4am savage arms and delts session in the books today, I’ve got a new style of training, new coach and programming that is kicking my ass right now, super humbling to be learning from the ground up.
My growth is ticking up each week now with food increases and a whole new version of stimulus, right now I’m keeping my head down and working hard so I’ll be keeping progress photos to a minimum till I’ve had a decent amount of time under the new coach and surplus so I can show the results.

Happy Sunday EVO FAM, hope all my bros had a killer weekend
Killer 4am push session in the bank this morning, growth phase is on track and making weekly progress across the board.
Coach has given food another bump this week, so couldn’t be happier about that. We’re now pushing 750g of carbs on training days and feeling really good, digestion is spot on with zero issue putting down any of my meals.
Massive thank you to my bros at @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep as always, the bros having me at my absolute best right now.
One of my fav meals right now, big old bowl of rice pudding - Jasmin rice, cream of rice, coconut milk, whey, blueberries, cinnamon, salt, honey.
