After a long time away from the gym I started training power lifting 2 years ago at 96-100kg
Got back on the gas after 10 year hiatus. Initially running .7ml test e a week. I’ve graduated my doses as you do and have run a couple moderate courses. (See below for latest and last).

I have a PL coach and plan to get a nutrition coach and course coach for 2026
I have been eating at maintenance around 3500 calories a day P192g C497g F77g I don’t hit these every day but I’ve trimmed down to victim weight 88.5kg and have been competing at 90kg for a year this October. Came 1st in the 90kg weight class and 3rd over all in both state titles this year in open men’s. I’m now planning to recomp and compete at 82.5kg in October. This will be my last comp for the year.
Then I plan to qualify next year in February to compete in the 82.5kg open men’s at nationals in 2026

I react well to small doses. I also value my family I don’t think I’d have one running 500mgs tren. I’d be rooting a hole in the wall at that dose. You crazy bro haha

What's in the Sparta primo orals?
I was going to ask the same thing, if it is infact primo tabs, they are anywhere near as efficient as injectable primo or usable by the body very well in tablet form.

Yes it’s primo caps. I can get any primo injectable in oz atm. Everyone’s out of that and mast e. Raws supply shortage apparently

It’s quite a low dose for a 12 week blast. I try to keep everything low to avoid sides. I have t had any issues.

@2Thick correct. I’ve had good results running 150mg test e and just 2iu hgh as well. Been on for 2 years no in mention of coming off now. Have to get the bloods done in a month and see where im sitting. Bit ill be cruising for the rest of this year.

Eatings been atrocious this week blood pressures up 130/90 today energy drinks have been flowing as well though. Hoping to get that dialled in next couple days. See training log below.

I got the beligas from a mate few months ago before we had a mast e shortage here in aus. This is the last of it. Not sure where he got it from but good gear.

Seemed to do the trick form me man. I did presence and potency test on it for mast and came back good.
I ran the whole blast on it and had no issues. Thanks for the heads up though.

First day back in the gym in 5 days I’ve been nursing a back strain from last weekends comp.
Eatings been atrocious this week blood pressures up 130/90 today energy drinks have been flowing as well though. Hoping to get that dialled in next couple days. See training log below.

Start new stash of test e Monday powered by @Core Pharma (Core Pharma is not a sponsor I’m just logging his gear a mate of mine got a heap and it’s what I ended up with. I’ve got left over mast e, shogun Bpc and Sparta primo orals as well).
In 2 weeks I’m going to drop the mast and primo orals and run straight test at 125mg a week. Get my bloods done and see where I’m at.
After getting in contact with Core Pharma I’ll run exclusively on his gear for this cruise and into next blast for a transparent log.
