@Noah Wixx you are looking great on this! the arms look huge and vascular. what would you say your body fat goes are?
I wish I knew what the starting point is for my current body fat levels, by the end of summer I'd like to be 10-12 % I feel that is healthier body fat and one that i can easily maintain.

Endurance up more from last week.

Weights i previously did feel much lighter.

Even further into rep range before fatigue.

Pump increase and sustained longer.

Motivation increase/Drive increase.

Small notice physique changes.

Weight up from 228.3lbs into 230.8lbs

Much greater vascularity in the gym.

A little more noticeable size gain upper body.

Monday June 9 2025 will mark the start of higher doses. I will be splitting the injections so i can inject less oil per shot, i feel it will limit issues, id rather split into smaller injections over 3 days.

Injection frequency split into M/W/F

per Shot: 0.667 ml = Test C = 500 a week

per Shot: 0.333 ml = Mast E = 200 a week

Winny 20mg daily × 7 days = 140 a week

Var 25mg daily x 7 days = 175 a week

Aromasin 12.5mg x 7 days = 87.5mg a week

Tamoxifen 10mg M/W/F = 30mg a week

Total weekly mg 1,015

Absolutely brother i dont mind sharing at all, 50 dollars a month, 24hr acess with keycard, the owner is an awesome guy, it could be 11 at night if i have issues i can call his personal number and he would come down and fix the issue or anything you need, for the price well worth it, plus i support a small business owner which is a win

the corporate gyms will eat up the smaller gyms. they can out price them. as long as your gym owner is motivated it will stay open. as soon as he gets bored of losing money all the time he will shut it down and move on to another business so enjoy it while it lasts

Its unfortunately a hardship and very real possibility, thankfully if it does happen a few smaller gyms also exist around me other than the one im at now, so if i need to i will just keep joining those, id rather support smaller places, fuck trying at a corporate gym, I see the parking lot and it's always packed fuck that, i cant work like that, all those people around is a hindrance and distraction for what im working towards.

Yeah if only I had the money and space lol, i like my gym owner, if i asked him to look for a specific piece of equipment he would go out and try to get it for the gym, i hope he has nothing but success, hard to find a gym that is all about bodybuilding and powerlifting like the one i am at is about.

Yup i agree and that is why i choose night time because rarely do i have anyone around and if i do max around 5 people, makes it easier for me, in and out 40 minutes max if im just hitting the weights.
it can be a good environment with people, just depends on who. most people aggravate me.

Hello everyone it is that time again im jumping back on cycle for what i hope turns out being one epic cutting phase, im excited as ive been waiting all winter for this day!

This is yet another stepping stone on my path of reaching competitive bodybuilding in the men's physique division by 2026

first official workout for the 12 week cycle, Wednesday May 21 2025

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

Every muscle i targeted 1-3 reps in and the pump was borderline overwhelming it was that strong, my endurance went up as well, i could get deeper into thr rep range before fatigue would set in.

Today i did a 20mg winny tablet 45 minutes before my workout, coach has me chewing the tablet and absorbing the tablet under the tounge.

naturally at first i wanted to say no way that is gonna be absolutely awful, you know what, the belgias winny tablets taste like a plan waffer cracker, i was pleasantly surprised, zero bad taste, it was super easy to do.

The results... i couldn't believe how quickly even 20mgs of winny worked with the method coach has me on, i cant imagine what this might possibly be like after 1-2 weeks of being on winny and beyond from a pump and endurance aspect.

Nothing special just took a few photos of my forearms at the end of my workout tonight, man i can already see winny boosted my vascularity, day 1.

Every few months i shave it and hit the face with beard oil and beard and skin softener so i can grow it back healthier it will be back soon 😃

Brother i would probably seriously get injured haha, i know my limits and even with the addition of winny at 60mg a week, my endurance has gone up a good amount already and some noticeable strength gains, even though im not trianing for that, its definitely noticeable.
Just finished listening to your episode on the EVO podcast. I see now first hand what you mentioned about people trying to lure you into the Tren side lol. I maybe new and not know very much but I definitely know you're looking great and already making noticeable gains. I bet people your personal life are already noticing too.
Keep up the great work and thanks for all the great info on the podcast! I personally relate a lot to your training style and mentality so you helped me a lot. Thanks brother!
 
That's so awesome you got value and found something useful out of my story and time on the podcast, ive been on a few different episodes, they are so much fun, i enjoy talking with the guys alot, i tend to speak from my heart and with alot of passion, this is what i love to do and live for, helping others and myself along the way, each time someone lets me know they enjoyed listening to me and it helped, it hits the same for me each time, i feel very accomplished and happy that others feel good and it can help them in some manner.

The podcasts are also very therapeutic in a sense for me because im not used to speaking openly like that or speaking to a bigger audience, doing that has helped my own jounery in many ways, as guys we dont get to do that alot, so it was different for me in all good ways.

Yea I remember you mentioned that was your 3rd interview. I'm working my way back through the library but when saw you're name I skipped further back to listen. I'm ordering up some Proviron thanks to your and Steve. I think I'm also a good DHT responded based on my results from primo so far. Hopefully I get the same benefits as yourself. If not it will still be good PCT while I come down off the NPP. Look forward to working further back and hearing your other interviews, and also whatever the future may hold.

I would tell my past self stop worrying about every little variable that you cant control, id tell myself stop trying to lift impressive numbers week after week to impress people with the log you have, i would also clean up my diet alot more and been tight with it the entire process, and above all else learn to have fun, stay lose, maintain a positive outlook and dont put a ton of unnecessary pressure on yourself, use the log as an open journal and just be your true authentic self with it, it took me a few years with learning all of these thing's, i can say now without question 4 weeks into my current cycle, this has been the best and most lose and fun and positive ive ever been since starting gear and running cycles and logs now that my mind is right and my outlook is not worrying about others or every little thing, ive grown more mentally and physically, my time in the gym is more fun and productive above all the outlook is everything.

It definitely seems like you are walking the same path as i was, that is the beauty of an open platform it has allowed us to connect as people and grow a friendship and lean on one another when we need help or have questions, if anything logging and being in the evo community has helped me become more of an open book and willing to share, grow and really help others when i can do so.

Yeah i would glady give you the Topps_Baseball88 moniker i mean shit the thumbnail art they used your body and physique matches it more than mine does lol, 💪

Week 4 of 12 weeks

Today was the big day the first official max doses being deployed for the remainder of my cycle.

Originally the plan with the pharmaqo anavar was 25mg a day 7 days a week, i ran into a small issue, the anavar does not have a break/cut line in the pill, i centered it tried to cut the 50mg tab in half, it just crushed it into a powder.

I contacted my coach let him know the situation, he comes back with ok we run 50mg a day 7 days a week, looks like the remainder of this cycle is gonna be spicy lol 😆 💪

Here is the break down for all of this
I am doing 3 injections a week for frequency M/W/F

Tamoxifen 10mg M/W/F = 30mg a week

Aromasin 12.5mg a day x7 days = 87.5mg a week.

Test C 500mg a week & Mast 200mg a week, each injection breaks down into 1.01mls, 3.03mls a week for full doses.

Anavar 50mg a day x7 days = 350mg a week.

Winstrol 20mg a day x7 days = 140mg a week

Total mgs a week = 1,190

The intention was never push into this range, i spoke with my coach and he believes im ready for it and can handle it, i feel the same way, so we ride the lighting on this one 😎

Coach is more so aiming for a recomp/cut cycle from what he explained in our conversations together.

I took Winny/Anavar 45 minutes before my workout tonight, i chew the tabs and let them dissolve sublingual under the tounge.

Strength as i said is not the goal, but damn if i didn't feel strong as ever tonight, i kept it under control, man i really could have pushed so much harder, ive learned through coaching, stick with the plan and pace myself, that is what i did, its a beautiful thing when you start to understand pace, tempo, endurance and putting it all together.

Tonight my workout was 40 minutes in duration and according to my fitbit that i set to strength trianing, it tracks my heart rate, minutes working out and calories burned. I stayed in the vigorous zone for 32 minutes and the light zone for 6 minutes, burned 360 calories off those 40 minutes.

My endurance was crazy off the charts today and it is just getting started. The pump was so bad i had to drop weight at certian points or modify my range of motion lol, the var pump everyone speaks about is no fucking joke, i was doing Wrist work at 20lbs and it was almost unbearable lol.

So far 4 weeks in and this has been my happiest and most dialed in cycle yet, its hard explaining it, i just feel locked in and apparently my body just really agrees with all the compounds i am running, the synergy is fantastic. The pump is so unreal you feel like superman 🦸‍♂️ best way i can explain this, it feels like it isnt even real in a good way, it just boosts your whole workout and productivity.

I can really start to see the vascularity difference and feel the size difference, everything i hit within the first 3 reps i have a maximum pump its ridiculously awesome.

Yeah if only I had the money and space lol, i like my gym owner, if i asked him to look for a specific piece of equipment he would go out and try to get it for the gym, i hope he has nothing but success, hard to find a gym that is all about bodybuilding and powerlifting like the one i am at is about.

Endurance up more from last week.

Weights i previously did feel much lighter.

Even further into rep range before fatigue.

Pump increase and sustained longer.

Motivation increase/Drive increase.

Small notice physique changes.

Weight up from 228.3lbs into 230.8lbs

Much greater vascularity in the gym.

A little more noticeable size gain upper body.

Monday June 9 2025 will mark the start of higher doses. I will be splitting the injections so i can inject less oil per shot, i feel it will limit issues, id rather split into smaller injections over 3 days.

I'm still having fun but I've only been on cycle for 8 weeks and I can see how this mentality could ruin the experience long term. I think you just helped me avoid a pitfall right there. I'm going to keep those words in my head everytime I'm forcing myself to eat or do more. "Keep it fun like Noah"

Absolutely my pleasure brother helping is what brings me joy in life especially when it is with fitness and the mental well-being aspect, i know from experience as in the past ive been so hard on myself it would literally spiral me into a bad depression that would consume me, it was always a very dark place, never good enough, never looked enough, could never work hard enough, than id over train over stimulate under sleep etc it was absolutely everything you want to avoid when sculpting the physique and maintaining a happy healthy balance mentally and physically, honestly my coach saved me and his mentorship and guidance along with this entire community of core guys who are absolutely legendary, it showed me a different way and approach truthfully the more i logged and became part of this community and worked with my coach, my enitre thought processes flipped, i became a different person in positive ways, i think different now i train different now, my approach to mental health is different trusting the process and not rushing things, once i learned to block out all the noise everything clicked and ive been on a roll! Arguably im doing better now than i ever have.

One of the staff nicknamed me " Noah The Truth Wixx " long time ago, ive just rolled with that because it makes sense for how upfront and honest i am with my own experiences and journey and how i try to help others while remaining grounded and truthful, the way i see things brother, you hear my voice you see my photos you see i take time and effort into replying and helping, as a staff member it is important i build trust with everyone and show everyone exactly who i am, so i just put all out in the open which is therapeutic for me in alot of ways.

If i can help people from my own shortcomings or mistakes then im doing right by those people and myself, for me now i fucking learned man, just lay the foundation build on solid ground and the rest will in time fall in line, its something you can feel and when it happens you just know the path and vision becomes clear, it takes a weight off your shoulders and you learn how to have fun again.

Most my cycles while results did occur my mind was in a dark place because of myself and only myself to blame, i got caught up in results and progression and battled my mind relentlessly, this time around im doing none of that and i learned its ok to fail its ok to get back up and try again next week, above all else keep the mind strong and the drive high and in the end no matter how long it takes you will achieve the dreams and goals you set, i now see failure as a building block and stepping stone for my long term success, instead of getting upset or frustrated, i analyze what i can do differently to overcome what made me fail in the first place, keeping a heart of a champion and knowing one day great things are on the horizon, that keeps me locked in.

I learned balancing out my home life and the people in it is also just as a important as we cant forget the ones who are by our side and help us the most once i figured out how to balance it all, i became much looser and happier and it transferred into my bodybuilding and positive charge engery wise.

Thank you brother this is shuch a lonely road bodybuilding and trying to compete, honestly without the evo community and guys like you and all the others ive come to know and consider family and friends, i would not have made it this far, i would not have changed adapted and over come in all the ways that i have, you know ive struggled with alot and always put it in my log, i dont hide or sugar coat it, i want people to see and know the real me, i appreciate the love and kind words brother.

Took opening up and being brutally honest with myself for me to correct and fix the problems, i realized i was the one creating them, it just took outside help from my coach, god bless that man because i did alot of things wrong and didn't listen when I should have been, the one thing i can say is ive always apologized as a man and owned my shortcomings and mistakes, once i stopped being stupid, this is the progression ive made under his guidance, that was the learning to let go part, sit down and pay attention phase, once i did that my current log is speaking for how far ive come by changing my mindsetz approach and opening myself to learn and grow as a person with my coach.

Haha well u know i have a little limelight on the podcast i think ive done 6 or 7 episodes over the years in total with my two interviews and other topics along the way.

Who knows maybe i will be invited on again at some point, i learned alot from stevesmi and mobster as well those guys are class acts, the planet fitness joke that follows me around was created by mobster lol, everytime i go on he pokes me in gokd fun and brings up the fact i used to work out there lol 😆

My coach really worked hard at installing a championship mindset, i always had the heart and grit, it was just my mind being off was the roadblock, now that i smashed through that, its a full sprint into the finish line, i know my best days and physique changes are ahead of me brother 🙏

Always will stay on the path as long as i got this community and people like you in it and behind me having my back, i will always jump in support, be positive and have your back in return 💪

Week 4 of cycle

Today was my 3rd injection of the week and everything went flawlessly this week as far as injections, 3.03mls in the books for week 4 of injectables, first official time i can say 500mg of test cyp has been achieved.

Overall i feel really good and strong, drive motivation and mood are still very stable and good, ive really been enjoying this cycle alot.

Wow huge difference in 4 weeks. Delts have gone crazy
I dont even train them crazy either brother for some reason delts and biceps grow quickly for me, i appreciate the kind words brother, it helps keep me pointing in the right direction and grinding 💯 💪 🙏

Shoulders look extremely wide, and definitely seeing a v-shape.
The awesome part about my shoulders growing is im not even trianing them that hard or extreme, its literally shoulder press for 3 sets, side delt raises for 3 sets and sometimes two sets of bodyweight dips. I dont go super heavy on shoulder stuff either.

I noticed a small v shape taking place as well, i really think i found my groove with compounds and seeing how quickly the changes are coming along.

Took opening up and being brutally honest with myself for me to correct and fix the problems, i realized i was the one creating them, it just took outside help from my coach, god bless that man because i did alot of things wrong and didn't listen when I should have been, the one thing i can say is ive always apologized as a man and owned my shortcomings and mistakes, once i stopped being stupid, this is the progression ive made under his guidance, that was the learning to let go part, sit down and pay attention phase, once i did that my current log is speaking for how far ive come by changing my mindsetz approach and opening myself to learn and grow as a person with my coach.

Haha well u know i have a little limelight on the podcast i think ive done 6 or 7 episodes over the years in total with my two interviews and other topics along the way.

Who knows maybe i will be invited on again at some point, i learned alot from stevesmi and mobster as well those guys are class acts, the planet fitness joke that follows me around was created by mobster lol, everytime i go on he pokes me in gokd fun and brings up the fact i used to work out there lol 😆

My coach really worked hard at installing a championship mindset, i always had the heart and grit, it was just my mind being off was the roadblock, now that i smashed through that, its a full sprint into the finish line, i know my best days and physique changes are ahead of me brother 🙏

Always will stay on the path as long as i got this community and people like you in it and behind me having my back, i will always jump in support, be positive and have your back in return 💪

It was less you and more their rep. Joshing is, of course, what we do with our buddies for fun but we have their backs too. And look at the progress you've made since changing up too!!

I completely agree and i never took anything personal i knew it was jokingly mixed with truth and also said in order to push mw towards growing in a mental and physical capacity, i appreciate all of it, evo my coach and the people in the community have pushed me in all the ways that i needed 💪

That is so true because alot of my regular customers ask me about bodybuilding and know that is what i do, one of them said you must trian shoulders alot, insaid actually I don't isolate them really at all, its just one of my body parts that geow easily, i know everyone is different in the approach or days they lift, im happy knowing i can lift 3 days a week and have been on a ppl for years now for my split, as ive learned through my coach the community and own experiences, you can infact grow alot from 3 days only in the gym.

That is a good point I will have to watch myself and make sure im not leaning far forward, any tips for improving on lifts is always welcome and appreciated.

I also like to show that you can make big improvements on a 3 day split which is what i follow, the only things ive changed up is either sets rep ranges or the movements, as i switch some up every week so i can keep it fun.

The cool thing is im only in the gym 35-40 minutes 3 days a week with this one for my resistance trianing and im seeing this kind of growth.

That is a good point I will have to watch myself and make sure im not leaning far forward, any tips for improving on lifts is always welcome and appreciated.

I also like to show that you can make big improvements on a 3 day split which is what i follow, the only things ive changed up is either sets rep ranges or the movements, as i switch some up every week so i can keep it fun.

The cool thing is im only in the gym 35-40 minutes 3 days a week with this one for my resistance trianing and im seeing this kind of growth.
eventually you can turn to 4 or 5 day splits
but 3 day split is solid

Today was my 3rd injection of the week and everything went flawlessly this week as far as injections, 3.03mls in the books for week 4 of injectables, first official time i can say 500mg of test cyp has been achieved.

Overall i feel really good and strong, drive motivation and mood are still very stable and good, ive really been enjoying this cycle alot.

I cant believe i slept on orals for as long as i have, after this experience with the pumps and endurance, no matter what muscle i target even thinking about working that muscle i get a pump, ive never felt something so elevating from a workout motivation standpoint.

No negative sides or noticeable issues i can report at this time, so far smooth sailing.

Tonight's workout i felt like switching it up and did alot of cable work for chest tonight, i really enjoyed it and the pump was incredible.

This cycle specifically ive felt the most activation in all muscle groups and the best mind muscle connection so far.

The combination of Test/Mast/Var/Winny is a proven winning combination for me no doubt about it, and im noticing even with a t shirt on changes in size and shape with my physique and how i look in shirts.

The 50mg var and 20mg winstrol 45 minutes preworkout just hits so fucking hard 💪

Tonight was another late night gym session, i love the grind and embrace the long late nights, all worth it as im goal chasing, towards crushing changes in 2025 and onward into making 2026 my year.

Yeah never really heard good things about him outside of bodybuilding, i like him as a bodybuilder
