Nicely put together arm day i dig it 💪

So this apparently has become due to loading on left side because of my back/hip

Plantar fasciitis is a common foot problem causing sharp heel pain, especially with the first steps in the morning, due to inflammation or micro-tears in the plantar fascia—the thick band supporting your foot's arch. Causes include overuse from running/standing, tight calves, poor footwear, or weight gain, and it's treated with rest, stretching, icing, supportive shoes/orthotics, and sometimes physical therapy, aiming to reduce inflammation and strengthen supporting muscles.

Nice chest workout mate. 45kg incline dumbbell is getting serious.

Absolutely dying to train legs becoming incredibly frustrating now may just hamemer leg raises and lying/seated hammys thoughts ?

Better than doing nothing I guess is my opinion
Your body will tell you whether you can pull this off. Keep form tight and don't try and be a hero :ROFLMAO:

Let us know how the HGH goes and when you start and what dose.

Are you starting to notice the EQ by now?

You saying you have an injury there?

So did some legs this just seated raise and Hams 8 sets of each yes @LevButlerov I’ve one injury which has also caused the tearing in my foot currently my right hip has dropped and caused my glute to press the sciatica nerve big time
How were these exercises on your sciatica? Avoid squats for now.

This is why in prison I NEVER showered without their orange ugly-ass flip flops LOL
Pretty sure all this has come from a pot hole on the beach knocking my hips outta line
This just happened to my girl HarleyGirl and I've upped her dose of KLOW a bit for a couple weeks. She tripped over a stupid dog bone our boxers gnaw on pigs shin bones LOL

Yes I'm aware of what it is, but we need to work around it and modify the diet a bit :D @Bigdan85

@Bigdan85 Bros, this looking good if you ask me. The hyperextensions and pulldown (plate loaded) are good exercises. You're not gonna go wrong with that.
