💣 4am killer leg session this morning, new program and coach has me pushing harder then I have in my life already - only one week in and things are flying!

📊 I’ll have more updates in a few weeks as we seen all new progressions - but body weight is up, body composition is tighter and food had increased to the highest it’s been

🥣 NEW post workout meal has been going down a treat - with closer to 400g of carbs around my workout window now

Meal is: cream of rice, cream of wheat, whey, low fat yogurt, honey, blueberries, cinnamon, salt.

🔥🔥 BIG LOVE EVO FAM! And a happy mid-week all my bros who are smashing into the week and stacking numbers across the board!

💣💣 I had a killer 4am session today, with delts and arms. Week 3 into my new programming and coaching and it’s going fucking awesome already, I had lots to work on and fix off the bat so it’s been incredible to start from the ground up again!

📊 the workout it’s self:
For this I’ll only list the top sets, prior to top sets are feeder sets that vary depending on the muscle group and order it’s in.

➕ Rear delt dual-cables: 3.75 | 20

➕ dual cable side lateral raise: 5 | 18

➕ single arm tricep cable push down: 7.5 | 11

➕ single arm bicep cable curl: 7.5 | 11

➕ long d-handle tricep extension: 15 | 13

➕ bicep cable curl: 15 | 18

➕ All top sets taken to failure and beyond, details are in the work its self.

✅ feeling really good, body weight slowly keeping up about 11kg since the end of mini cut and still holing on to decent conditioning at this stage.

Thanks bro - and no she’s a meal plan sir, coaching made a sick as hell meal plan similar to what I was eating and what I already like and digest well - then he added his tweaks and changes to make it better

Then all I do is change the way I prep them each time to make it look different or change the texture

💣 Killer 4am push session in the bank this morning, growth phase is on track and making weekly progress across the board.

🔥 Coach has given food another bump this week, so couldn’t be happier about that. We’re now pushing 750g of carbs on training days and feeling really good, digestion is spot on with zero issue putting down any of my meals.

🔥💣 4am savage arms and delts session in the books today, I’ve got a new style of training, new coach and programming that is kicking my ass right now, super humbling to be learning from the ground up.

📊 My growth is ticking up each week now with food increases and a whole new version of stimulus, right now I’m keeping my head down and working hard so I’ll be keeping progress photos to a minimum till I’ve had a decent amount of time under the new coach and surplus so I can show the results.
