-What is your diet and macros like because that will determine how this goes and we can help.
-What supplements are you taking for digestion and organ health while you're on cycle?
-When you say 4mg Reta "pw" I'm assuming you mean "per week" correct? Let us know how the 4mg feels for you.

The mods might chime in and give you some direction on posting a log and you can use that to post daily updates to keep your progress logged and I found for me it held me accountable to all my goals and the members here really pushed me with some great advice and encouragement.

What made you start out on 4mg of Retatrutide, how are you finding your hunger and going to the bathroom?

HGH is a good add, we have a similar protocol and it is working well for me.

A bit tough putting these up with starting back out on the journey again but then I thought fuck it coz by 2018 I was untrained and severely obese at 148 kg, the booze, drugs and smokes had taken its toll.
So today now at 123kg I have work to do i know and happy for advice

You look good, big frame with plenty of muscle to lean out from. At 120 kg and around 20% body fat the retatrutide at 4 mg per week and test at 250 mg per week is a good setup, just stay there for 4–6 weeks before adjusting. Though to be honest I think you're closer to 30% bf.

Move GH permanently to the morning at 1 IU since it’s affecting sleep, and keep fasted cardio daily.

Start tracking protein around 220–240 g with roughly 2500–2700 cals total so you can tighten fat loss while holding strength. We need to get your macros clear it's not clear to us.

Yeah man also from Life Forge - you can find him here on Evo too his forum name is @SaintSoup it's sweet we have a place like that. I lost most my dole cheque a few weeks in a row to scams and bitcoin fees before I found them 😂

Reta is a game changer me too man. I didn't have food issues like I did with drugs and alcohol but I was a couple of times a week binge eating two family-sized blocks of chocolate and shit like that even though my diet was otherwise good. The picture of corned beef cans in my original intro post for my log linked in my signature below is what I got every week in winter. All I ate was corned beef and eggs.

Then I started logging here and for the first couple of weeks I was buying proper cuts so I could show the forum a little bit lf what is available in NZ, but couldn't really afford it long term. Then a combination of the forum and advice from @SaintSoup I decided to add retatrutide and that changed everything.

I now hit over 400g of protien a day via whey and egg shakes and lately added a couple of apples and bananas in the shakes sometimes. I've figured out eggs I can afford (tray of 18 a day) and whey I can afford and now everything diet wise is on autopilot. Been taking photos of every shake for past two weeks to get the Protien King forum tag with the other high protien legends.

Are you familiar with the Evo podcast @LevButlerov asked about? I'll make you a list with links to a few of my favourites and ones I think will help you if you like. I write descriptions and link to episodes in my log a lot, it's my key source of lifting and gear advice and just keeps my head in the game even just listening to some of the light episodes a day.

I thought I knew a lot and have been in the game for decades but came on here and realized I knew a little bit about a lot of topics but not a lot about a lot of topics. Having said that for digestion (which is crucial for protein and macros to get used probably) I was told to, and listened, to implement the following before each meal

-psyllium husk (I use 15g before meal each so sometimes 45g/day and drink at least 3 litres of water a day)
-DigestGold which can be bought off amazon here (see pic below) this has been huge for me. I take 2 caps before each meal.
-Apple Cider Vinegar with mother in a glass bottle (I take a swig of this before each meal)

With reta on board and your diet you won't regret adding in these three supplements for your gut health and digestion bro!

Was just gonna say the same thing. Up the protein and also make it be more % of your calories, and I like that your carbs are low.

@hazza159 if its good quality hgh then 1iu will go a long way. back in the day we had to use a lot because we were getting super underdosed growth hormone and in those days we would pay HIV patients to get theirs.

olives and hot peppers. haven't seen that in a log in a while lol @hazza159 I haven't had olives in a while myself. I used to eat them quite a bit. They actually taste really good on pizza.

I found it therapeutic to open up here and talk about the extent of it including the wreckage I caused and how I finally hit bottom; if you check my log on page 10 or listen to the podcast I was on with @Mobster and @stevesmi you'll see I can relate and I was right where you are too almost to the pound. You will find no judgement here, many who can relate, and complete acceptance. We even throw around some of our horror/funny stories about addiction once in a while.

Just a suggestion if you wanted to open up but that's completely up to you we're here for you either way!

Keep fasted cardio at 30 minutes and keep dogs walk daily since both are steady low-impact work that keeps output high without fatigue. Stay at 1 iu hgh daily and 4 mg retatrutide weekly, make sure digestive aids are there.

Protein looks solid but I would bump it +20.

Happy to be clean and training again
I'm 4 years clean from drugs and 7 months from alcohol. Best damn thing i've done for me and my family. I'm not an open book, never have been but the more i read up on logs on this fourm the more comfortable i have become and i've never met anyone in real life hahaha. The sky is the limit once you make that decision for a change!
 
@hazza159 I have a similar story as do so many of us on here. I found it therapeutic to open up here and talk about the extent of it including the wreckage I caused and how I finally hit bottom; if you check my log on page 10 or listen to the podcast I was on with @Mobster and @stevesmi you'll see I can relate and I was right where you are too almost to the pound. You will find no judgement here, many who can relate, and complete acceptance. We even throw around some of our horror/funny stories about addiction once in a while.

Just a suggestion if you wanted to open up but that's completely up to you we're here for you either way!

How are you getting on bro? That Sustanon looks great. I got this 18g drawing needle that's way better for the ampules, just suck it all up on one pull. I'm on my 2nd ampule as of yesterday but the first week I fucked around for quite a while getting it into the rig. This thing:

It's not the cardarine bro trust me I was just telling @LevButlerov in a DM not long ago that EVO is helping me literally be kinder to people on the street and in my texts to family, etc. I'm also becoming better at replying to my cell messages and being super positive with people with encouragement.

It's crazy how talking to a bunch of people on a fourm across the globe can have such an impact on an individual and that leaches out further. I think the last time i felt that was when i was in the military, then again i was young, dumb and filled with piss and vinegar. We need an EVO Expo!😆
