Today I made the decision to not take Clenbuterol as I needed to attend a very important meeting that involved not looking like a crack addict! I can honestly say that I am much more lethargic without it, so you will not be the seeing the end of clenfields!!!.. Unless we can swap out the clen for 200mg dnp 🙃??(negotiations still undergoing)

Well well well, what is this?? A PR on the pec dec? I think so! Yes! HOW does he do it? Hmm? Me not a clue. He must have bad form though—correct?? No no. He 1 second pause that bitch.

You guys cut aggressively then your body just becomes super fragile and twitchy? For the last month or so—I make ONE wrong move and my body makes me pay with cramps.. hands, neck, feet.. no mercy..

Shoutout to @AJ ,@Oldmanchops and @🦖 Dinosaur 🦖 for helping out with operation playing the fields; it’s genuinely such a nice thing to do ❤️❤️❤️❤️
what's the training app?

That's ok bro, I will follow the rules. But the poison is in the dose bro. You can die from anything you personally take...
thats partially true broly
@AUwomenizer yes you can take a bottle of aspirin and die, true
but with DNP its a dice roll, if the guy selling you DNP didnt measure right you're dead
and if you overdose just by double the dose you could do
thats not the same for taking 2 aspirin vs 1

you dont need much maple syrup for the whole 900g yoghurt)

you have just created something that tasted TERRIBLE, into something that tastes better, cheaper and same macros as those other protein yoghurt brands (yopro, chobani etc)….

Other then that fantastic PlayField’s Protein Yoghurt (trademark pending) creation… not much else to say… im back in action and nothing will stop me except me!!!!!!!

So quick recap I suppose:

I’ve been dieting since early April I think (prior to coach and UGLOZ partnership)…

Started 91.6kg after bulking from 77kg for 2 months (early feb - april)

Partnership with @UGL OZ and coached by @Gains Man in early June

Now 77.8kg as of this morning (lowest weight was yesterday at 76.7kg)

Cycle (EoD frequency):
375mg Test weekly
300mg EQ weekly
40mg anavar daily
40mcg clen daily
3iu HGH daily (starting in July)
875iu hcg weekly
2.5mg Reta weekly
maple syrup yogurt thats actually a good idea broly @playfields though i have clients doing the yogurt raw nothing inside

you taking taurine for the clen?

Not only that, but the difference between an effective dose and a lethal dose is razor thin.
And DNP has no real definitive treatment once you overdose, DNP is a very, very rare drug for Doctors to encounter and there is no cure.

How many weeks now gents? Absolutely ridiculous how lean I get daily in my lower abdomen/groin area—already more vascularity appearing there then where you’d expect it; like limbs, though, with that being said, my calves are also pretty decently vascular as well.

Strength on certain lifts are going up like Leg extensions and single leg press—but lifts that involve my hamstrings are weaker than what they use to be. I’m very happy with the improvements though. When I started using steroids, all the gains went to my legs, so I’m not too surprised that when I started cutting and lowering dosages (especially taking out Tren), that my strength in that department would rapidly decline. I’m very surprised at the fact that I’ve been able to push myself on the leg extensions though.
@playfields
good to hear you are leaning out

Felt so off today, as soon as I got home I had a delectable nap which resulted in me going to the gym a tad later than I would usually, I also didn’t feel very refreshed unfortunatelyyy. Feeling a but lazy today so I’m skipping abs and I only did about 20 minutes cardio today.

Think you ok

The lack of carbs is hitting like a truck haha, I’ve also been lowering calories last 2 days due to slacking in steps atm. I may not always be able to get my steps/cardio in, but I can always rely on my ability to starve myself lol, my appetite is the one thing not wavering currently and is holding strong; thanks to reta.

Out of clen, but not really looking to get more tbh unless I feel lethargic without it. I also don’t even use it properly.. I know you’re meant to cycle it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, but I haven’t bothered to do any of that.

Did stairmaster today due to a gang of thugs taking my exercise bike; same with the parallel bars.

Big things have been learn’t today.
Firstly:
Previously I’d drink only an adequate amount of water—about 2-4Ls a day. BUT NOW, now I drink the EXACT same amount of water, except with Lite Salt and normal salt. Idk how to explain it but it’s definitely improved performance and I guess I’ve had a mini-headache in the background that feels alleviated.

Secondly:
I mentioned running out of clen which is fine and doesn’t affect much fat loss wise. I primarily utilised Clen to counter any lethargy I would experience to keep me sharp. So I looked into alternatives like DMAA which I’m hesitant to touch. What I forgot about though, is that I have a couple of boxes of DUROMINE 40mg x30, I acquired these long before I even knew about GLP-1s. I actually wanted to ‘dispose’ of them, but I realised that this isn’t facebook marketplace and that is HELLA illegal. Anyways, I tried one this morning at around 4-5am, I thought they would be suitable since they’re long lasting, takes a while to build a tolerance, not addictive and as a bonus, blunt appetite.

I was worried that 40mg would be too much, but unfortunately they’re in capsule form so it’s difficult to split. I was also worried about BP and HR increases. I can thankfully say that Duromine has been a massive success. It has given me a drive that I haven’t had since starting my diet like 3 months ago. My BP is also 119/59 and HR is 75bpm, this was taken twice in the evening after an hour walk.

Not only did I feel like walking for hours with 0 fatigue, I also hit a few PRs today (fly machine, tricep extension).

Also a little bit off topic, seeing 75bpm was a bit shocking because when I was on Tren it was constantly 100bpm at rest lmao.

Stay away from the duromine brother. If @Gains Man would like for you to continue on with the Clen we can arrange that for you but if you're genuinely feeling chronic fatigue then the focus should be on identifying the cause of it.

Will definitely try to sus out the root cause but unfortunately I think it’s just diet fatigue at this point. I’ll probably need to take a break from Clen so my body can resensitise.

Phentermine is more powerful than I remembered. Wasn’t expecting my mood and motivation to be firing on all cylinders so drastically—I just wanted to feel a bit wired 🥲.

I agree AJ. If the body is fatigued. Not much is going to happen. Except getting sick.

Have a talk over with @Gains Man about this. With health body and mind. The gains will be huge 💪💪

@playfields you should talk to your coach @Gains Man but duromine is addictive, I wouldnt use it.
The issue you have with fatigue is diet related, you're not putting in enough fats or carbs, pick one to help you get energy.

Good energy today—but not in a positive way.

Not shockingly, sleep quality was pretty trash.

Received a message early in the morning that made me incredibly paranoid and tbh, a little manic lol. At least it fuelled my training today.

Lacking steps today; had awkward appointments that made it hard to hit 10k properly—so I tried to make up for it by adding in stairmaster for today.

Mood and concentration is still incredibly sharp from yesterday, but it’s declined a lot in the last couple of hours; definitely going to get a goodnights rest in.

Potentially no gym tomorrow and Sunday, going to watch my friend’s band play 🙂.

@playfields my suggestion is don't communicate with exes. when you move on you should move on for real. no need to stay connected

36 minutes exercise bike

66 minutes of cardio is on point. @playfields no gym on sunday sounds really good. take the day off and rest that body!

Felt a bit rough today, and I've come to the realization that it's very possible that I have low E2.

Noticed a tingling pain around both knee joints while at the gym, the tingling pain shoots through the entire side of both my inner legs. The pain mostly comes about while extending or stretching my legs, I can also feel it when I stand up and strike the ground, it feels like a branch of nerves are being displaced when I absorb the shock from the ground. It mostly calms down after walking for a bit.

After looking it up, I'm pretty sure it's the Femoral nerve that is acting up; possibly from being compressed?

Recently, my shoulder has been getting sore just from walking, the same is true for my knee joint. I also noticed flaky dry hands on Saturday, and for a couple of days now, I've had cracked dry lips too, furthermore, sometimes one of my limbs will go very cold compared to other limbs and perhaps the most damning thing, my libido is non-existent.

It has been roughly 5 weeks now on 300mg of EQ, and with all of the beforementioned symptoms, me and Gains man have made the decision to get a blood test.

Not sure how low E2 can cause Femoral nerve pain, but my hypothesis is, is that I strained my knee joint from going to Saturday's concert (and clubbing afterwards), it's likely I was dehydrated and I might've also been straining it from training legs and doing cardio while possibly having low E2 in the days leading up; maybe this was the final straw?

@playfields you're really putting in the time with the meals :D and the concert dancing for sure would cause possible issues if you have low e2 and dry joints.

I've gotten ill again and this time it's pretty debilitating ngl. Feel like a zombie, incredible brain fog, burning headache and my whole body feels extremely heavy.

Not only this, but I'm guessing I'm suffering from low e2 symptoms too. I was already starting to feel the symptoms of low motivation, fatigue and terrible mood come on a day before getting sick.

Didn’t log food today; tomorrow I will resume usual steps/diet.

Back at it. Still have the usual symptoms of a cold, but the main storm of COVID symptoms have passed; muscles are pushing and pulling, blood is pumping, neurotransmitters are neurotransmitting. The hour has come to fully mobilise our newly glycogen incarnated body and sacrifice it until the bitter end—a lot of time and energy has been lost this last week, but a great German philosopher once declared: “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”, then I can only say, no matter how many times I get sick with increasing severity, what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.

Not really accustomed with cleanses or knowledgeable on how to run one, but I'll be okay I reckon, just a bit crook. The debilitating issues were fatigue and brain fog.

Appetite is still a lil bit inactive due to lingering sickness, but with that being said, because of eating good for 7 days without exerting any of it, a lot of that energy and glycogen has saved up which is contributing to good workouts regardless of current caloric intake.

In a couple of weeks, it’ll be August, and then September, and then.. the ice will melt.. the ground will become firm.. the body will be primed and the fruits of our labour will flow... So many lessons learn’t this Winter, and one shouldn’t think I didn’t cross my arms and contemplate at length and wonder about what comes next. Although this Winter has served as a gigantic step in a spiralling staircase—one shouldn’t get their hopes up at the thought of remission from the Hunger and the Winter. The demanding nature of our soul does not halt; not now; not then; and not in the many years to come.

75.1kg SHOCKING WEIGHT DROP 😮)
30-32ish minutes stationary bike
DIDNT HIT STEP GOAL!!! (RAINING!!!)

Big 1kg weight drop this morning, honestly shocked with how well my weight maintained while being bedridden sick (I completely disregarded diet and just ate to get a dopamine hit last week).

Unfortunately, wasn’t able to hit my step goal today, I’ve started walking to the gym to ramp up my step goal, save on fuel and because I'm ENVIRONMENTALLY-AWARE!!!! But once again, bad weather… if bad weather hits during that time, it hurts my greater daily cardio volume and thus the ENVIRONMENT!!!!!!!!!

Skipped a decent amount of strength training as well today. In general, leg strength was lacking as expected; it’s been a while since the last leg day. Straight legged deadlifts and hack-squats were making my knees incredibly wobbly even at a light weight, I also skipped lying leg curls and leg raises mainly because it wasn’t available.

Appetite is still slow, but I can already feel it ramping which generally aligns with my state of health.

73.7KG (WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!)
no cardio :O

No cardio sadly, still adjusting to walking to the gym, time keeps getting cut short--it's no worries, eventually we'll have the schedule sorted and you'll be seeing double the daily steps and 30 minutes cardio; I find walking with a purpose makes it more enjoyable and sustainable, so I'm keen to get it sorted. Definitely just a temporary measure for about a month I'd say.. Currently in a transitioning phase, so I have enough time to spend walking 4 hours a day lol. It comes at a decent cost though, walking 2 hours prior to a push/pull/leg day can exert a little bit of energy before hand--felt this today and the day before, although admittedly, it doesn't help that I'm still a bit crook and decently underfed, but it's very worth it for the benefits it comes with. Sadly though, strength is beginning to decline at a faster pace; shoulders, chest, arms... It's all taken a hit. Hopefully it has more to do with recovering from being sick and maybe holding on to less water, so I'm not going to get too upset over it.

Regardless of strength and/or muscle loss, I'm feeling fanatical. I plan on ending the cut on the 10th of August; the stars have aligned in a nearly prophesied fashion. For the next couple of weeks, this fanaticism will manifest itself, and we'll launch our final all-or-nothing attempt at reaching our goals! please, embrace this with me friends and let's help push each other to reach our goals--no matter the objective...

not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face not just a silly face

WHAT IS HAPPENING! we are losing a kilo a day and weighing ultra low compared to last week; it is completely ruining my faith in my own personal understanding of thermodynamics!!! ah!!!

Obviously these last 3 days it hasn't been a real 2-3kg weight loss that's been occurring... however!!!! to explain my confusion!: Last week I was bedridden... the week before that I was celebrating my friend's birthday... I probably ate 1-2k calories over my maintenance on that day, and for the 4 days I was bedridden sick, I also probably ate 1k-1.5k calories over my maintenance for all of those days. I was my lowest weight at 76kgish 1.5 weeks ago, I then pigged, and then I was unable to do cardio/gym. To add: I didn't refrain from pinning, however I did pause anavar for the mean time.

The question: How is Playfield's not at least 76-77kg? 🤔 How is he at an ultra low of 73.7kg? 🤨

My theories:

Playfield's is GOD: This OBJECTIVE-potential-MOST LIKELY TO BE TRUE-theory, is a no brainer, but yes--it is very likely I am to be immortal and may defy the laws of nature .

Playfield's lost muscle: no... maybe :( idk :(

Playfield's might've had high cortisol and thus more water retention, maybe the vacation chilled lil bro out?: i am never chill and i am not little

Playfield's estrogen perhaps did lower within proximity of these events, perhaps it reduced water retention?: shiut the fuck up u cunt you dont know me

Maybe you just don't know how to count calories?????: V do i look like a fucking JOKE to you?

-------------------------------------
73.7KG (WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!)
no cardio :O

Not all at once, but over the course of the day, absolutely. Even with a GLP-1 it's easy--maybe if I wasn't on a glp-1 I could eat one in an hour maybe.. might have to be the first thing I try after cutting.

So you enjoy milk with your sweets too? A man of culture.
