Approved Log First cycle - bulk log

Running 20mg dbol & 300mg test cyp from elitebody.ca



-Test cyp 300mg/week for 14 weeks

-Dianabol 20 mg/day 10 mg morning & 10 mg at night before my workout for 5/6 weeks



Starting (natty) weight is 128 lbs. I am now 149.9 lbs (5 weeks in)

2 high cal shakes + One meal so add mabey 500 cals to the 2800 & 20g protein (I also underestimate macros to be sure)

shake recipe:



•Oats 450 cals/15g protein



•Milk 320/27g protein



•Peanut butter 540/18g protein



•Protein powder 150 cals/24g protein



•1400 cals per shake x 2 = 2800 cals



•84 protein per day x 2 = 168 g protein

My workout routine is 3 times a week full body, 1 exercise 4 sets per body part.



My Strength is insane i benched 185lbs for 5 reps,3 reps, then i had 1 rep so i finished last two sets with 155lbs

I also dont target cardio directly i walk ALOT!!

One question I have is about DBOL but especially in the beginning of the cycle bro the forearm pumps were killing me sometimes couldnt go 100% because of it. Normal?
@Reivax dbol pumps are well known. try running while having them. your calves will explode!

bros you need some taurine for dbol. that will help relieve pumps. you can get n2guard it has it already in formula and a lot of other stuff you using! @Reivax

if pumps are hurting you that much then they become counter productive. i would either lower the dbol dose or try increasing taurine @Reivax pumps are legendary on dbol

Great work bro! A 185lb bench for reps at 150lbs is really good. I could barely rep 185lbs for 1 when I was 150lbs. Shows really above average strength that your repping for 4. I bet you got close to a 200lb single rep in you.

That's always the ultimate goal for guys like us. I didn't do it til I hopped on a cycle. I was stuck for years cuz bench is literally my worst lift. Wanted 2 plates sooooo bad so I definitely feel you on that one.

I was on my first cycle and thought why not give it a shot and see, and I did it. Then I did 230 right after, then 235, then failed at 240. End of cycle I hit 250. Really helped me blow past that bench plateau.

Seems like you're on a similar track so it will definitely come. Just be safe cuz you don't wanna get hurt and have a giant setback.

I’d love to see you up your protein well above 200+g/ED.

Have you thought about taking those 3 days a week you train and doing push/pull/legs instead of full body each day? You might be shortchanging yourself with compound movements being what’s probably going to be your best base builder at your age. Or add a fourth day and work on push one week on the 4th day, then pull, then legs, etc so you have a dedicated day to each large muscle group and compound movement.

Just a thought. And also, don’t be too discouraged if 5-8 pounds of that comes off after the dbol it’s no biggie.
