Approved Log 2026 Power lifting nationals Log

After a long time away from the gym I started training power lifting 2 years ago at 96-100kg
Got back on the gas after 10 year hiatus. Initially running .7ml test e a week. I’ve graduated my doses as you do and have run a couple moderate courses. (See below for latest and last).

I have a PL coach and plan to get a nutrition coach and course coach for 2026
I have been eating at maintenance around 3500 calories a day P192g C497g F77g I don’t hit these every day but I’ve trimmed down to victim weight 88.5kg and have been competing at 90kg for a year this October. Came 1st in the 90kg weight class and 3rd over all in both state titles this year in open men’s. I’m now planning to recomp and compete at 82.5kg in October. This will be my last comp for the year.
Then I plan to qualify next year in February to compete in the 82.5kg open men’s at nationals in 2026

Current Body weight 89kg
Height 174cm

Best lifts
Squat 230kg
Bench 155kg
Deadlift 260kg

Goals
Compete at 82.5kg powerlifting comp in October
Get a 650 total in 2025
Qualify and Compete in powerlifting nationals 2026

Current course
.3ml test e MWF (around 200-250mg per week)
.3 mast e MWF (around 150-200mg per week)
Sparta primo orals 25mg EOD
2 iu HGH ED (night time)
500mcg bpc157 daily
Telmi 40mg

Last course
Test e 450mg per week MWF
Mast e 700mg per week MWF
Tren a 60mg per week ED
NPP 60mg per week ED
4 iu HGH ED (night time)
500 Bpc daily
Arimdex .5mg Monday Thursday

@Limros we need to see some videos of your powerlifting.

pictures of your physique are important. But that's not your goal. Your goal is strength, so we need to see some strength training.

@Limros Make sure you get some videos and pictures up. As others have said,

That's a crazy strong cycle. Make sure you build up your conditioning before you start.
 
What's in the Sparta primo orals?
I was going to ask the same thing, if it is infact primo tabs, they are anywhere near as efficient as injectable primo or usable by the body very well in tablet form.

Bench long pause rpe 6.5 3 weeks out

Yes it’s primo caps. I can get any primo injectable in oz atm. Everyone’s out of that and mast e. Raws supply shortage apparently

It’s quite a low dose for a 12 week blast. I try to keep everything low to avoid sides. I have t had any issues.

260kg is 572lbs I think @RoidRage69 had close to 605 in his log on the deadlift.

@Limros Balancing high-intensity workouts with recovery practices is the best approach for long-term success. Keep up the dedication, and your commitment will pay off!
 
@Limros Seems like you're gearing more for strength anyway.
@2Thick correct. I’ve had good results running 150mg test e and just 2iu hgh as well. Been on for 2 years no in mention of coming off now. Have to get the bloods done in a month and see where im sitting. Bit ill be cruising for the rest of this year.
