Veteran Log First Testosterone Cycle Log

To be fair work steps are rarely the same as cardio steps. I can get 9000 easy or hard
My work steps are much harder @Mobster

I carry a 50lb toolbag backpack all day and I'm typically carrying ladders or material. Treadmill incline work feels easy by comparison lol.

Probably why I regularly eat over 4000kcal and the scale doesn't move lol

Agree with @BeMe here, work steps are harder depending on your job.. on can get 20k steps in on a treadmill or a can get 15k steps in at work with a loaded tool belt lugging around 40kg rigging props all day..
 
It's late for me I meant, I don't sleep 8 hours I am good last few years on 4-6 depends on the day. :D

on the 4 week training cycle, lets get it going :D I'm with you @BeMe
Are you good tho bro? Studies show that's really not enough and you know that for sure.

For once I can give you some advice....prioritize your sleep bro. Try to aim for atleast 7. You know it's what's required for good overall health. Maybe you can function on less but it's not good for your longevity. C'mon bro we need to keep you here a while longer @LevButlerov
 
do you have a bowel movement before bed? 8pm isn't that late, i've known people who eat later. i guess it depends on social schedule. @BeMe
Naw I'm a mid afternoon guy like clockwork. Maybe early evening now and again. I eat super healthy so I never deal with any digestion issues.
 
almost 3 hours to digest is good! @BeMe that gives your body time to break down the food. This way you don't go to bed with a full stomach.
Ya I feel like it's just enough time to not feel full but not feel hungry at the same time. Going to be hungry is tough.
 
yeah those asian markets have a lot of cool stuff. but its getting harder to find authentic stuff. its more and more processed @BeMe
Yea you really gotta avoid the big chain Asian markets and hit the smaller ones. It's tough cuz if you don't know Asian ingredients really well it can get confusing in the little markers but when you figure out what you like at the bigger ones hit the small ones and just looks for something that looks the same. The stuff we get usually doesn't have any English writing on the packages lol

Yea work is great that way. I always try and make a cardio session out of it where I can too. Keep the pace goin and get some zone 1 training in

That's exactly what I think too. Most electricians carry a little tool pouch on their belt.

It's a hassle to walk back to the truck for 1 stupid tool. Plus a heavy pack means better rucking work right. The tool backpacks are awesome too. I got the packout can carry a case with all the little fittings and shit I need.

When I was a kid they’d make me run to the trucks. And every time they did I’d eat some of their food hahaha. They never noticed. Guy was like, “I spend $40 a day at the gas station”. Hahaha. When I started climbing I loaded my belt HEAVY because they were not going to run to the truck for me lol. The belts are like saddle leather. Mine’s close to 30 pounds with the accessories, but before tools and split bolts, etc. It’ll rub your hips to the bone. If I climb with no belt it feels like I’m a leopard lmao. I had a Klein backpack for our inside cabling, but it grew legs. Now I have the Milwaukee one. I like it. You’d think I was sponsored by Milwaukee hahaha. Too much stuff. In UK the packouts are all black instead of red. Want. So. Bad.

Pretty boring day yesterday. It was raining so we got a quick dog hike in between the storm systems and I made up the difference on the treadmill.

Finished off my last arm day deload and called it a day.

Sleep was pretty shit but that's my fault for sleeping in so late. Shoulda set an alarm. Ah well.

Cycled my macros down a bit for the low output day and just took it easy in preparation for my new teain cycle today.

I programmed a 4 day split on the advice of @LevButlerov Throwing in a few new movements and bringing back some oldies to switch things up. Really excited to go hard again!

yeah stuffed grape leaves. its a helluva food prep but i make enough to last a week in a big pot.

Dose 70mg test EOD, 2iu GH

Yesterday was a pretty good day at work. Managed to get most of my 10k steps done there so no need for the treadmill.

Did another double deload day. It was pretty easy still, so I see no reason for not doing it this way going forward. Might as well stick them together like this so I get some extra rest days on my deload week.

Training was light and easy but intentional. Still get a little pump just by really slowing things down and holding the stretch. Good time to work on technique.

Tomorrow I'm going to start building my next training cycle. I'm going to start pushing some for some growth again. Switching to a 4 day split now and going for an upper lower program with upper focus. My legs grow way to fast for my upper body. Wish I could be more like my brother @Noah Wixx and grow faster up top.

That was my last day on the deload week. Only got programmed 4 sets lol. Yesterday was my first day of my new training cycle. I'll be posting that one tonight. It was fun.

The sleep issue was I slept in wayyyy too late. Didn't wake up til 9:45am Sunday. Anytime I sleep in like that it completely screws me for falling asleep at a normal time. I forgot to set my alarm and somehow I just kept sleeping in @LevButlerov

Actually I can go there haha. I got my record exponged a couple years ago. I had a really good lawyer who told me not to try crossing the border under any circumstances until I get my record cleared. So I waited and as far as America knows I'm a model citizen lol.

So I'm coming for you bro lol.

Yea you really need a big Asian community to keep those places going. You'll only find them here in the Asian areas. You guys must have places like that near you. Your city is huge
 
Yeah, everybody is different. Generally though, they say 2 or 3 times a day is most optimal. But some people are very different.
I'm a 1 or 2 guy. I eat a ton of veggies and fruit tho so it keeps me really stable. Everything I eat is a whole food too so maybe my body is utilizing a lot of it? I know with dogs when you switch them to a raw diet they poop less than half as much.

Yea I definitely can't sleep hungry. If I eat an early dinner I have a hard time falling asleep cuz all I can think about is my empty stomach lol. First world problem I guess haha

in my log i have the recipe i use if you dig for it on the previous pages. what i do is bring over some family and we all wrap them together. usually 3-5 people cause it isn't a small job at all if you want to fill a big pot

I see a lot of that effort in both youreself and @HarleyGuy also. Love how much the evo community is building even more 💛

Must have needed the rest bro. Sometime i dont think we allow ourselves to feel tired or feel like we need the rest we actually do just purely because we prioritise our duties and have made it a habit of just getting it all done. Same mentality transfers to our training commitment and it shows.

My rolling skills are pretty good from my past life lol. It's one of my very few skills in the kitchen haha.

I'll do some digging. My wife loves trying new recipes all the time and she loves healthy natural stuff.

Naw I do my own programming. @LevButlerov just calmed the monster in my head that's always pushing for more haha. He convinced me into a 4 day split instead of the 5s I've been running the last 7 months. If he says it it must be right. Everytime I've gone against his recommendations and pushed on I paid the price lol. I'm starting to think @LevButlerov is the little angel on my shoulder offsetting the devil on the other haha.

I'm more thinking along the lines we slow down for a few weeks now as you're on TRT and when we get on a cycle you can go 6 days a week, but you'll have no injuries and fresh :D you'll gain more @BeMe

I'm back bros! I love the first day back after a deload week. Even better when I have some new movements in the mix. Feeling sore all over today, so great session!

New program is a 4 day split, upper focus, with a couple lower movement at the end of each session. Emphasis is all on the upper movements. Looking forward to this one.

Sleep was back on track last night. Fell right asleep like a baby.

My wife made homemade jerk chicken for dinner tonight. She didn't realize how hot scotch bonnet peppers are and she couldn't handle it lol. I ate it fine but I might pay the price later. Time will tell lol.

I eat it everyday on my chicken. Chicken and Cholula is all I need haha.

I drank a protein shake after dinner so hopefully that helps coat my stomach.

Lol. I've been told that a few times. There's hundreds more crazy stories related to that lifestyle choice. Barely even scratched the surface. It's funny cuz that wasn't even the "crazy story" I had planned to talk about. It just sorta came out in relation and @stevesmi seemed really interested so I just kept going.

Good news, I survived the super spicy jerk chicken my wife made lol. It was just as hot coming out as going in though. Dunno how people eat like that on the regular.

Rest day yesterday. Pretty heavy day at work and got most of my steps in there. I was still pretty sore from Monday's training yesterday so the rest was well earned.

Sleep was good last night. Passed out right away and only woke up twice. Weirdly I was dreaming about EVO lol. All I remember is we were all on teams doing something. Don't remember any faces but all you guys were there haha.

I was working on a rooftop yesterday and made sure to take a nice pic for you guys. This is the Humber valley with the Humber River twisting down the middle. Good salmon and trout fishing in that river even though it runs through the city. Saw a guy fly fishing yesterday.

When you feel your first dump coming on after a super spicy meal slam one whole bottle of this in your ass with your hips way up in the air, let it sit with your legs in the air and hips up for 5 to 10 minutes and then stand up fire hose all that shit out (pun intended). Eat spicy food with every meal for a while. Once you burn your ass out it’ll never have again. I could snuggle jalepeno seeds into New Zealand in my ass no problem and create a new invasive species of plants there

When I was a kid, even like 5 yearsold, a really common breakfast was just fire roasted jalapeños, and melted cheese and lightly charred corn tortillas to scoop the cheese. Chile con queso.

I don’t usually eat spicy food anymore but I can tolerate it 100%. Even when my stomach was wrecked I could eat spicy food, that wouldn’t be the thing that got me. Like when you get street tacos and they give you little cups of salsa, if we don’t use them all I’ll just shoot them back because I can’t waste food hahaha. People look at me in horror. I never even knew that people got spicy asshole and when I found out I was like a 8 year old kid lmao.

Good news, I survived the super spicy jerk chicken my wife made lol. It was just as hot coming out as going in though. Dunno how people eat like that on the regular.

Rest day yesterday. Pretty heavy day at work and got most of my steps in there. I was still pretty sore from Monday's training yesterday so the rest was well earned.

Sleep was good last night. Passed out right away and only woke up twice. Weirdly I was dreaming about EVO lol. All I remember is we were all on teams doing something. Don't remember any faces but all you guys were there haha.

I was working on a rooftop yesterday and made sure to take a nice pic for you guys. This is the Humber valley with the Humber River twisting down the middle. Good salmon and trout fishing in that river even though it runs through the city. Saw a guy fly fishing yesterday.
