@ceo my splits tend to be old school but I like it. And if I don't enjoy it, I won't adhere to it. Next winter I'm finding a good gym to train legs. 😁 Mine is missing a few pieces of equipment I like such as belt squat.

I ate lots of carbs two days ago, slept like a baby and was able to crank the best back workout in a freaking while. Holy hell. Everything felt so good, I took the opportunity to do a more heavy volume while I have the energy and the food in my system to recover.

Like Vaillant says, the pump is the cure !! My right lat seems to be lagging a bit but I'm not the best at posing so i might just need to better open it up.

God, i love this sport so much! The ups and the downs. Pic dump from the office gym with no editing or filter from my patato cam. I should really invest in good lightening and camera gear lol

Next step is to shave the legs a bit and see what is under there. And see how i can improve my acne. Masteron is really bursting out the acne side effect :D

Weekly update.

Morning weight now down to 178 - 179 from 181 - 183.

I feel flat as hell. Honestly, by the feeling of it, i think i might have cut the testosterone too much. I was over-aromatizing at 200mg a week. Now that I'm saturated at a lower level of 140 mg a week, i look completely deflated. My bloodtest is on June 11th. I really wanted to see where my estrogen would fall at 140mg a week before doing any adjustement. 200mg was a 70 reading on estrogen. If 140mg yields below 30 i might crank it up a bit because i don't know what to expect really but i feel like i've lost a lot of size despite the weight being the around the same. I was looking very tight at 200mg a week and 70 estrogen... Like my profile picture. Now i just look flat and weak :)

Maybe I should just stop being a b*tch and run with a high estrogen level during my cycles... Am I tripping? lol First bulk and cut cycle. Lots to learn for next time.

New split :

Day 1: chest (incline BB press, flies, decline DB press), shoulders (mostly side laterals) and triceps (skullcrusher, dips). Abs
Day 2 : Legs (squats, legs extension, curls, split-squats). If leg press available, this is prioritized to save my back.
Day 3 : back (one arm DB row to grow my weaker and less develped lat, 25 lbs weighted pull-ups, v-bar row or Meadows rows (RIP John) and biceps (curls)
Day 4: rest/abs
Repeat

Mountain biking season has started. By being an ex-competitive cyclist I know that this means I will lose most of my leg muscles again this summer. I just cannot help it. No leg picture for today, i need to shave. With 2 inches of hair, there is nothing to see there lol

Diet : 2000-2100 calories as of now. With 235 gr of protein. Chicken, greek yogourt, ground beef, egg whites, whey. 35 gr of fats mostly eggs and olive oil. Rest is carbs on pre-workout meal such as oatmeal and whey.

I don't plan, unless an emergency, to work 16h a day anymore. So, caloric deficit should start now. 6 weeks late but better now than never.

Really waiting for blood levels in about 10 days to adjust the testosterone. After the results are in, i'll get the orals and start running them for the last 8 weeks. I expect most of the results to come in this 2 month time. I will keep using 300 mg of masteron a week until the end of the 8 weeks.

Pictures of this morning, no pump, no food, no filter. :/ Nothing too impressive. Crazy how the testosterone adjustment i made seemed to have killed the train from going...

Got the bloodwork done yesterday. Should have the results early next week and will be able to see where i stand at in order to get the orals and adjust the dosing of my inectables if required.

So far, i inject twice a week. i've been on 140 mg of test cyp per week and now at 300 mg of masteron since last week. I didn't lose much weight, my hunger is up probably due to masteron. I'm having a hard time being in a deficit, like if i was fighting the anabolic that wants me to keep growing. Even though i did not lose weight, i look tighther. So i guess the weight does not matter as much. I'm trying to curb my hunger down with 8 mg of ephedrine per day, one pill. This is like clen, the effect will taper off in a few days but i'll take the help while i can. I really want to be in a steady deficit before starting the orals.

8 weeks oral:

- 40 mg anavar per day on training day;
- 40 mg winstrol per day on training day (or would 20 mg be enough?)
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, total of 6 weeks on clen at a 25 mcg to 75 mcg dose per day.

Quick picture of the legs. I have too much hair to show any definition, but i think they grew a bit since February. Nothing too impressive, but for a 180 lbs frame, i think it's ok.

The winstrol, 40mgs is a better dose for you imo on training days and 20mgs off the days.

i have always found 25mgs is better as the sides are less
but it is your choice try both ways

@RoySimpson thank you boss ! Next winter, i will increase training volume on the legs. Impossible to do it in the summer with mountain biking but i want to grow these legs. Always been a challenge but i'm up for it

@Ulter clen is a love hate relationship. It works like nothing else i've tried. DO i like the side effects like no sleep and nasty cramps. Hell no... GLP1 as Ozempic I really don't know how to get this stuff in Canada honestly.

@LevButlerov @stevesmi since i've never tried winstrol before, as opposed to clen, I'll start with 20 mg to see how i feel and how much sides i get. Then ramp up if only required. If i get get away with the minimal effective dose i'll do it.
 
Bloodwork update. It only took 24h for the doc to send it to me. That was way quicker than usual.

Last reading was from April 17th. I was only using testosterone cypionate. I had been running it for 8 weeks prior at an average of 160 mg a week with a peak dose of 200mg the week before the reading. Estrogen was very high at 69.5 pg/ml.

After the reading in an attempt to lower estrogen, I decided to lower the dose to 140 mg a week. I added masteron with an average dose of 250 mg a week for the 8 weeks leading to the new reading with a peak dose of 300 mg the week before the reading. I also added 6.25 mg of aromasin per week.

Now, the reading comes in. I thought that masteron did not aromatize, that it would be neutral. It might be right. I thought that lowering the dose of test with 6.25 mg of aromasin would have somewhat reduced estrogen. At least a bit!

Well, i'm surprised to say that my estrogen, despite all that, did not move one bit :( Still at 69.

I'm a bit lost but this high estrogen is most certainly why i have a hard time controlling my hunger.

Now, is there a point of even running test over 75 mg a week with an estrogen this high? Just thinking of keeping the masteron as is, taking 75 - 100 mg a week of test and maybe take 6.25 mg of aromasin twice a week instead of once a week. I'll be done with this cycle within 8-10 weeks anyway, so i know i'm gonna have to reduce the test sooner or later. I might be able to live with the estrogen this high for the 8-10 weeks, but it will have to go down at some point.

The problem here is that the doc did not request estradiol in the bloodtests prior to me jumping on gear after I started my TRT a year ago. The estradiol could have been higher than normal from a base level... That i don't know.

oops, seems i cannot edit the post no more so i'll add it here. In fact, the testosterone dose is probably not the issue here, in the bodybuilding context. Estrogen is. The aromasin baby dose i had, 6.25 mg a week, might simply be too low. I went low because i don't want to block 95% of the estrogen. 25mg a day seems to achieve that clinically. So, might be sound to keep testosterone as is, but take 12.5 mg of aromasin every other day?

140mgs of test cyp and 300mgs of masteron from last week is good
you don't need crazy gear to build a nice physique
ephedrine will kill appetite yes but watch your heart health taking it

So far, i inject twice a week. i've been on 140 mg of test cyp per week and now at 300 mg of masteron since last week. I didn't lose much weight, my hunger is up probably due to masteron. I'm having a hard time being in a deficit, like if i was fighting the anabolic that wants me to keep growing. Even though i did not lose weight, i look tighther. So i guess the weight does not matter as much. I'm trying to curb my hunger down with 8 mg of ephedrine per day, one pill. This is like clen, the effect will taper off in a few days but i'll take the help while i can. I really want to be in a steady deficit before starting the orals.

8 weeks oral:

- 40 mg anavar per day on training day;
- 40 mg winstrol per day on training day (or would 20 mg be enough?)
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, total of 6 weeks on clen at a 25 mcg to 75 mcg dose per day.

Quick picture of the legs. I have too much hair to show any definition, but i think they grew a bit since February. Nothing too impressive, but for a 180 lbs frame, i think it's ok.

yes, after reflecting on the facts the only adjustment is the aromasin. I know this stuff is strong and I went very cautiously at first.

One pill of 12.5 mg every other day starting tomorrow should yield results. The good thing is that it reaches full efficacy fast so it should help with my hunger. Estrogen never been this high, hunger never been this high so there is got to be a relationship. No way I can shed weight without fasting right now, this is how pregnant women must feel. 😂

If you have tamoxifen on hand, add 10mgs eod too :D if not no issues.

the bloodwork looks good overall. estrogen can be complicated sometimes, but don't panic. worst case you can always slam letro to get it down easily but i don't think we are there yet

high estrogen can end up with gyno sneak up on you. i had it long time ago and no fun

Got the bloodwork done yesterday. Should have the results early next week and will be able to see where i stand at in order to get the orals and adjust the dosing of my inectables if required.

Everyone responds differently with these compounds its not always black and white in nature, masteron in theory could act like a serum... dont count on it, its important and good you get bloods so you can see how you respond, i know for me i can run 300 test with 300 primo no ai and estrogen will be at 16.7 some people can do the same thing and estrogen is sky high. I also recommend AI day one and adjusting after bloods dose wise.

Honestly in my experience 20mg is plenty for winstrol i run it at that solo it was awesome crazy pumps and good endurance gains, when i combined it with 50mg anavar both taken 45 minutes before trianing... took my trianing into a whole new level.

@Noah Wixx thank you for your input! As you said and relates in your two messages, there is no one size fits all dosing. It's also what makes being enhanced so much more complicated and interesting (in my opinion) by adding multiple new variables in the process and why I tend to approach this very cautiously especially for the first year. It is certainly not a cheat code. Honestly, with my pretty new experience from natty to enhanced i can tell that it is not easy by any mean. Any bad habits (sleep, diet etc...) while natty would simply become exponentially worse on gear. The good and the bad gets amplified. My health would be in a very bad spot right now had I blasted 300 mg of test with other coumpounds from the start. There was no need for it to begin with, as most of the work has been done in the last 7 years of natty training.

It's also what makes being enhanced so much more complicated and interesting (in my opinion) by adding multiple new variables in the process and why I tend to approach this very cautiously especially for the first year. It is certainly not a cheat code. Honestly, with my pretty new experience from natty to enhanced i can tell that it is not easy by any mean. Any bad habits (sleep, diet etc...) while natty would simply become exponentially worse on gear. The good and the bad gets amplified. My health would be in a very bad spot right now had I blasted 300 mg of test with other coumpounds from the start. There was no need for it to begin with, as most of the work has been done in the last 7 years of natty training.
I think it's all relative to what you're doing and each person is different. I've trained guys that kill it on 20mgs of winstrol and others that need 100mgs. @haldencapital

So that means i get to workout by carrying wood and building stuff for the cabin. I will be able to maintain for sure but I might postponed the die hard cut due to that. My mind was on tilt before i left, lots of stress going on in my life and i don't feel like I can devote my all to it. Sleep, stress, legal & family stuff etc. Just not a good time. I keep by BW at a steady 181 - 183 lbs, somewhat lean. Which is a great foundation for this winter. I assume i will lose about 10 pounds when i will come off masteron and will reduce my testosterone to TRT levels but that would still be about 10 lbs above what i started with in January this year. Just saw your message guys. I'm back home now. Heat wave was nasty. Two days over 115 degrees. Overall, two weeks of almost 100+ degrees. There is a small lake at the end of the river nearby so i was able to get some good dips when i was overheating.

Good thing is i was so active while under-eating, I think i have lost a net 4 pounds without thinking about it too much. I had to cook on propane grills but with no fridge or electricity, the diet was mostly whey, tuna cans, pastas and fruits. I think I was able to maintain pretty well despite not being able to go to the gym. I was still doing manual labor around the lot so muscles were still active.

But the heat made it very difficult to sleep. I will have to catch up on bad sleep in the next few days.

Small workout to make to blood flow a bit this morning. I'll make sure to crank up my protein intake. -4 pounds, no noticeable strength loss. Energy is fair. Looking forward to see how I can get back on track from here for the next few weeks.

Now, motivation is here again and i am going back into the groove. quick legs + back/biceps yesterday and chest + shoulders/triceps today.

I will get back to my normal routine and might start doing the last stretch of dieting for about 6 weeks. Currently down 4 to 5 pounds net. Now between 179 and 180 pounds, evening weight.

Nothing too fancy here. Just avoiding dull workouts to keep the motivation in check while I get my full strength back. Once I get my optimal routine, I'll have a better idea of where I stand.

I'm still trying to find a footing. I maintain at around 2100 calories right now.

I tried eating the same thing everyday since I got back last week to find my maintenance.

1: 2/3 cup oats + 2 scoops protein pre-work at noon
2 : Two cans of tuna with green veggies or salad.
3: 450 GR of eggs white + 2 eggs + 200 GR Greek yogurt
4: 200 gr of Chicken breast + 100gr rice

But, most of the time I aim for my 220 GR of protein and fill the rest with carbs mostly pre workout and at my last meal. Minimal fat right now, I just don't like having too much of my calories from fat when I'm not in a surplus. I just like eating carbs 🙃

I'm still trying to find a footing. I maintain at around 2100 calories right now.

I tried eating the same thing everyday since I got back last week to find my maintenance.

1: 2/3 cup oats + 2 scoops protein pre-work at noon
2 : Two cans of tuna with green veggies or salad.
3: 450 GR of eggs white + 2 eggs + 200 GR Greek yogurt
4: 200 gr of Chicken breast + 100gr rice
5: fill the rest with carbs if calories allow.

2100 cal is good but you modding the diet with avocado and more fats? consider it. @haldencapital

Now, motivation is here again and i am going back into the groove. quick legs + back/biceps yesterday and chest + shoulders/triceps today.

I will get back to my normal routine and might start doing the last stretch of dieting for about 6 weeks. Currently down 4 to 5 pounds net. Now between 179 and 180 pounds, evening weight.

Nothing too fancy here. Just avoiding dull workouts to keep the motivation in check while I get my full strength back. Once I get my optimal routine, I'll have a better idea of where I stand.

@stevesmi I was not complaining too much besides when I was trying to sleep because while I was chilling near the water, I was thinking of construction workers roofing and employees doing paving. Oh my goodness. I had no business pushing to the limit, I simply was enjoying my time off. ⛱️

A nice to see you had an enjoyable week even though the weather was not your friend. Maybe next year, plan it a little bit earlier before it gets too hot. Maybe 2 or 3 weeks sooner.@haldencapital

@2Thick hunger is much more manageable since i got back so that should help the striations a little more. I probably was very stressed before I leave and ghrelin/insulin sensitivity was probably out of whack. And my high estrogen did not help either and was probably somewhat related.

The addition of 12.5 mg of aromasin every other day must have done something great. I'm dialed in since last week and my hunger is much more controllable. Over the last 14 days, i have not had any craving and can maintain my calorie deficit without any issue.

I feel more in control of everything right now.

Still at 300 mg of masteron each week and 140 mg of testosterone.

I went from 184 to 177 pounds (full at night after my last meal). And this seems to be consistent since Monday.

I usually have my cup of oats with whey at 10h30 before my workout. I have one scoop of whey and greek yogourt + berries at 1PM after training and then, what I do during a diet phase, I push my last two meals in the evening so i can sleep with food in my system.

Working beautifully so far. Strength is still there. I simply look a bit flat as i am in a deficit but i had a surplus day on Sunday and I can tell that the flatness leaves very quickly with an increased food intake. Not worried about being flat at all.

I want to work with the diet and training + deficit as long as I can before introducing any orals.

Looking like this so far, after a workout. :) It's weird but i feel like the gear gave me a larger gut and i seem to have developed a bit of additional skin on the abs from it. But, i'm still 17 pounds heavier than my natural weight i had so mightjust be an extra layer of fat i need to dig in :D

Adding aromasin does help especially as you clean up the aromatase enzyme more. @haldencapital
High estrogen = high hunger its just a fact, looking at your pics you're not flat at all you look awesome.

You want to slice? I dont see why you can keep growing easy :D
 
Been a while folks. Thanks to @LevButlerov and @BeMe for the tags on the recent Fusion Canada change while I was away.

Indeed, I went back to work to stack up as much bills as I could before the slow season. So, I didn't go as deep in the cut as I wanted to but I'm happy with the progress I've made in this log with regards to using a second compound.

To me, this is the most important as I always preached. It was my second cycle and the first one with a second compound. I did learn a lot by doing monthly blood work and had I not gone the prudent route I would have caused lots of damage due to my estrogen conversion. Next time I know not to be afraid of using an AI even if I only push 200mg of test a week or else, I need to keep the dose unnecessarily low.

As for masteron, I got really bad acne at 300mg a week. That was to be expected and I'll see what I can do next time.

Anybody saying that it's easier on gear is probably doing it blindly. It is not easier. That's in fact the opposite to me. We are adding so much more variables to the mix, yes it helps building muscles but if the rest is shit (eat, sleep, training, education, blood work) it does nothing but damage.

So, since my last update there has been no change to the physique really. I ended up maintaining 176 pounds. I stopped the gear 4 weeks ago and am now back to my normal prescribe TRT. I will get blood work in 6 weeks to see how the profiles landed to and take it slow this fall in order to create another goal for the winter. I really want to get the estrogen in control before going back in. I also need to get back on a clean diet. Eating camp food for weeks really does not help.

Looking back, I gained a solid 10-12 pounds since my first cycle in February. Even though I lost a bit of size compared to when my estrogen was through the roof, most of the gains are muscles despite having accumulated a bit more fat in the lower belly. I notice that my gut is bigger than when I was natural.

Now that I will be working less, the plan is to continue lifting through Fall 🍂. I just want to enjoy my time, no real goal but to keep what I gained on the frame. I don't want to burnout before the next iteration. And mostly enjoy the rest of the mountain biking season.

When winter comes, I'll be focusing on a real lean bulk. I want to get a nice set of legs. Until then, I will have to study the best compounds to achieve so. Test, Dbol, deca ?? Who knows 😁 I have not structured anything yet but I'll be reading and studying the possibilities.

I'm trying to lean bulk this fall/winter too. I'm planning on just running Tren A and seeing how my body handles it. I'm gonna start in late October early November. If you want me to be your lab rat you can wait on me and I can tell you how it goes lol.

Started February 2025, 3 months of 150 mg of testosterone only. Then, the "second cycle" if we can call it that way, with 180 mg test + 300 mg masteron until last month. That is it. I had a 6+ years of military regimen training and dieting prior to that. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to extract all the benefits from the gear with the mad work schedule this summer but what I wanted to achieve was a success : getting to know my tolerance to the testosterone and studying the data behind the blood work + the interaction between 2 mild compounds. Good thing I went step by step, I'm very prone to aromatization as you saw a few months ago in the data we shared. I could have end up in a very bad situation very quickly with the "bro doses".

I really want to get dialed in next time with the same rigid structure I had on my natural build up. Diet, sleep, training and all.

Man, tren A. I've looked into it. Honestly, the looks of it is disgusting loll. But I've looked at some opinions and Todd Lee I believe is his name, mentioned that the minimal effective dose could be as low as 40-50 mg a week. And in my opinion I won't go beyond that knowing the side effects. That is the core of my approach too. Finding the minimal effective dose in everything. That's why I liked masteron so much. I can tolerate lots of it for my size. Only thing I will need to look into is the acne. But, if you ever get on tren before me, I'll be more than happy to see how you feel on it. Just be careful though, I don't want to be a p*ussy but tren seems very letal, I just don't see myself pinning 200-300 mg a week without having to spend the rest of my life in jail due to blowing a fuse on someone loll 🤣

You got some amazing results from a really low dose cycle. You could be a hyper responder based on your results and the level of aromatization you experienced. That's great news because it means you can get more from less.

I took the same cautious approach as you for the same reasons. I had the opposite reaction, where my dosing was definitely too low and I could've handled a lot more. But we live and learn and try to do it without doing any serious long term damage.

I have some guardrails in place with my Tren cycle and I'm running Ace so if things get hectic I can back off pretty quick. My wife knows if I change at all to let me know. I trust her so if something does go wrong with me mentally she'll see it and set me straight. Going to start low around 150mg a week and titrate up to 300mg if tolerable.
