This update i will start out with going over my next cycle that i will hopefully be starting in soon, this cycle will be the first official cycle of my spring cut and end of spring/ early summer goals.

I will be doing a bit of backloading on this one, first attempt with the way my coach has it structured the plan is start the testosterone at 250mg a week and every 2 weeks ramp up till we hit 500mg a week for the cycle.

Here is the lay out

Test Cyp 250mg, ramping up till 500mg slow progressive ramp up week 1-12

Masteron Enanthate 300mg week 1- 12

Winny Tabs 20mg a day week 1-10 140mg a week

Tamoxifen EOD 10mg = 40mg a week, week 1-12

Aromasin EOD 6.25mg = 25mg a week, week 1-12

Bpc157 500mcg 4 days a week

Anavar is a backup plan just incase i dont do well on winny i will switch into var.

Var 25mg a day week 1-10
175mg a week

the cycle breaks down into two different ways depending on if i run winny weeks 1-10 or if i switch into var and run that for 10 weeks.

Cardio last night went well which was tuesday the 22 did a 5k walk finished in 58 minutes, so i did 2 extra minutes to get my 60 in.

Get a pair of goid knee sleeves I use SBD 7mm thickness or try using a knee wraps. But those are a pain. Good Sleeves are your friend. Elbows too Good investment. Looks like things are going well, nice job! 💪🌸
I tried them on once. They bunched up so bad behind my leg that I didn’t buy them. But maybe they were too thick. I don’t remember

I apologize for the non updates that have occurred, i was dealing with alot of road closures by me and i couldn't acess my gym unfortunately, the roads are finally back open now so i will be hitting the gym at the start of the week.

Ive just looked at it as a deload and extended rest period before the new phase for cutting commences, i prepped my first week of the new diet last night.

This is the fully updated new foods and diet plan going forward for the cut, which will probably go all spring and into summer, depends on what my coach is seeing and thinking.

Here is the new workout strategy we will be implementing still the push pull legs split, just modified for, higher rep/endurance work.

All weights will be much lighter than youve seen on my pervious workouts trying to avoid injury as it is alot of reps, wont be pressing heavy for shoulders at all bare minimum work on shoulder pressing.

Goal here is not strength its getting lean and on the way to being vascular, diced and long term picture with being on stage in mens physique.

I know it seems like alot, if coach and myself did not think i was capable or could handle this, we would not being doing this, we go back and forth alot, and if it does not work or make sense he wont approve it, this is a two way street if we both dont agree or feel comfortable we change course.

Thats only part of it 😁😂 i copied that from my samsung notes, i have even more details brother, im saving them for when my gear arrives from Domestic Supply so i can have an awesome opening first page for the cutting cycle, compound breakdown doses etc, just waiting on it to arrive so i can get started.

When i cut we dont mess around man, its straight into bust my fucking ass mode and dial everything in day one and work hard as hell and earn it.

True dont really have a goal in mind weight loss or fat loss wise, im just going to work hard have fun since this will be my biggest cycle so far, eat in a deficit and see what happens at the end of the 12 weeks.

That was definitely by design going gor foods rich in fiber and antioxidantsz as well as clean healthy carbs, fats and proteins, got to be all in for this cut and do it properly.

I apologize for the non updates that have occurred, i was dealing with alot of road closures by me and i couldn't acess my gym unfortunately, the roads are finally back open now so i will be hitting the gym at the start of the week.

Ive just looked at it as a deload and extended rest period before the new phase for cutting commences, i prepped my first week of the new diet last night.

This is the fully updated new foods and diet plan going forward for the cut, which will probably go all spring and into summer, depends on what my coach is seeing and thinking.

Goal here is not strength its getting lean and on the way to being vascular, diced and long term picture with being on stage in mens physique.

That was definitely by design going gor foods rich in fiber and antioxidantsz as well as clean healthy carbs, fats and proteins, got to be all in for this cut and do it properly.

Thats only part of it 😁😂 i copied that from my samsung notes, i have even more details brother, im saving them for when my gear arrives from Domestic Supply so i can have an awesome opening first page for the cutting cycle, compound breakdown doses etc, just waiting on it to arrive so i can get started.

When i cut we dont mess around man, its straight into bust my fucking ass mode and dial everything in day one and work hard as hell and earn it.

You will see great results mobster ran ghe cut stack and i think dropped 12lbs and a few inchs off his belt size, if i remember correctly.
 
My lady makes some mean Brussels sprouts! You can do it in an air fryer. Be sure to season them well and they will come out crispy and delicious!
Dude those rock in the air fryer, i like them more mushy easier to eat 5 times a day lol

Hello everyone hope this update finds all of you in good spirits, i will note a few things here for this one.

My cut started officially last night i will be posting it here until my order from Domestic Supply arrives, then posting up a brand new cutting log with TD photos and entire layout plan etc.

Current weight between 230-235lbs at 5'11 for height.

My cut started officially last night i will be posting it here until my order from Domestic Supply arrives, then posting up a brand new cutting log with TD photos and entire layout plan etc.

Current weight between 230-235lbs at 5'11 for height.

Haha yes alot of times we refer to someone super vascular as a road map because the veins are darting all over the place 😁 you definitely got some killer vascularity super impressive!

Yeah will be the biggest cycle ive attempted and i have huge hopes for the endr result, im cutting calories from 3300 down into 2555, so we will see how i fair

I am definitely excited in the mean time i am just applying myself with keeping a fully structured routine and eating in a time restricted window, definitely going all in on this one, yeah should be pretty soon i get the gear, unfortunately the world is a weird place these days, and governments arent helping us with the current situations lol, i digress.

Hello everyone hope this update finds all of you in good spirits, i will note a few things here for this one.

My cut started officially last night i will be posting it here until my order from Domestic Supply arrives, then posting up a brand new cutting log with TD photos and entire layout plan etc.

Current weight between 230-235lbs at 5'11 for height.

i suspect the stupid tariffs are delaying the arrival time unfortunately, Domestic Supply cant control what is going on in the world currently, so not the fault of DS, things just are how they are right now in the world.

it takes however long it takes, i just sit back and patiently wait 😎 DS and greg always come through and the quality gear is so worth the wait, i cant rest on my laurels, cut has to start, summer is quickly approaching.

I finally did it, as promised since it is warm out now, ive gone completely hairless on the body, besides my head hair lol, nair for men works really damn well lol.

For now i am just on 250mg of test a week and 6.25mg aromasin eod keeping it slow and steady till i can start my cycle.

For those curious this is what the cutting protocol for 12 weeks will look like.

Test Cyp 250mg ramping up slowly till i reach 500mg total ( highest test dose ice ever run will be this cycle )

Masteron E 300mg total a week

Winny Tabs 20mg a day 7 days a weeks 1-8-10 depending how i handle it.

Tamoxifen 10mg Eod taken 4 times a week for a total of 40mg

Aromasin 25mg Eod taken 4 times a week at 6.25mg for a total of 25mg a week.

Bpc157 taken Eod 250mcg till i run out

Var Tabs 50mg ( back up plan incase i dont get along with winny )

Depending on which way i run it i will be at 940 total mgs or 975 total mgs little under 1 gram of gear for this one, most ive ever run will be this cycle total mgs.

First official Pull Day still chunky but took so decent arm photos last night lol.

@Noah Wixx Very nice update, man. You definitely have some good size on your frame. Your arms are huge and your shoulders look huge as well. Like you said, you just have to dial everything in now.
If i can dial in even half of the condition you have brother id be in the money! I appreciate the outside prospective and letting me know what looks solid and what i need to improve on 💪

Man i find myself the older i get the less i want to deal with really crowded places, i just want my separation and the ability to hone in and dial in with my training, i like staying more hidden, and in person only want to show what ive built when it really matters.

Yeah man i tend to stay hidden alot i post photos once in a while, im not the type that poats weekly ones, i like to wait months sometimes and then show what i put on size wise or how much i leaned out when it truly looks different.

Day two is in the books and im still adjusting with the higher volume and trying to build my endurance up with that aspect of things.

Im getting better little by little, i haven't cut in so long i forgot how difficult it is just starting again, the hard work is the fun part, trying to beat my mind and master my craft physically is what drives me with becoming better each day.

Ive completed two days of the diet so far staying completely on track, i find the meals satisfying and not overly filling, easy eating 5 of them a day.

Ive been eating in a meal every two hours on dot like clock work, staying as structured and disciplined as possible, best way for results for me.

The quinoa is so easy to eat and tastes really good, definitely an awesome carb option imo.

Thank you brother for all the support and encouragement means alot and helps me keep pushing when shot gets difficult, im actually 46 minutes into my 60 minites of cardio right now and got a bluster from hell on my right foot lol, i needed that to keep pushing 💪

That means everything brother, its been a long road trying to make my comeback even getting into the place i am now, back when I was nautral and ripped i was mid 20s, now i will be 37 soon, i know that isnt old by any means, that is still a larger enough gap where things become alot harder when pushing myself compared to then, its interesting seeing what can be down the road.

Brother first and foremost thank you so much for all the love and support, it drives me and keeps the fire alive inside, i put in so many late nights after work building and crafting, everything you just said is why i do what i do and my favorite part is giving others that same fire and drive! In the end wether i win or lose, or fail, if i can become better and help with the betterment of others and the path they are on, then my happiness is fulfilled brother.
