I have been eating at maintenance around 3500 calories a day P192g C497g F77g I don’t hit these every day but I’ve trimmed down to victim weight 88.5kg and have been competing at 90kg for a year this October. Came 1st in the 90kg weight class and 3rd over all in both state titles this year in open men’s. I’m now planning to recomp and compete at 82.5kg in October. This will be my last comp for the year.
Then I plan to qualify next year in February to compete in the 82.5kg open men’s at nationals in 2026
