I bought the defense originally thinking it would suffice but it’s my next purchase

I honestly don’t have much of a diet plan in play rn. Never really added macros neither. If there is any advice or recommendations on how to get started with that I’m all ears.
@Stiffler easiest we can start is with you day to day for 2 weeks recording each meal in an app or on phone and go from there. We need to know base to help you improve.
