Been a long hard week battling with headaches since last leg day, took 2 days off to recover.

Felt head beat like a drum everytime bp rose. Especially when training legs.

Just completed a successful pull day without headaches so were finally back on track! 😊

sitting at 86.6kg fasted this morning, nutrition is still dialed in just have been abit more diverse with food and havent been eating as per a meal plan eg. Eating potatoes when i dont feel like rice.
Just swapping carb sources to keep me excited.
im waiting on a new meal plan to come through soon so ill be posting abit more food pics with macros when i have that locked in.

current meals are as follows

500g breast with 400g cooked jas rice 2 eggs
200g rump with as much veggies as i want and 2 eggs
scoop whey 100g oats with 1 banana in morning
Carbs are at 250 for the day still

Adding himalayan salt to water bottle has drastically improved my sessions and i feel more hydrated.

Mentally tren is taking its effect, feeling a little distant from people and abit frustrated that i cantpeel back to some abs at the moment. Although id rather not look like a crack head and just trust the process and build some dense muscle.

i think the headaches you need to work on your electrolytes and taurine and water intake, whats your level now? i know water is 4l but the minerals and trace minerals are crucial
with the tren if you not feeling right time to dial it back to just 50mgs/week

Thanks brother, i found the culprit.. last leg day i wasnt breathing properly and felt something pop left side of my temple and then it started drumming. Ever since focusing on my breathing ive had no headaches.
I always find a massive rush of blood to my head if i hold my breath on the last rep to failure on a hack squat for example and lose focus of breathing properly trying to get it up.

i agree with you on the tren, ill be dialing it back tomorrow!

thanks mate this is a good example of what im eating, ive been swapping carbs between rice and potatoes just to feel abit fuller as im growing 2500 cals dont seem anywhere near enough as im hungry all the time. increasing the volume of my meals definately helping 😊

its a mental struggle
might want to lower the dose by 50mgs

Hydrate and look at electrolytes. I also use beet juice, a half cialis and a daily aspirin to help with BP

No headaches, another amazing session.

85.6kg fasted this morning.

Weights still going up on few lifts, have dialed back on a few just to let my body get used to the weight, using proper form and adding tempo, intensifiers (drop sets, back off sets)

im not pushing incline bench to the max as have a little niggle in right shoulder from last injection. So did dial that one back as to not cause injury.

visibly i feel im getting leaner the weight has stayed between 85.6-87.1kg the last 4 months.

for anyone new following, compounds im using UGLOZ

Platinum Tren ace 200mg weekly split into 3x 0.66ml injections.

Platinum Test e 250mg x2 weekly 1ml Monday and 1ml Friday total 500mg

@justapotato tren and test are a good mix but they can make injuries worse so be ready for that. i would avoid all incline and overhead movements on a bad shoulder. you don't need them anyway

appetite has been abit shit working nightshift, balancing the pregnant mrs chores and cals have been a little lower the last 2 days hence the weight drop.

Whats exciting is i can start to see abs and obliques, but were about 12 weeks too early so need to bump that weight back up and make sure i eat at maintanence as to not hinder performance/progression in the gym.

That being said, still breaking rep and weight records on a few lifts.

You're making progress, very nice @justapotato but on the shoulder press don't do low volume high weights, go with low weights higher reps and slow, so no injuries.

thanks mate thats the goal, stomach is getting flatter every week in some decent lighting can see some abs and obliques starting to be visible when im fasted. slowly but surely itll come just to remain consistent 💪

Macros 218g protein, 317 carb, 81 fat.

Weighed in at 84.65 this morning another new low, but feeling fuller and bigger.

Increased water intake from 3L to 4L daily. Bp is sitting beautifully at 114/71 consistently at rest in the AM.


-Incline smith press 1 top set 115kg x 12 slow tempo with pause.
back off set 100kg x 15.

-Weighted Pullups 2x to failure with 10kg weight attatched - 8reps, 6reps.

-Leg press 1 top set 280kg x 14 slow tempo.
back off set 220kg x10

- Db lateral raise 1 top set 12.5kg each arm slow controlled x 20 (failure)
back off set 7.5kg each arm x15.

-Laying hammy curls 1 top set 67kg x 8
back off 56 x 12

weve got a couple months to go, in this phase, ive never used gh before and will be adding that in as of Monday next week big thanks to UGLOZ for the rocket fuel! Have heard nothing but great things about SHOGUN GH. Dosage TBC will keep updated, more than likely start lower and titrate up to whats tolerable in regards to sides.

Cheers general, Yep everything dialed in. Had to bump the calories by about 500 my maintanence the last few months is making me start to drop weight too drastically. will review in a couple weeks. Feeling great and strong with some more food in the system
 
Push Day with some throw backs of where i started 4 months ago and my favorite look that was taken this week at 84.9kg.

85.2kg fasted this AM

This growth phase on these compounds is now at the end of week 3 and im happier with my physique every week. bigger tighter and leaner.

Push day a little different today to regular program. More low volume high intensity with back off sets. Taking a little deload from higher volume and look forward to a little more progression.

i looked at it as why delay the inevitable, was on a little test for 4 months and decided to add a little spice the last month. Have had years of experience with peds in younger years.

Not to mention my mental health and testosterone was in the hole when i started, i now feel great making the life commitment, for years trying to train again naturally for a few months and just bailing out because not seeing anything come from it drastic come from it as i had experienced on peds in the past, i said to myself why again.

Perhaps the sauce is what i needed to keep the fire burning and build some consistency.
everything around me is on the up not only my physique. Got promoted last week etc.

My goal when i got back on was ONLY to use test to feel normal again. As i felt better goal posts changed, i now want to pursue what ive always wanted to pursue when i was younger and compete on stage.

Wouldnt have achieved that with the dark place i was in and lack of confidence in January.

im a changed man and everyone around me including my family love me for it.
