My appetite is back
Get a little strength back, get my wind again. And it is fucking ON!!!

@BigD9795 should have had his hernia surgery a week and a half ago.
I hope he is recovering well
I had my surgery on Thursday 12/18. Thought there was only one repair. Ended up the surgeon had to repair 4!!! 😱

Oh well, I’ve always said if you’re going to do something, do it up right. Guess I followed my own advice this time. 😆
 
Alright guys!! I woke up feeling much better, outa bed for the first time in days and moving around pretty good. I am planning a return to the gym on Saturday for some movement and maybe a little pump!! Gotta get back!!
Bro! No gym until we hear updates like this for another week or so. Marathon, not sprint. Your immune system will still be compromised and if you pick something up you'll go down harder and again.

@LevButlerov We will re-evaluate on Monday morning, I can wait until Tuesday if need be. But brother, I am getting really antsy. I know it will take a week or two back in, to get my feet back under me, I just want to get started.

Thank God... remember you don't want to walk into a germ factory with a weakened immune system. There's no shame in waiting until you're damn near 100% again.

Keep the high dose vitamin C and D going with the broth and I like that you maintained the protein through this. Sounds like it mighta been the dreaded covid.

I swear to god I thought I was getting pneumonia, i never got tested, I just toughed it out. Forward from hear!! Will wait until Tuesday and do the workout @LevButlerov gave me to start back.

Just the bar for mobility 2 x 20
Super setted with DB lateral raises 10 lbs on the left side, 5 lbs on the right

Rear delt cable crossovers
10.5kg 2 x 20
Super setted with front DB raises 15lbs 2 x 20

Kelso shrugs 30lb DB 2 x 15
DB shrugs 50lbs 2 x 15

Bird dogs 2 x 15
Dead bugs 2 x 15
Side planks 2 x 45 seconds

I get the sausages from a local butcher shop who makes their own. Great stuff
