helps the joints.

People should get ahead of things and not wait till problems happen first.

Going to try splitting my 0.5mg MWF Adex dose into 0.25mg twice a day MWF see if that smooths out the suppression a little.

Protein was right around the goal, already struggling to get to 250 lol.

I could adjust my adex dose to be 0.25 every day, that'd increase my dose from 1.5mg per week to 1.75mg per week and still even things out.

Well I don't know that I'm going to get to mid range staying at my current dose of 0.5mg MWF, that's why I was thinking of switching to 0.25mg every day
i would stay on say dose for 1 week more bro @Likwid and next week switch to 0.25mgs M/W/F let your aromatase upregulate a bit

Well, based on my anxiety levels I'm going to cut my cycle short. I've always been more prone to anxiety but given how I've been feeling lately it would be wise to cut it short and not push it another 2 weeks.

I was hoping the deload week would help my CNS and cortisol but I feel just as anxious as normal.

I have general anxiety disorder, so my anxiety is usually at a high level anyway. I may try dropping Anavar and continuing the last 2 weeks on testosterone only, from what I've put together Anavar can mess with anxiety and cortisol

Psyllium husk is every couple days, I find it overfills me but I'll work on adding more. I can do better with probiotics but I took them for 2 months and I didn't notice any difference.

Stopping Anavar, I had some pills already prepped so I just cut them in half and spread them out a little bit (12.5mg once a day for 3 days).

If you're too full with psyllium take it end-day so doesnt mix with food.

Picture comparison impressive, on the right you're MUCH leaner you see all the sides are gone, super lean and tight. Amazing improvement and your skin is much tighter I see as well, EVO family support :D

The right was the mid cycle, left was yesterday. I've added some fat but gained a good amount of muscle.

Then its the opposite, you have gained some bodyfat for sure but you gained mass, no question much more mass. I thought you dropped muscle and bodyfat so I was ok with it, but gaining mass even better, because you look VERY thick on the left.

Some steroids, make it worse and some aren't so bad, but everybody's gonna be a little different.

Meditation helps, if I can clear my mind and that's a really big if. Exercise is probably the second best thing but it depends on my mental state going into it. I'm broken in general lol
@Likwid you should get into jiu jitsu!
 
I have a buddy that does that and judo. I'd love to try it, my main concern is I can't bend my neck (spinal fusion) and I worry I'll get injured.
@Likwid bjj might have more injuries though.

Ending Weight 213.3

Increases (measured in cm for more granularity):
3cm on R bicep
2cm on L bicep
6cm on R thigh
5cm on L thigh
1cm on both calves

Visually, much more vascular still, but ultimately I don't see the visual changes much at all, but this was a recomp not a bulk.

If I'm guessing for the DEXA I'd estimate 6 pounds of muscle added conservatively and 0-1 pounds of fat (optimisticly) I suspect the remaining water will bring be back down closer to 200 pounds in 2 weeks.
