I think personally 1:1 would work well for you,daomn you go to war when you lift,its impressive I can only imagine the beast you would unleash if you went full blast 🫣

Yeah im going OK bro,digging deep on the cut but implementing high days while still losing bf,the energy levels have been a battle but keeping the protein high as possible even though im carnivore i still struggle with the recovery
5.5 weeks left holding the line with the push legs pull rest split

@Bigdan85 yep its no different then anything else. we see in football a QB or a pitcher in baseball come out and be awful for a bit then get into the groove. or in basketball or tennis. weight training no differnet

Obviously still some bug lurking around so around 5/6 pm yesterday I cane over funny nearly nearly to the point of being sick but not if u get what im saying had a good lie in today ate just enough to stay stable I think lol plus side I got a second 6 burner today bought two new grills good clean replaced some nuts and bolts turnt out quite a bargain just ate loads of jumbo prawns chicken and mine beef burgers will log yesterdays food and today later it’s still being recorded
