After a long time away from the gym I started training power lifting 2 years ago at 96-100kg
Got back on the gas after 10 year hiatus. Initially running .7ml test e a week. I’ve graduated my doses as you do and have run a couple moderate courses. (See below for latest and last).

I have a PL coach and plan to get a nutrition coach and course coach for 2026
I have been eating at maintenance around 3500 calories a day P192g C497g F77g I don’t hit these every day but I’ve trimmed down to victim weight 88.5kg and have been competing at 90kg for a year this October. Came 1st in the 90kg weight class and 3rd over all in both state titles this year in open men’s. I’m now planning to recomp and compete at 82.5kg in October. This will be my last comp for the year.
Then I plan to qualify next year in February to compete in the 82.5kg open men’s at nationals in 2026

Compete at 82.5kg powerlifting comp in October
Get a 650 total in 2025

I react well to small doses. I also value my family I don’t think I’d have one running 500mgs tren. I’d be rooting a hole in the wall at that dose. You crazy bro haha
 
Primo ace orals form ugloz. Using for oestrogen control as income off tren npp and armidex scared of a rebound. Any advice is appreciated if im doing it wrong though!
