Did my first shot of 2iu last night can i take my shot right after dinner or do i have to wait a couple hours. I usally eat pretty late because after work and the gym it’s around 9 and I’m in bed shortly after to be up at 4.

Nice, crown fits. You can pin 2iu right after dinner, no need to wait hours. Just keep it consistent with timing, most guys run it either pre bed or first thing in the morning, but post meal at night is totally fine if that lines up with your schedule. :D

I really like running the track at the gym better than the treadmill. I can’t make the miles at the same pace but i feel it in my legs a lot more in a good way.
 
So i bought some nike Vomero plus and Nike Pegasus premiums for running. The Vomero plus are almost too bouncy but great shock absorption the Pegasus premium are a little stiffer they almost propel you forward a little bit. What’s y’all’s favorite running shoes for black top, or concrete. I’m a tall heavier guy over 200 pounds.

That’s a solid plan, pin after dinner and if it makes you tired you’ll just crash for the night. Running the track will always hit the legs harder than the treadmill since you’ve got to control stride and pace yourself, even if mileage isn’t the same it’s better quality work. :D

For blacktop or concrete you’ll want something built for heavier runners so your joints last. Hoka Bondi or Clifton are solid, Brooks Ghost Max or Glycerin also work great, and New Balance Fresh Foam More is another good one. All of those give real cushion and stability so you’re not beating yourself up every run. But those are brands I heard of, only tried a few myself like New balance. :D @milbous1

I slept so good last night. I got a solid 9 hours of sleep. I usally only get around 6 hours because of my schedule. Today is an off day, from work and the gym. Tomorrow is my hard hitting leg exercise routine so no cardio today. Will do 20 minutes on the track after my legs . My whole body feels pretty solid this morning. I am enjoying my weekends off we are having right now. I really think I’m feeling better off cycle than my last couple weeks. the first 3/4 of my cycle was awesome. The last few weeks i was exhausted.

I buy them at Cosco . The are organic and really good. I find ways to keep cravings for sweets down. They are almost like a carmel flavor. Great snack to eat before the gym. I bounce back and forth between dates and 2-3 Tbs of honey before I hit the gym. Both are definitely a great quick energy boost.

This is basically what i eat every day at work in some form or another. It’s simple to keep up with and I know what it takes to hit 400 grams of protein. I keep bouncing back and forth with wanting to do keto. My only problem with keto is no fruits. I gotta have my berries and bananas everyday. Also if anyone cares 2 TBS of honey and 20 ounces of water 15-20 minutes before a workout is an awesome pre workout. It gives you a little pump and a boost of energy for about 60-90 minutes.

Today’s work out i did the outside track not the treadmill but that’s all this app has.it took 140 minutes i need to get it down to 120 with my cardio

If you had actual low t when you got tested then yeah TRT is going to change everything for you bro. I tested just above 200 ng/dl free and after a month or so on trt my recovery got so much better.

dinner and a little meal prep dinner was 490 grams of steak.some field peas mixed with green beans. a cornbread muffin and mac n cheese. drank some vinegar, and took digestive enzymes.

It will. You’ll feel like you’re losing a little size and strength but just keep going. My whole scheme was low doses and time, for the most part, because I had never learned to manage sides from attempting higher doses. But I still got good results over time. You will too

As long as they are plain a lot of these dates, they add preservatives to them. Be careful with that. they like to add sulfites to dried fruit

HGH will do that, appetite creeps up and you can find yourself reaching for extra without noticing, so just keep protein high and don’t let fats climb too much. Smart call heading home if the gym was closed off, legs still sore means the extra rest won’t hurt recovery at all.

Dinner was a big one with 450g pot roast and parsnips, plenty of protein and clean carbs to cover the day. With macros on point even without a lift, you still set yourself up right. :D

I just need to keep eating healthy and hitting the gym hard I think I’m starting to recover a little quicker as well. If I’m not gaining fat I should gain some muscle

if your legs are sore you can still train them @milbous1 Just be careful not to overdo it. You don't want to end up with knee issues or hip issues like, so many my age.
 
@milbous1 bros Good observation on the growth hormone. But I have found that the more you use it, the more you get used to the appetite changes. But don't be afraid to lower the dose.

yes exactly. you can eat more food just keep it healthy and you won't gain fat

dinner, macros for the day. today is a rest day and the mrs birthday. so no work out. Tomorrow is my super hard leg day. oh and a quick pic of me at the gym last night working to my goal of 10-12 percent body fat. Closer than i was a month ago. january 15 is very doable.

That 400 grams of protein a day works.The people that work out at work think I am crazy. there’s probably 12 guys easy doing steroids at work and only one of them is in better shape than me. and not by much. One guy is doing 600 mg test a week with 400 eq and eats all kinds of candy all day long and is crack head skinny. The rest are just normal looking people. I never knew how many people did steroids. I don’t understand why people do them and don’t work out or eat right.

Easy to overeat with hgh and certain compounds

When that guy was telling me how much gear he was using and looked the way he did i didn’t understand. He’s literally using a gram a week. It’s either fake or his diet and training are way out of whack. I’m glad i have this place to learn. I’m trying to get a couple other people on here to make the evo family grow.

I started out with hcg and npp only and within weeks I couldn’t fit hardly any of my shirts or pants. I felt like a withered and dying plant that was watered. That was like five years ago, and since then I was mostly taking 1ml of medical test per week, so either 200 or 250. And I would take orals like, preworkout, but kind of randomly. If I lifted a lot I would be very hungry, and I would get up to 195 pounds at the most. And I definitely looked saucy to anyone who knew what they were looking at. And if I’m not pushing the weights and food I’ll fall down to about 180-185 and look highly questionable but not obvious to everyday people. I only once for one week touched 500mg total. I never really had a plan, I just went by feel. Not too smart.

I’ve seen all kinds of guys play around with gear and get very minimal results. I can’t really be too arrogant because I’m not that big, I’m not that strong, and I looked really good as a natty anyway. All these years and idk how I’d handle the side effects of a gram. But I’m pretty sure I would blow up like a balloon. Probably wouldn’t even look good

You’re doing it right, hitting 400g protein and staying consistent with food and training is why you stand out. Most guys run cycles but skip the basics, that’s why they look average. If you land around 200-210 lean and build up slow to 220 later, you’ll actually look like you lift year-round instead of just chasing numbers.

It’s definitely a life style choice. I know that i hope i stay at this permanently. usally I make it 3-4 months and fall off and back to the drugs. This time i have made it a little over 9 months. I have been off drugs for years this time as well. I want to lift year round. Maybe a little harder some times of the year but definitely year round. I always assumed that people that did roids were more than average looking people.

i’ve been working out for 9 months coming up on 5 years of staying clean sorry i wasn’t very specific. it’s the periods of working out i haven’t been consistent with.

Just gotta treat working out like your new drug habit bro. It's good to have healthy addictions. That's the easiest way I find to stay clean even if I overdo the training a bit sometimes lol.

That’s what i do. I’m high on endorphins when i get done at the gym and i don’t have any negative consequences 😎

Half the reason I started peds was to recover faster so I can train more often. Went from a 4 day to a 5 day split right when I hopped on lol.

I went to a five day split as well right when i hopped on. Now im back to 4 days while im letting my wrist and stuff get better. Im getting ready to add another day of cardio back as well
 
Back to 12 hours a day just for the week so i’ve been really busy last 2 days we working sunday through Thursday 12 hours a day. idk how i feel about that but hey it’s a honest paycheck. I was too tired to do anything when i got home last night but i’ve been up since 2 am im getting ready to go do a light workout at the home gym down stairs. I’ve been trying to stay away from heavy dumbbells as i have been nursing my wrist back to health

that’s what i was thinking of doing is pretty much machines and body weight stuff the bench doesn’t hurt me and over head presses don’t hurt unless i go heavy but cable pull downs and skull crusher’s kill my wrist
