Approved Log My TRT Log

What’s up Evo?? I took a little time off to get my bloods looking better. Doc wanted the liver numbers to come down and to run some tests. I did the ultrasound and it was fine. Mild fatty liver but not much of anything. So she wanted me to go talk to a gastroenterologist. I went and saw him and talked to him about gear and liver/organ support and told him why my numbers were high. He drew blood anyways and approved me to start trt again. Haven’t heard back on the bloodwork yet.
Anyways, I’m more than certain it was from running the Anadrol. I’m not concerned about any long term damage. The tests showed that wasn’t an issue. Missed out on the Cut150 cycle due to all of this. However, I lost about 13 lbs coming off gear and not doing a pct or cruising.. that sucked! I’m ready to bulk again. Lol
Here are a couple of my recent sessions. Heading to Chicago for the weekend so won’t do much else this week. Might do some legs tomorrow before I pack.

if more bodybuilders got bloodwork they would get the bad news too. anytime you are using more hormones then what your body naturally produces it will put pressure on organs. that is just part of the game we play @Cronus402

@Cronus402 long term damage is going to happen with organs regardless based on your history. so you have to tread lightly if you care about your health. otherwise just go for it if you want to compete

i think you should care about liver. a poor liver function will sap your energy .. it also has mental issues like depression and mood issues @Cronus402

@Cronus402 bros make sure to follow up on bloods. let see if they are really improving or if you have permanent damage. liver damage is not good

bro you should do not worry about organs. who cares. @MONSTRO didn't care and he ended up a champion. life too short gotta kill it @Cronus402
lol bro! You are too funny!! That deal with Monstro was fucked up!
He died like 3-6 months after I joined the forum. I was like “these dudes are all going to die”. But nah, I know he pushed it to a level I’ll never go to. He was a champion for sure!

i think you should care about liver. a poor liver function will sap your energy .. it also has mental issues like depression and mood issues @Cronus402
I definitely care. If I implied anything different, I didn’t mean to. I just meant that I wasn’t worried about long term damage because it didn’t happen. I only ran harsh shit for 4 weeks and one time in my life. I will not make that mistake again. I’ll be using organ/liver support from now on.

Numbers are back in the green. Things are looking better brother. 👊🏼
I just fucked up and pushed my cycle too long and ran Anadrol at the end instead of preloading with it. And I got busted by my doctor. It was also a rookie mistake to not run liver support. I didn’t see any negative sides so I didn’t think there was a problem.

There is no liver damage. I had an ultrasound done and bloodwork is back in the green. One thing they said is that my iron is low. But I had been donating blood so I held off on that and just retested 2 days ago. Iron is still on the bottom of the range. They want to do a couple scopes. I’m 44 years old now so I guess that’s not abnormal to have done. But hoping it’s simple and no real bleeding issues.

Bros when you go back on steroids, let's see what happens with your liver. It could be very sensitive.

Hey Fam! I have been taking a little break to get my bloodwork back in order. I was recently approved to be back on trt. And then I got sick for 20 days! It was crazy. My aunt tested positive for Covid andI got sick from her. But then it turned into some respiratory infection. Anyways, I’m doing better now and trying to get back into the gym. I’ve only been twice in the last 1.5-2 months. Lost a lot of muscle mass and gained a bunch of belly fat. I’ve been eating like shit.
Here are my most recent numbers. AST & ALT are back to normal. ALT is still slightly elevated but also still going down. Doctor must be happy with it because she put me back on trt. My testosterone was in the absolute dump! 106ng/dL!

I appreciate all of the advice and concerns with my liver function. You guys are all awesome. Mistakes were made but I certainly don’t think I’ve made any grave mistakes. I had a liver ultrasound done and that was reviewed and everything looked really good. I also a gastroenterologist. They checked my liver function and said the same thing thing. They did notice my iron was low. I had recently donated blood so, at fist, they thought that could have been why. However, we retested 6-8 weeks later (2 days ago) and the number improved but just put me on the bottom end of a 20-300 scale.
Apparently it’s my iron “stores” that is low.
Tested via a ferritin test (which measures iron stores), normal ranges are approximately 24-336 ng/mL for men. Mine is 20ng/mL. That’s up from 17ng/mL. So they want to do a couple scopes. One from each end. Just to rule out any possible internal bleeding.

Anyways, I’m back on trt and getting back in the gym. Slow but sure. Here are the screenshots of my ast, alt and test.
Hope you have all been well. Missed the Evo community.

Good to see you back and recovered, the EVO family welcomes you back :D
are you using n2guard for alt/ast? @Cronus402
On test levels why are they so low?

For training, Start with 3 full-body days using incline press, hack squat, and pulldown, go slow.

@Cronus402 those are some big improvement on the liver numbers. I remember before they were super high. Good that your liver has been able to come back. Just shows how resilient of an organ it is. But don't take it for granted.

Anyways, I’m back on trt and getting back in the gym. Slow but sure. Here are the screenshots of my ast, alt and test.
Hope you have all been well. Missed the Evo community.
i would wait until your liver numbers are in line on both. don't be hopping on orals quite yet. maybe wait another month or two @Cronus402

@Cronus402 bros i think maybe you went too far on the gear. pushing your body is good. but pushing too much can put you 2 steps back

Sometimes in life we have to be humbled. @Cronus402 At the end of the day, if more guys got blood work done and got this testing done, they would see issues as well. You're definitely not alone on it.

okay good seemed like you were treating it like a joke
Not at all. Probably just the way I was saying I wasn’t worried about it. I meant that in the sense that I already had some advanced tests done by 2 specialists here in America. But I definitely am worried about liver health and the importance of it. I know it can heal and even regenerate but I’m not trying to stress it. I drank for many years and I want to be good to it for the rest of my life.

Good to see you back and recovered, the EVO family welcomes you back :D
are you using n2guard for alt/ast? @Cronus402
On test levels why are they so low?

For training, Start with 3 full-body days using incline press, hack squat, and pulldown, go slow.
Testosterone was so low because my doctor told me to stop taking it until my ast and alt came down. I finished my bottle of n2guard and ran a liver support from a local nutrition shop.

i would wait until your liver numbers are in line on both. don't be hopping on orals quite yet. maybe wait another month or two @Cronus402
Yep, no orals right now. I jumped back on trt and every other week I take a double dose. But I won’t push anything higher until after my next 4 month checkup. I’m trying to cut some body fat and got my cardio going again.

okay people do change. hopefully you learned a harsh lesson. otherwise just go balls to the wall and dont care

Yeah I don’t think there is anything wrong. But I have held off on donating blood this quarter and I will get the scopes done. They recommend to have them at 45 anyways. That’s next year for me. And we will go from there.

Yes. It was a lesson I had not yet learned. I’ve only been on trt for about 4 years now and have only ran a few cycles. So I’m still learning. I made the mistake of thinking I was good to go since I didn’t notice any negative side effects. I know you have all said it a million times but I guess I am just stubborn enough to have had to learn the hard way. I’ll be sure to run organ supports from now on.

Yeah it was humbling. By no means do I think I know everything to know about gear. Or even my own body for that matter. However, I’ve never had my ast and alt spike. Also, I wasn’t experiencing any issues so I don’t think anything of it until I got my bloods. But also, I had just come off 4 weeks of Anadrol. Wanted to try it and so I added it to the back end of my cycle. Seemed great! Even thought to myself “what’s the fuss all about?”… I wonder if I’m just not as sensitive to some drugs like others are. I see some guys get great results or bad sides from smaller doses… maybe they are hypersensitive or maybe I’m the opposite. Either way, I made a judgement call based on how I was feeling and not on the knowledge I had learned from the Evo family. I was wrong and it’s easy to admit that. I’m happy to be learning. Just kinda worried about running that cut cycle in the future. Need to manage my cycle so my doc doesn’t find out.

Haha no, I have no intentions on blindly going all out. I’m playing the long game here. I don’t feel like my cycles have been excessive by any means. I just think I pushed the Anadrol too long and with no organ support. Also, I pushed too close to my body month bloodwork checkup. The bloodwork proves the gear does what the gear does. It’s not like we didn’t all already know that. I just made a mistake.

yeah anadrol is pretty tough.

for sure. It's important to remember that these are very serious compounds. A lot of people start using steroids because they just are junkies and they love to mess around with things that are illegal. But you don't want to be one of those people. You want to be someone who's serious about your health and use steroids as icing on the cake.

As long as my doc and the gastroenterologist are fine, I’m fine. Need to take better precautions in the future. I knew the risks and chose wrong. 🤦🏻‍♂️
Make sure you invest in a good cardiologist as well as you get into your 50s.

Your doctor makes no sense, dont use test to lower liver values? horrible advice! @Cronus402
1) get back on n2guard 2) get back on testosterone low dose asap

bros when you start noticing sides it means things got out of whack. it like me as a plumber and a customer waiting to call me until they get crap backed up all over their house, but ignoring that toilet wasn't working good for months lol

She was worried that is what caused the spike. It’s never caused this so maybe she should have asked more questions.
She should have, you need to get on a cycle support asap thats the issue @Cronus402 and get back on TRT self TRT it

good what dose is your TRT? @Cronus402
My prescription is for 100mg/week
But I’m taking closer to 350mg/week.
200mg of Test Cypionate and 150mg of Test Susta (Testosterone Enanthate, Testosterone Cypionate, Testosterone Propinate)

“Each mL of SUSTA 350 contains:
Testosterone Enanthate - 200 mg
Testosterone Cypionate - 100 mg
Testosterone Propionate - 50 mg”

Hey fam, sorry I’ve been so absent on here. I’ve been getting back into the grove! Found a new gym tha is literally a million times nicer than my last one. I couldn’t take the lack of care by the owners and the rest of the clientele. I should have left a long time ago. Anyways, this gym has some wicked equipment and the place is set up very nice. It’s attached to an indoor soccer complex that we can run sleds on, stretch, lift or play soccer… whatever you want as long as the field isn’t reserved. I’ll include a few pics.. will update with recent sessions on another post. Hope everyone is doing well and I’ll try to get back into logging. I’ve been tracking my sessions on my notes app but haven’t found myself uploading here yet.

Thanks man. I guess you add the sled weight to your plate weight then take 70% of that since it’s on a 45° slope. So about 414lbs. I’ll work my way up for sure. It’s a super dope press! You can separate the sides and do individual legs.

@Cronus402 Yeah, a lot of times the owners usually just get bored. They realize that gyms are very cyclical. They start losing money and they just lose interest in it and they let it go to shit. Pretty common thing.

Not a bad workout right here. You definitely put in the volume. I like how you split up the workouts and put in good volume.. @Cronus402

I’ve been tracking my sessions on my notes app but haven’t found myself uploading here yet.
bros nice! soccer a good exercise. just be careful not to blow out knee making cuts @Cronus402 Happened to one of my cousins.

@Cronus402 really nice workout for the week. I give you mad credit for it. One thing about your Log that is good is you certainly train with good volume. I like that your conditioning is outstanding.

Thanks man. I guess you add the sled weight to your plate weight then take 70% of that since it’s on a 45° slope. So about 414lbs. I’ll work my way up for sure. It’s a super dope press! You can separate the sides and do individual legs.
That's definitely a nice little training facility there. Lots of cool toys to play with. So you'll get a lot of different things that you can do, not just weight training. @Cronus402

Yeah man this bike is cool. Easy to adjust gears/resistance. I’ve never ridden one of these before. They have a bunch of Keiser pneumatic machines in here. I’ve never seen any of this shit. But it works nicely.

F

For sure man!
I used to coach some soccer but I haven’t messed around on the pitch in many years. I think some light jogging around it will be nice and stretching and stuff.
bros dayum didn't know you coach soccer. you must be fast. how fast you run 40 yard dash at your peak?

Hahaha nah man… I coached teenagers. That was a long time ago.
bros you look like you would be one of those fast white dudes to me. got that lean runners look. bet you could keep up with the BBC's sprinting
