•1400 cals per shake x 2 = 2800 cals
•84 protein per day x 2 = 168 g protein

My Strength is insane i benched 185lbs for 5 reps,3 reps, then i had 1 rep so i finished last two sets with 155lbs
I also dont target cardio directly i walk ALOT!!
