Nightly Update

Last update I asked for some suggestions on health supplements to add to my current stack. Based on the advice I immediately went and got some fish oil. Im going to get in 3-4grams a day (each capsule is 1g). I cant believe I didnt have this in earlier. Im also doing some more research into TUDCA and coQ10. Im not opposed to more health supplments, but i want to have all the data and information before i commit to anything.
Im all ears if anyone wants to drop their suggestions, i will entertain almost anything.

Training

My friend gave me some liquid glycerol to try preworkout. Its something i have been interested in trying for some time now, and i think im a fan. It definately gave me a way more pronounced pump, and it contributes to some pre workout carbs, which im always a fan of. I know the pump isnt an indication of muscle growth, but i like it. Today was shoulders.

Seated dumbbell shoulder press - 30kg, 3 sets,
Dumbbell delt raises - 15kg, 3 sets.
Super set of Y shaped shoulder raises and Y shaped rear delt raises, leaning over an incline bench - 10kg, 3 sets (12.5kg dumbbells were taken)
Single arm cable delt raise - Machine setting 5.8kg, 3 sets
Tricep pull down, rope - Machine setting 27.5kg, 3 sets.
Tricep pull down, staight bar - machine setting 27kg, 3 sets.

The music was pumping, confidence to the max, awesome session.
Nutrition

The food is getting easier to get down, but im having to make sure i actually eat regularly. I get distracted and hours go by, and i have to stuff my face last minute with a big bowl of cereal.

I've saved the best for last. The madman himself @StoryOfTheProphet hit me up and asked if i wanted to try his HGH that is taking the Aussie source section by storm. I couldnt say no, i've never actually tried HGH and i was too excited to get bloods before hand, so im taking it easy and going to try 1iu before bed. I got 90ius to try, so around 3 months at 1iu. Ill see how i go for 4 weeks and maybe push it higher.

The back of the box made mention of Dan Duchaine, I hadn't heard that name in ages!

@Nasser1997o2 That's a good sign that your libido is getting stronger. It means that your body is very strong. It means that you're getting good rest and recovery as well. So that is something that's definitely a positive. Just keep it under control like you said.

Im an open minded guy, and i dont judge anyone for the vices. I have personally felt a massive improvement to my mental health when i swore off porn.

any addiction fries the brain man. i am addicted to fishing no joke, i literally have a meltdown driving to go fishing and when i see that rod bend i get super excited and get a dopamine rush. that is my addition lol but atleast it isn't an expensive hobby. some people are addicted to golf which is super expensive

Jesus Christ I slept great last night after the HGH shot. I think I’ll stick to 1iu for now, just for anti-aging. It’s always been my plan to do this as I got older. Hopefully this sleep continues.

Today was sport cardio 1. A new guy joined the gym, absolutely sauced and fucking huge. I’m not proud to admit that at first I did everything I could to avoid getting paired up with him.

Then I couldn’t stomach the shame anymore and hunted him down, I can take him, I’m not afraid of any challenge.

Boys, there are weight classes for a reason. This dude was so strong, it was unreal. I thought I could play the cardio and skill game, wait for him to slow down. It never happened. Sometimes you’re the hammer, sometimes you’re the nail.

Nutrition

Even on the Reta, the food is going down easy now. Can definitely feel the increased hunger. It’s not willpower breaking levels of hunger, but it’s definitely increased.

I mostly only use the Reta for insulin sensitivity and the other life extension benefits. It has made a sticking to a set caloric value much easier.

Today was a rest day, but I took the dog for a long walk to enjoy the sunshine and ended up going to the pool for some laps. Feels good to be shirtless and absolutely peeled amongst the general populous.

Hip didn’t hurt too bad, so I’m glad nothing was seriously hurt. Getting in the water was probably good for it.

Hunger level are pretty consistent. I’m hungry but not food crazy all day. Fat was pretty high because I had a lot of eggs that needed to get eaten before they went bad.

So weirdly today, my nipples were weirdly sensitive and itchy for a little bit in the afternoon. I’m not normally I high aromatiser and the eq should be handling the E levels.

It’s almost week 4 so the test could be reaching peak levels while the eq still builds up. It went away, but I’ll keep an eye out. I got an AI on hand, but I like to keep that use to a minimum.

It could be because I switched to 2 big shots instead of my normal 5 micro shots (just to test the pip). Gyno doesn’t actually worry me, I’ll just get the glands completely cut out. It’s the sort of thing I put money aside for just incase.

Last weeks weigh in was 79.2. Hoping for at least 80kg tomorrow.

First of all, my previous Sponsor PharmabolicsOz has been suspended, after being suspected of an exit scam.

Weight - 79.2 kg

Even with the calorie increase I still haven’t gained any weight. My body composition feels so different though. I’ve increased my calories again to 3100. Hopefully the weight will slowly go up soon.

Training

Today was cheat and biceps. My friend gave me a sample of an injectable pre workout blend he got from an off forum vendor. I injected 0.5ml in each delt 60 mins pre workout.

The blend consisted of the below per 1ml:
400mg L carnitine
100mg MIC blend
1mg B12
50mg ATP
2mg albuterol

The good: Absolutely nuts workout. Felt strong, pumps and vascular. I felt like a man possessed. I truely felt like a savage animal.

The bad: about 10 mins after I injected it, I could not stop pacing around my house. I felt super jittery and cracked out. It was not a pleasant feeling at all.

I think something like that might be ideal for being in a massive caloric restriction pre contest and really needing a turbo boost. Or if you had weak body parts you wanted to bring up.

It’s way too strong for my use case.

Hip didn’t hurt too bad, so I’m glad nothing was seriously hurt. Getting in the water was probably good for it.

It’s almost week 4 so the test could be reaching peak levels while the eq still builds up. It went away, but I’ll keep an eye out. I got an AI on hand, but I like to keep that use to a minimum.

It could be because I switched to 2 big shots instead of my normal 5 micro shots (just to test the pip). Gyno doesn’t actually worry me, I’ll just get the glands completely cut out. It’s the sort of thing I put money aside for just incase.

3100 calories was easy to get down today. Treated myself to some protein bars. Modern protein bars are so close to actual candy bars these days, it’s amazing. I remember maybe 10 years ago, it being so hard to find a decent one. Now, there are so many great options.

Intentionally get massive gyno to make the surgery worth it.

I have a TINY glad from puberty that’s not worth going under the knife for, but 500 test, 400 deca and 30mg dbol might do the trick 😂

Felt super strong today. Muscles felt full and pumped since I woke up. Appetite and libido still raging. It’s been ages since I’ve ran test more than my normal 175mg trt, and I can definitely feel the difference.

Training

Shoulders and tricep. Shot my fancy preworkout animo. This one has all the normal carnitine and MIC blend, but also has 2mg of albuterol. It gives me the shakes pretty much as soon as I pin it. I’m not really a big fan of albuterol or clen, but it does really open your breathing up something fierce. The pumps and vascularity was wild, I tried to get a pic but I’m fucking retarded at them.

Seated delt raise - 17.5kg
Y shaped front delt raises supersetted with Y shape rear delt raises, on an incline bench - 12.5kg
Standing barbell shoulder press - 70kg
Tricep pull down rope attachment - machine setting 43kg

Something to note, i like to go to a handful of different gyms. I like how it breaks up the routine and gives each workout a little breath of fresh air. Although the machines can sometimes have different weights so you sort of have to “feel out” what might be a challenging set.

I feel a weird mental clarity. I used to always obsess about food, my next meal, macros and the random binge eating.

It’s given me a more healthy relationship with food. I can eat 1 cookie and be fine, instead of a whole box. I can just let meal time happen and I’m more productive.

Before I even started this cycle, I noticed that I would hyper respond to pre workout carbs. It’s like the insulin sensitivity makes better use of glycogen. I also used to suffer from lower back fat, no matter how lean I got, and that’s definitely improved. I think that’s from the visceral fat burning.

Inflammation is definitely down too. I’ve heard how it’s potentially a way to prevent Alzheimers, as it stops inflammation in the brain. So I’ll probably stay in it forever.

I can eat fine on 1mg and still get all the benefits. If I wanted to push for super shredded conditioning (after I gain some more mass), Reta at 2 or 3mg would make it a cakewalk.

If you’re a competitive athlete and need absolutely peeled glutes for the stage, then do what you need to.

Even girls get a decent anabolic response from clen at lower doses.

I think mirabegron has some potential, so I’ll look down that path when it comes time to cut.

Ideally I’ll stay lean during this cycle and not need to cut at all.

I feel a weird mental clarity. I used to always obsess about food, my next meal, macros and the random binge eating.

It’s given me a more healthy relationship with food. I can eat 1 cookie and be fine, instead of a whole box. I can just let meal time happen and I’m more productive.

Nightly Update

First time in a while that I’ve noticed my mood turn more aggressive and snappy. I’ve definitely had to hold back a more angry side to myself. I’m thinking it could be the sust reaching peak levels while the EQ catches up.

I do my best to keep a handle on my mood. Don’t want to give the wife a reason to not let me run another cycle.

Training

Had a brutal grappling session today. Absolutely exhausted at the end. 5 x 5 minute rounds with only 1 minute rest in between. People underestimate how cardio taxing it is to grapple hard for that long.

Got an even amount of wins and loses. Great session all said and done.

Nutrition

Ate some more carb and fat based food today. Protein was a little low, but my body was just craving pasta and bread today, after the brutal session. I’m lean enough, I’m sure it’s ok 😆

Im going to start on the below, with the aim to slowly increase calories over the 16 weeks, as weight goes up. Starting at;

I had bloods taken on the 17/10/2025, so I would have recent TRT only levels. I generally like to get bloods done every 4-6 weeks;

Hey bro. I’m going to do bloods at the end of week 6 because that’s generally when eq peaks, right?

I’m running eq at 80%. I normally run anywhere from 60 to 80 % of test but no higher.

Yeah chest infection all fine now.

Made two stupid mistakes today.
1. Drinking 200mg of caffiene right before a sport cardio session at 5am.
2. Letting my ego get the better of me, not tapping to an armbar and fucking up my elbow.

Training

So today was sports cardio 2. I randomly picked up this canned coffee one shopping trip, and its been in my fridge a while. Saw it this morning before i left and thought "eh, sure". I didnt realise until i had drank it that it had 200mg caffiene. Thats alot for me, so it hit me pretty hard, and i was fasted at the time.

I caused me to burn out really quickly during the session, which was another grappling heavy session. I was exhausted after the warmup. It completely tanked my performance and i struggled hard.

I got paired with a really high level bjj guy and during our roll, i got caught in a pretty bad arm bar. Like an idoit, instead of tapping and just rolling again, i tried to fight it and roll belly down to try to scoop out. I ended up just hyper-extending my elbow. Its such a dumb thing to let your ego take over and refuse to lose a training session.

I've been icing it all day, so hopefully its just sore and dont injured.

Appetite increase i think has levelled out for now. 3100 calories was actually a little bit of a struggle today.

Nightly Update

I was discussing my cycle with a family friend who is diabetic. When I mentioned i had added growth hormone, he asked if I wanted insulin. He “installed” a constant glucose manager on my arm and I hooked me up with all the devices and pens I need.

So the idea is to run 8 ius long acting insulin on waking and testing my blood glucose levels throughout the day to see how I go.

Nothing below 3.9 mmol/l and nothing over 8.5 mmol/l.

Carbs if it goes below 3.9 and fast acting insulin it goes over 8.5mmol/l (1-2 units at a time to assess tolerance).

I’ll keep the gh at 1 iu for now, probably boosting to 2 iu after I see how I respond.

Insulin wise, whats your average fasting bg levels? I wouldn't think at 1iu gh would create anywhere near enough insulin resistance to bring in exogenous slin. That and your carb intake isnt high, plus the added insulin sensitivity from reta is already in place.

I understand your basing the application off the bg monitor reflections but are you also stil trying to cut? If so not needed at all, just a potential unnecessary risk.

If your not trying to grow and not trying to force more carbs then your body can process then no need for slin in my eyes. Just my 2c.

Ahhk i got ya my bad. Yeah carbs up and gh to even 3iu maybe. Thats a super high fasted bg level though! How often is it that high? Thats pre diabetic range.. and you on the prophets gh too yeah? So your iu dose is higher then what your pin volume is measuring. That gh rips lol

I pinned 8iu of long acting basal insulin at 530am

It’s 1218 now and my insulin’s levels haven’t dropped below 5.9 nor risen above 7.9.

These are Australian units we use (mmol/l)

In American units thats 106 to 142.

I’ve got carbs and fast acting insulin on me at all times.

Agree with Lev, its a cool experiment for sure, but GH and Insulin is not without risk

I have a constant glucose monitor in my tricep and I get hourly readings in my phone.
 
Nightly Update Week 5

Today I weighed in at 79.6kg. Only a 400 gram weight increase from last week, so calories went up to 3300.

I began my insulin protocol this morning too. I saw the comments of concern so I wanted to make sure everyone was aware that I was very well prepared, have high end monitoring software and professional advice in my corner.

I pinned 8 ius of long acting insulin first thing this morning. I ate my normal diet and my blood glucose level was very stable all day. My lowest reading was 5.5mmol and my highest was 7.9mmol.

I had carbs and fast acting insulin on me all day and didn’t need either. I’m going to increase the famous @StoryOfTheProphet HGH to 2 ius a night from tonight.

Training

After a pinned my slin I had 60g of carbs from fruit, 40mg of injectable AMP, 600’g of injectable L carnitine and a non stim pre workout drink.

I will tell my grandkids about this workout. I felt like my pump was going to split my skin open. Today was chest and biceps:

Incline dumbbell press - 40kg
Flat dumbbell press - 40kg
Pec fly machine - 54kg
Chest press machine - 60kg
Dumbbell Hammer curls - 15kg
Cable bicep curl - 36kg

I’ll be interested to see how my body changes with these additions. I’m lucky that I have a constant glucose monitor in my arm that sends constant updates to my phone. Feels like science fiction.
