It would be good to get a hormone panel done before you jump back on gear. That way you'll know your baseline when you're totally natty

Dont ramp from 250 to 500 in 1 week, stay on ONLY sustanon 250mgs/week for 3 weeks minimum.

Your delts are crazy for being natty. They look awesome. Mine inflate and deflate with my doses hahaha. But I think our similar work is sooooo shoulder dominant that it’s always there. My older peers in the business have a lot of shoulder problems. Maybe the most common thing. As soon as they hit the office full time… boom! Frozen shoulder😣. I’ve always been terrified to stop working in the field. At my age, if I stop, it’s over for good

Yeah once we stop moving around we become like the tin man in wizard if oz, get all rusty 😂, especially when we get older , I promised myself even when I get elderly I’ll still be hitting the weights… I never want to become reliant on someone helping me to get around, quality of life is very important to me..💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

You shouldn't start training with gear after the deload week. Try this, deload week, full training week, followed by 1st cycle week. :D smooth into it. @LeNguyen

it's very specific help based on @LeNguyen situation :D I've followed him for years before and after surgery. He likes to go all in hard, but for him with his health it's best to slowly ease into cycles. @BeMe

Todays leg day, really want to hit the gym tonight because of the hack squat and leg press machines there I want to use… but feeling worn out from work today, if I work out in garage I’m limited to barbell squats and leg extensions….
*Todays meals where mostly salmon and one plate was beef tenderloin , still averaging 250-300 grams protein a day, and staying under 150 grams carbs daily…

Thanks brother, feeling great, the lifts are progressing very nicely, I’m very surprised my body is getting back into training so easily, guess when all your organs and body is functioning properly you can really progress 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
