I had a bmw full of Purdue college kids slowing down in front of me and then speeding up and blocking me when I tried to pass in my bucket truck a while ago. Brake checking me. Flipping me off. I was just trying to go home and they were intentionally trying to incite road rage. I barely kept my cool and it really pissed me off because of the classist culture around the big universities. It’s always like that in those places. That company has mandatory dash cams now because of all the problems they’ve had like that.

I could be wrong. But I don’t think so. I worked mostly in Indiana for like 15 years straight. It took me a long time to appreciate their culture, but I would never fit in. It’s a broad generalization, but much of that state has minimal tolerance EVEN for out of staters. It was the norm for me to have to explain my Illinois ID just to get into a bar. And the bouncers would be glaring at me the entire time. But an actual foreigner? Yeah, don’t get into trouble.

That's interesting, I'm not a big Indiana guy midwest area, but @Npcclassicphysique champ is from that region.

The company I work for now has front facing dash cams as well because of that bs you just spoke of, i have people do it all the time, i had a guy do that to me last week i guess 85mph on the hwy wasn't fast enough for him, as he was passing me he looked at me i looked at him and motioned to him to pull over, once he saw me he just kept driving lol 😆 😅

I up my reps and i upped my weights i upped my sets on everything. It felt really damn good ro train unchained and putting hurt into fuel and didn't let my foot off tbe throttle.

All these awesome and wonderful things have started happening after putting it out into the universe, im here for it, time to heal time to get right time to become a champion in life and in my mission, long term bigger picture goals for me and my life 💪

I up my reps and i upped my weights i upped my sets on everything. It felt really damn good ro train unchained and putting hurt into fuel and didn't let my foot off tbe throttle.

I love this equipment man! I don't see stuff like that very often anymore. I used to go to a garage powerlifting gym when I lived in Australia but I had money then and didn't need the gym to have fancy bathrooms and stuff like I do now 😅

I'd like to be a member of one mainstream chain and one grungy place in the future.

My gym is so luxurious we got cobwebs the size that could only rival the admas family home lol 😆 in all seriousness i love how old old-school the gym i like hiw the plates are old and weather with ditry up your hands when you grab a plate to put it on the bar, everything is old-school in my gym, it makes me train so much harder

Idk man my buddy was really in love with her. She did something to him. I don’t think she’s pegging dudes, but she definitely would. But she would talk about prostate stimulation and such. She’s actually my book keeper now, so in a way she’s more up my ass than IRL, hahaha. She knows more about me than the IRS😂

I will be putting my push and pull sessions in this update as i think everyone missed my pull day or didnt see it when i posted it for this week.

I wanted to start out with something that made me realize ive changed more physique wise than i thought, haven't seen my buddy who is the other competitor at my gym in bodybuilding, last time i saw him was 4 months ago, he saw me and said wtf are on you right now, you look like a completely different human, you are fucking huge right now.

he grabbed my bicep cracked a joke and said ok just checking make sure those are real and not synthol injections, made me laugh pretty good lol. He told me excellent work man you look way leaner as well, he gave me the validation that what im doing is really working, just helps me stay positive about myself and locked in.

I am on a brand new path and jounery, as i sit back and reflect ive come into the realization my body was strong my mind was the weak point, im taking steps with switching up major aspects and routines in my life so i can strength my mind and find my inner peace and happiness.

I have noticed since realizing i had issues and problems and putting it into the universe and seeking the healing and help ive needed for many years, lots of positive things are happening and clicking for me.

I realized i put my mind in a box and it was holding me back in my training and how i viewed myself, these past few workouts ive realized how amazing it truly feels training unchained and not doubting myself or letting fear guide me.

This will sound silly for some, incline bench has always been my weakness, ice only been trianing it for a few weeks now, in those weeks ive gone up 45lbs i weight and hit 145lbs for 10 clean reps, i actually felt myself getting emotional after i hit the lift, i realized in that moment just how much fear dictated my life and along with doubt, once i trained with a positive mindset the lbs and reps went up, belief in oneself is a much more powerful tool than i thought.

im changing wll routines that are negative and turning them into healthy ones and providing much more strict structure.

Im trying to become the best version in life of myself and the best version of a bodybuilder i can be and win at both aspects in life.

It's nice having people like your buddy in the gym who know what they're looking at and haven't seen you in a while. It's one thing when a regular person says wow you got big but I totally different thing when someone who trains properly says it. That synthol crack was a good one too.

I can't believe you never trained incline. You're right noticing that's a massive hole in your game for sure. No reason no too and it's the needed to get that nice upper shelf going. If you're going to do one pressing variation incline is by far the most important. It has almost the same mid pec activation as a flat press while at the same time hitting the upper on a much higher level. Scientifically it's the most well rounded press you can do. The jump and weight is way more skill base than strength based. You have the strength to do it, you're just learning how to access that strength.

It has almost the same mid pec activation as a flat press while at the same time hitting the upper on a much higher level. Scientifically it's the most well rounded press you can do. The jump and weight is way more skill base than strength based. You have the strength to do it, you're just learning how to access that strength.
I used to trian it years ago, i stuck mostly with DB Incline press these days when i would do it, i got kind of discouraged because my shoulder surgery it really took a hit strength wise with that lift, not sure why, i just never went back to Barbell Incline pressing.

That's funny cuz my powerlifter buddy pushed me into barbell incline press. I also avoid it. Not a big fan. Definitely prefer machine or dumbbell incline cuz if my shoulder too.

Yeah i just didn't want to do it because scar tissue build up over the years in my shoulder, once getting the technical aspects down, its improved alot so far.

I will be putting my push and pull sessions in this update as i think everyone missed my pull day or didnt see it when i posted it for this week.

I wanted to start out with something that made me realize ive changed more physique wise than i thought, haven't seen my buddy who is the other competitor at my gym in bodybuilding, last time i saw him was 4 months ago, he saw me and said wtf are on you right now, you look like a completely different human, you are fucking huge right now.

he grabbed my bicep cracked a joke and said ok just checking make sure those are real and not synthol injections, made me laugh pretty good lol. He told me excellent work man you look way leaner as well, he gave me the validation that what im doing is really working, just helps me stay positive about myself and locked in.

I am on a brand new path and jounery, as i sit back and reflect ive come into the realization my body was strong my mind was the weak point, im taking steps with switching up major aspects and routines in my life so i can strength my mind and find my inner peace and happiness.

I have noticed since realizing i had issues and problems and putting it into the universe and seeking the healing and help ive needed for many years, lots of positive things are happening and clicking for me.

I realized i put my mind in a box and it was holding me back in my training and how i viewed myself, these past few workouts ive realized how amazing it truly feels training unchained and not doubting myself or letting fear guide me.

This will sound silly for some, incline bench has always been my weakness, ice only been trianing it for a few weeks now, in those weeks ive gone up 45lbs i weight and hit 145lbs for 10 clean reps, i actually felt myself getting emotional after i hit the lift, i realized in that moment just how much fear dictated my life and along with doubt, once i trained with a positive mindset the lbs and reps went up, belief in oneself is a much more powerful tool than i thought.

im changing wll routines that are negative and turning them into healthy ones and providing much more strict structure.

Im trying to become the best version in life of myself and the best version of a bodybuilder i can be and win at both aspects in life.

Its funny how we don't realise until we see someone we haven't seen for some time and they spin the fuck out,had the same experience when I saw someone at work
Last time I saw them I was 96kg diet was terrible,saw them at 84kg carnivore diet they were spinning out the amount of weight I lost,its helps you realise how far you come when this happens

Its crazy just flipping my mindset and focusing on changes for the better it has completely in a short amount of time benefitted me tremendously, im thankful the people close to me helped me see the wake up call, no more running facing everything head on and reaching my gas and dreams, yeah the proudest moment was when he said i looked like a completely different human, almost couldn't believe it after seeing it, i spent so much time tearing myself down and looking at my failures, it wasn't until i changed my thinking that i truly now appreciate his words and praise.

Thats awesome man i mean you look fucking phenomenal physique wise so no doubt that would be super noticeable.

I am completely doing everything differently now if it doesn't fit my goals betterment or dreams i drop the habit ot feelings completely out of my life, admitting i needed help and something wasn't ok was the first step and after putting it into the open a ton of positive changes have been snowballing into existence, once i truly accepted my mind was my weak point and holding me back from achieving past all limitations, my endurance in the gym, the weight moved reps and sets have all gone up, ontop of doing pt and talk therapy and starting a new career, i also got a full teeth cleaning and switched up my whole routine with that as well, im putting everything in place to be successful in life and in bodybuilding, now that im working on building my mind from the ground up, im experiencing all these amazing emotions and little wins that i keep stacking up, im not longer put limitations on myself, im going for it by any means and staying locked in, i realized my true happiness is how i build my mind and body that is the real growth, im seeing this as rocky and im doing what i need to do to go the distance and get up again and again and win.

I will be putting my push and pull sessions in this update as i think everyone missed my pull day or didnt see it when i posted it for this week.

I wanted to start out with something that made me realize ive changed more physique wise than i thought, haven't seen my buddy who is the other competitor at my gym in bodybuilding, last time i saw him was 4 months ago, he saw me and said wtf are on you right now, you look like a completely different human, you are fucking huge right now.

he grabbed my bicep cracked a joke and said ok just checking make sure those are real and not synthol injections, made me laugh pretty good lol. He told me excellent work man you look way leaner as well, he gave me the validation that what im doing is really working, just helps me stay positive about myself and locked in.

I am on a brand new path and jounery, as i sit back and reflect ive come into the realization my body was strong my mind was the weak point, im taking steps with switching up major aspects and routines in my life so i can strength my mind and find my inner peace and happiness.

I have noticed since realizing i had issues and problems and putting it into the universe and seeking the healing and help ive needed for many years, lots of positive things are happening and clicking for me.

I realized i put my mind in a box and it was holding me back in my training and how i viewed myself, these past few workouts ive realized how amazing it truly feels training unchained and not doubting myself or letting fear guide me.

This will sound silly for some, incline bench has always been my weakness, ice only been trianing it for a few weeks now, in those weeks ive gone up 45lbs i weight and hit 145lbs for 10 clean reps, i actually felt myself getting emotional after i hit the lift, i realized in that moment just how much fear dictated my life and along with doubt, once i trained with a positive mindset the lbs and reps went up, belief in oneself is a much more powerful tool than i thought.

im changing wll routines that are negative and turning them into healthy ones and providing much more strict structure.

Im trying to become the best version in life of myself and the best version of a bodybuilder i can be and win at both aspects in life.

Brother its my buddy he didn't assault me he was just cracking a joke man and did it because the synthol comment it was part of the punch line of his joke, he didn't grab me because he wanted a piece or was making advancements, if it was something more than a joke id put him to sleep lol, it wasnt like that at all.

where mobster lives if it sprinkles rain or if there is a little wind his internet gets knocked out. its the most bizarre thing in the world cause you would think brits would be the most modern people in the world. where i live we get hurricanes and the internet stays on even through it in a lot of cases or people bitch. i guess we are spoiled in america

i think 30 years ago that would have been the case. but today even the hickiest areas of america have internets and good internets. they did a good job of spreading internet in rural areas much better then the brits i guess

Us too. Rural areas have shit internet here. Even my parents place, only an hour and half away from Toronto, has shit internet. Max available speed is 100mbps download. I have 6gb available at my house now

yeah i think you mentioned that before. we have a website called myfcc which will tell you what type of internet you can get. the main issue here is the monopolies. a lot of times you can only get fast internet from 1 company. so the lack of competition means the customer service is dogshit and they rip off customers

Banking, grocery, wireless and internet, pharmacies, etc. Everything you NEED in Canada has no competition and we get raped on prices. Your Internet prices in Florida are a like 2/3 of what we pay here. My dad was always bragging about how cheap his tv and Internet was down there. For top level internet here we have 2 providers to choose from and a couple resellers of the the big two. It's a joke and our government shuts down every attempt by other big companies get in.

This spring I was building Internet right through Amish country. It was the dumbest thing ever. Totally a money grab. The maintenance for those lines will cost a lot and they won’t be used. But even still, there were many many areas that wouldn’t be serviced. You can find places in America with no internet. It’s getting harder though

Actually your price that you're paying isn't that far off. For 1gb down right now you'd be paying $120 Canadian. That's an entry level price though and then what they do is they just start raising the price on you every few months. Dollar here two dollars there. Just keeps going up and up. If you ask them what about the price on the website they'll say no that's just for new users.

they do that here too. you have to call them up every year and argue with them for 3 hours and threaten to cancel lol. that is why i got a 5 year plan this time. atleast i am locked in.

We can't get contracts on her internet. We used to be able to call up and argue and threaten to cancel and get money off but they don't do that anymore. The two big companies don't even have loyalty divisions really anymore. Everyone would call up and threaten to cancel, so they don't take anyone seriously. Really where are you going to go, there's only 2 companies that you can buy internet from here
