Approved Log First cycle – Second iteration - Testosterone Masteron Winstrol Anavar -vascularity for the summer Log

Update. Last post was May 14th, when I got called last minute for duty in Northern Canada (Northwest Territories). I basically flew out this morning after 10 consecutive 16h shift. I'm wrecked. I wasn't able to train at a gym, but i brought resistance bands with me. 20 minutes of bands every day is all I was able to do.

Food was very bad on the camp site. Certainly didn't eat the protein intake required to sustain those working hours. Sleep was minimal, sleeping in a camp with 12 other persons with only 8 hours before the next shift.

I got home early today. Don't have the energy to take pictures of the "progress", or should i say the lack of it. I was able to salvage i think. I look the same. I weigh the same. Just a bit fluffly from the bad food i had there.

So, i guess it's back to square one. I should be down 2-3 pounds but life being what it is, i did what i could in the conditions I had to deal with.

I cannot wait to eat my chicken and rice :) Get a good night of sleep and get back to training. I'll keep posting when I get all my energy back. For now, i'll go to sleep and will propably sleep for 24h straight!
@haldencapital It's understandable to feel like you're back at square one, but you've likely gained resilience and adaptability from this experience. Once you're rested and back in your routine, you'll probably feel more in control.

Welcome back brother 🙏

Glad you back

Thanks for the kind words guys. I've been sleeping a lot since i came back. Few light trainings here and there to keep the blood flowing. Today is my first day back to the grind.

I'll try to post some picture before the weekend and see where we are at with the physique. It's not going as planned, but sometimes life takes over. I don't expect to work 160 hours in 10 days anytime soon unless of an emergency. Surprisingly, despite the stress and the bad food at the camp/job site, i'm still at 182-183 lbs. Masteron really do helps right now with keeping it tight.

Absolutely brother, not sure about you man the pumps i get from winny good lord its insanely awesome!

@Noah Wixx winny is not yet introduced for me. I'm waiting for my June 11th bloodwork to add it to the stack. :)

I just started it last week, even 20mg 45 minutes before the gym, pumps ate god tier 😅

Back and chest today. Despite the non-existant progress in terms of fat loss dur to working schedule, i still managed to keep most of my size despite the bad food i had to eat during my short term affectation up North. 182-183 pounds this morning. exactly where i started. I had three good nights of sleep after i came back from camp site and I'm eager to see if i can get the routine on point next.

I'm so glad to be back home in the mountains and being surrounded by such beautiful nature. Very grateful right now to live in this environment. 2 pictures i took this afternoon during my 90 minutes walk after my workout.

I really enjoy my workouts so i don't take much posing pictures at the moment. But here quick snapshots i took after the workout. Upper chest looking decent and defined but the gear makes me hairy more and more everyday. If i were to push grams of this stuff, man, I would be like chewbacca. :ROFLMAO:

@Noah Wixx woah! Even with only 20 mg! I can't wait to get on it! I hope it won't be over the top, at the point where it hurts and bring more inconveniences than benefits. I like a good pump 👿

@Npcclassicphysique champ yes, good food only.

- 3 eggs + 500 ml egg white in morning, apple
- 1 cup oats + whey pre-workout
- 150 gr of chicken breast and 160 gr of rice twice a day
- 200 gr of Greek yogurt with cinnamon and strawberries
- broccoli and salad daily.

I don't seem to lose weight at all at 2400 calories. I guess the masteron ramp up builds muscles and I keep growing. The scale doesn't seem to be a good indicator right now. I used to have an easy time cutting when I was natty. But the addition of the gear at this weight (I've never been this heavy) brings complexity. I'll be slowly decreasing my food intake to 2000 calories and see if I can bring the scale down a few pounds.

Trial and error. It's a good thing I'm not competing 😂

@BodyMonster34 i used to live in downtown Toronto a few years ago. Very different but it has its own charm. But for someone who loves the outdoors like me, city living sometimes seems similar to a prison. i don't miss the insane real estate prices either :ROFLMAO:
