This week has been big one at the gym. Im feeling stronger than ever on @ODINLABS gear.

My new workout split given to me by @ODINLABS is going great and in the few weeks of running it, I can already see the difference in my definition between my shoulders,chest,lats. My strength has also gone up.

Today's session was shoulders, which consisted of:
Warm ups on cable machine - 3x12 on low weight (around 10kg) side raises, rear delt cable fly and a front delt bar pull up.
Upright rows - 3 x 10 - full stack (about 50kg from memory) will now use the barbell rack or smith machine to go heavier.
Side lateral raises machine - 3x8 - full stack - approx 68kg I think
Shoulders press machine - 1 x 12 @ 50kg a side, 1x5 @60kg, 1x5ish@ 70kg a side (new PB)
Rear delt dumbell flys - 3x10 @28kg.
Y raises on Incline bench - 3x8 @14kg
Then I finish on the shoulder press machine with pin stack.. go around 68kg and drop sets to failure each time, dropping one plate till i get down to 30kg.

I got my new magnetic mount for my phone holder that clips onto any gym equipment so I've been playing around with videos now. Its a handy gadget for recording yourself with your phone instead of taking tripods and shit.
I did fuck up and my PB 70kg I must not have press record 😭 so the video shows the 70kg loaded but the video is my 60kg set 🤦 and then the last part of the video is my attempt at 75kg but couldn't get it off the deck - new goal started.

I also was browsing through my phone last night and found a picture of me at my biggest bit over a year ago.. couldn't believe the difference because we get use to seeing ourselves so much - i always think im getting nowhere 🤣

Been living off Steaks and veg this week as its been so busy. Some Mexican chicken and rice normally through the days.

Had a heap of family stuff going on which comes first 🙌 training hasn't stopped every morning before work.
Still kicking goals with my lifts and feeling strong. No injuries which is great.
Ive dropped some calorie intake and stepped cardio up a bit more as im heading to Fiji with the family in 5 weeks and trying to drop a few extra KGs.
Down about 2kg so far (sitting around 117kg) would like to get down to 112kg before flying out.
Had my last dose of Reta yesterday as I forgot to order more 🤦🤦🤣 so ill fly solo these last few weeks.
@ODINLABS juice still pinning cleaner then ever with not one bad shot that has put me out of training certain muscle groups.

@Wheelhouse87 i learned a long time ago to not use tren during hot times of the year
the stuff is miserable. not so much the night sweats but just feeling like you have a fever 24/7 is brutal

Jumping in with the girls at my gym tomorrow morning for a glute session before I hit shoulders.

Also I added a side by side.. a bit of a reflection on 12 months.
Picture on the left was nearly 12 months on the dot compared to photo on right taken yesterday morning.
Can be hard to see the difference every morning when looking in the mirror but I always keep my gym photos in a separate folder in my phone so its all easy to find.
Im starting to get my sides popping but still plenty of fat and loose skin to fill out 😅🤣 (shit part of losing 30kg) really trying hard to get visual abs haha following @ODINLABS procedure of finishing each session with Abs.

Dinner the other night was chicken tenderloins wrapped in some homemade prosciutto from my wifes uncle.. he also dropped a bunch of homemade italian Salami off from this year's batch.

Bit of a rough week being struck down with a cold/flu so only got a session in yesterday and this morning. Missed 3 days of gym but you get that sometimes unfortunately. Haven't been sick for a long time so cant complain too much.
Felt good to be back!

Couldn't be happier, especially after his random HPLC results coming back nearly spot on MG/ML (0.19% variance is pretty bloody good!)

Since I only had 2 days i just knocked out a quick split on both days.
Friday:
Cable lat raises - 3 x 10
Rear delt cable - 3 x 10
Tricep pull down single arm - 3 x8
Bayesian curls - 3 x 10
Shoulder press- 3x8
Rear delt dumbells - 3x8
Rope hammer curls - 3x8

This morning:
Wide grip lat pull down - 3x10
Single arm lat pull down - 3x8
Low row single arm - 3x8
Wide grip high rows- 3x8
Chest Press- 3x8
Pec deck flys - 3x12
Dips - 3 to fail
Push ups- to fail

Have a good weekend
