Welcome to EVO @Chad8539! If you check my log we've had the same journey. My log is below this post in my signature. In the first few pages you'll find pics that I wasn't afraid to post of myself just like you weren't and I respect you for that, big time.

This is worthy of you starting a log. The mods will give you guidance on how to start a log and once you have it up and running and we know all the fine tuned details about you (age, years lifting, cycling experience, etc) and your current diet/macros including timing, your supplements, your workouts, amongst other details we will have you dialed in in no time. Ah yes I see that now I didn't catch that you do have a log in your signature... I'd reach out to a mod and have them merge these two threads or grab your quotes about the new cycle and post it as a log update for you.

It's definitely something belongs in your existing log but I'm glad I found your log this way!

i wouldn't even bother with the metformin man. reta blows it away and makes it obsolte. if anything i would increase the reta to 2.5-3mgs even @Chad8539

My sleep has improved, I wake up more alert. I tried to change as few things as possible at once but with the gh I was also experimenting with thc at night…

216 on the scale after a 35hr fast then hitting that much protein right out the gate is solid discipline. You’re loading the day heavy on protein with the shakes, chicken thighs, and filet which will drive recovery, only thing I’d tweak is swap one of those bananas for some mixed carbs so you’re not just leaning on fruit sugar. Back day on top of that intake will sit well, the rice with dinner was a smart add to fuel that. You don’t suck at it at all, you’re hitting protein targets and timing meals around training, just keep tightening the carb sources and the rest is lining up. :D

yes man every little thing you do helps to improve. i tell people all the time i would rather you eat nothing then drink shakes. shakes usually are full of junk that do more harm then good.

219.4 and still eating clean, that’s a strong day of food. Eggs and banana for breakfast set you up right, then chicken and broccoli for lunch keeps it lean. Big ribeye for dinner is perfect for growth, and the shake post workout tops protein off nicely. Simple but effective. :D

Yes sir, tattoo removal. Feels like bacon grease getting poured on. Worse than getting it on 😆. I’m a welder by trade though so it was manageable, just another burn.

That’s a perfect way to describe it, that burn sits deep. (I had the same done) :D Being a welder you’re used to catching heat so no doubt you handled it better than most. Once it heals up clean you’ll be glad you pushed through it. @Chad8539 EVO family support!

Anyone else get a buildup of nausea real quick (5-10 seconds) and then a sneeze while taking retatrutide and then the nausea goes away immediately? Strangest thing.
That’s actually something a few guys have mentioned on retatrutide, almost like a quick flush or wave that triggers a sneeze then it’s gone. Doesn’t seem harmful, more of a weird side effect from how it hits receptors. As long as it clears right after and you’re not getting lasting nausea, I wouldn’t stress it, just one of those odd quirks that can come with these meds. :D

i had naseau issues the first 6-7 weeks but that went away. not sure on the sneeze what that is. maybe an allergy? @Chad8539

always opt for wild fresh fish over farm raised salmon. salmon is 99% of the time going to be farm raised. so you gotta be careful @Chad8539

You can see it in your posts and the numbers you’re putting up, the work’s showing and the look you’re chasing is starting to come through. When meals stay locked and training is that hard it compounds fast, especially with the gear mix you’re running now.

140mg tren alongside test, mast, NPP and the GH is plenty to drive that “animal” feeling without blowing sides up, so just keep monitoring glucose and how you’re feeling. Dropping retatrutide if it’s making you nauseous was the right call, you’re lean enough now that the stack will keep doing its job without it. :D

I think I was able to make the changes I did because I eat pretty clean regardless.

@Chad8539 my advice is don't pay any attention to the weight. focus on the mirror. people obsessed. Too much about their weight and they worry about losing too much. You can never lose too much.

Thanks Lev! I think I’m going to stay relatively lean throughout this entire bulk. My 2nd cycle so far has been an absolute success and I am receiving good bloodwork and just as important, I feel amazing. I’ve actually been a pleasure to be around according to others.

I believe it was Steve (really leaning towards Stevesmi or Lev that said “get off that shit”. So now I do:

Cup of liquid whites
3 whole eggs
Banana
Cup of oats
Scoop of vegetable powder (yeah I know, in time….).

Calories: 765

Protein: 57g

Carbs: 89g

Fat: 21g

I do that 3 times a day

Also do 2 solid whole food meals a day. Yes I drink 3 meals a day, it’s delicious and so simple. Satiety is fine.

Roughly 2,500 calories over what I was doing when cutting and STILL recomping!

shift to whole foods is way better with the cup of whites eggs oats and banana hitting real macros but nothing wrong with doing some shakes too :D

Hard men for hard times brother.. unfortunately life changes and can be cruel.
However you get to choose where you want to go from here. Allow some time to concentrate on yourself, stay on the grind because a healthy body gives a healthy mind.

@Chad8539 it would have been me. i am not a fan of protein shakes at all. the last time i even attempting to drink one i dry heaved lol. but some guys are okay with them. but real food is always better then powdered or fake food made in a lab

I 100% agree brother! I throw a scoop into one of those concoctions once in awhile but that’s it. It’s single handedly the best advice I’ve received on here. Advice that I’ve actually implemented and made a difference.

yeah our bodies just dont' want to be given fake food. it runs more optimally on real food every time
