Nightly Update
Last update I asked for some suggestions on health supplements to add to my current stack. Based on the advice I immediately went and got some fish oil. Im going to get in 3-4grams a day (each capsule is 1g). I cant believe I didnt have this in earlier. Im also doing some more research into TUDCA and coQ10. Im not opposed to more health supplments, but i want to have all the data and information before i commit to anything.
Im all ears if anyone wants to drop their suggestions, i will entertain almost anything.
Training
My friend gave me some liquid glycerol to try preworkout. Its something i have been interested in trying for some time now, and i think im a fan. It definately gave me a way more pronounced pump, and it contributes to some pre workout carbs, which im always a fan of. I know the pump isnt an indication of muscle growth, but i like it. Today was shoulders.
Seated dumbbell shoulder press - 30kg, 3 sets,
Dumbbell delt raises - 15kg, 3 sets.
Super set of Y shaped shoulder raises and Y shaped rear delt raises, leaning over an incline bench - 10kg, 3 sets (12.5kg dumbbells were taken)
Single arm cable delt raise - Machine setting 5.8kg, 3 sets
Tricep pull down, rope - Machine setting 27.5kg, 3 sets.
Tricep pull down, staight bar - machine setting 27kg, 3 sets.
The music was pumping, confidence to the max, awesome session.
Nutrition
The food is getting easier to get down, but im having to make sure i actually eat regularly. I get distracted and hours go by, and i have to stuff my face last minute with a big bowl of cereal.

I've saved the best for last. The madman himself @StoryOfTheProphet hit me up and asked if i wanted to try his HGH that is taking the Aussie source section by storm. I couldnt say no, i've never actually tried HGH and i was too excited to get bloods before hand, so im taking it easy and going to try 1iu before bed. I got 90ius to try, so around 3 months at 1iu. Ill see how i go for 4 weeks and maybe push it higher.
The back of the box made mention of Dan Duchaine, I hadn't heard that name in ages!
