6.15am pre work out meal
Yogurt, honey, peanut butter, berries and muesli 495c 48.2c 26.7f 12.7p

730am 💉
Smooth no pain.

8am train
5min assault bike
15 minute mobility routine
High bar squats with band
Prone leg curl
Tall kneeling DB press
Pull ups
Single arm farmers carry

See program pic for weights and rpe.
Warm ups not counted in program I generally do 5 sets to my top set on squats.

10am
Post work out feed half can rice cream mixed frozen berries sultanas and protein shake. 484c 72c 5.6f 35.3p

12pm lunch
Homemade garlic rissoles, mixed salad olives and bocconcini, 2 bread rolls
795c 70.8c 22.9f 75.1p
Washed down with coconut water.

Pinned this morning and again smooth no pain.
Back into some high bar squats this week. Working out my rpe 6-6.5. Ended up settling with 150kg x 8 for rpe 6.5 after working up to 160kg for 8 reps. (Shown in vid) moved well backs feeling better.
It’s lunchtime I’ve totaled 1870cals the rest will be consumed this afternoon and dinner just getting this log done so I can spend time with the family on my day off.

it’s not as hard as what you think. Best trick is to take baby asprin 2 days before so it’s easier to drain

Honestly it was on a steroid forum back when I was 22. I watched the video of the guy doing it and luckily I have big forearm veins so it wasn’t hard.

Baby asprin is something I do reccomend tho as it helps drain it faster.

Fridays injection smooth again no pain haven’t lost any noticeable strength going back to cruise dose be interesting to see where I’m sitting in a couple more weeks.
Been eating pretty clean weights still maintaining around 90kg happy with my cals where they are for now.
