Single arm farmers carry

Post work out feed half can rice cream mixed frozen berries sultanas and protein shake. 484c 72c 5.6f 35.3p

Homemade garlic rissoles, mixed salad olives and bocconcini, 2 bread rolls

Pinned this morning and again smooth no pain.
Back into some high bar squats this week. Working out my rpe 6-6.5. Ended up settling with 150kg x 8 for rpe 6.5 after working up to 160kg for 8 reps. (Shown in vid) moved well backs feeling better.
It’s lunchtime I’ve totaled 1870cals the rest will be consumed this afternoon and dinner just getting this log done so I can spend time with the family on my day off.
