Nightly Update

Woke up feeling pretty awesome today. Lots of energy and felt really fresh. I was determined all day, to carry this good vibe to the gym later tonight, and it was a success!

Training - Legs

Hit a new PR for this log of 140kg for 4 reps for barbell squat. I was talking to my wife that i still had a weird pain in my glute from what i thought was a bad shot, but might be a little tweak. I promised myself i would go easy.

So naturally i hit a squat PR. That private health insurance is going to come in handy.

BB Squat - 100kg x 8, 140kg x 5, 120 kg x 6
BB RDL - 100kg (this is starting to feel a little light)
Leg Press - 200kg
Leg Extension - Full Stack. Im just gettting more reps in now.
Hamstring Curl - 70kg. Room to move.

My glute feels fine, but im probably going to go to the physio to check it out.

Food

I had some less than ideal food today, so the macros were a bit skewed. It probably helped with the PR for later though. Good old powerlifting logic!

I split my amino acid injections up. I did the L Carnitine in the morning with my insulin. Before the gym i did my pump blend and GAC blend. I could probably make a combination of the pump and GAC blend in one shot, so im not pinning 4 times a day (not including peptides). I honestly dont mind pinning. Its never bothered me.

Yeah i pin ED. In my opinion it helps with stable levels.

I’ve never had a particularly bad shot. Every now and then you snag a nerve or get some bleeding, but I’ve never had an infection.

I got a nasty bruise from a glute shot once. I could tell I’d hit something and just pushed through it like a dummy and it was swollen for a bit, but went away.

My cardio is always good. The bjj training keeps me in good shape.

When I took time off gear and went back to being a filthy natty, I got into running and I remember getting my 5km time down to 21 minutes.
5km to 21 is impressive if you can do it :D

Feeling good today. Day off work, so no bad mood. Really want to make sure im staying cool and calm. Im open to anyone who asks about my PED use. Couple of guys at the gym have asked, and i always be honest. My friends and family know i dabble in the Vitamin-T. I don't want to give the "angry roid head" stereotype any legs. We still have normal bad days and get annoyed.

Training - Back

I actually dropped the Anavar this workout just to try the Amino Acids preworkout solo. The pump was still awesome, but not the same force production. Strength wasn't the same without the Anavar, but the pump was still mental.

Seated DB shoulder press - 35kg
DB Delt raises - 20kg
DB Front delt raises - 12.5kg
DB Rear delt raises - 17.5kg
Cable delt raises - machine setting 14kg
Tricep pulldowns - machine setting 64kg
Overhead DB tricep extensions - 15kg

I tried a new tricep exercise, just to see if i liked it. I like to switch up exercises to keep it fresh.

Food

Had a couple chocolate crossiants for breakfast and that must have taken ages to digest, because i was pretty full all day after that. I still have two PB and J sandwhiches to eat as I type this. (The GOAT'd sandwhich)

I've dropped the Mirabegron for now. I was taking it to assist with reducing the amount of times i wake up to pee in the night. Its worked, but i want to just check how well its actually working. I want to try a month without it, to see the difference.

Copped a pretty nasty knee to the face by accident at BJJ today. I always tell my friends that BJJ is safe, ended up with a cut lip and a blood nose 😆

Training - BJJ

I was super motivated to train today. The class was full of similarly sized guys who compete and roll really hard.

My competitive fire took over and every roll was 100%. During my 2nd roll, I went for a single leg takedown, got it, but my face landed on the guys knee and cut my upper lip and gave me a pretty bad blood nose.

Didn’t notice it until I saw blood on the mat and we didn’t know where it had come from. I didn’t really click that I had hit my face, the adrenaline was going so hard that I just assumed it was a normal bump.

Once we saw the blood on my partners knee we put the pieces together. Stuffed a tissue in my nose and soldiered on. I can’t let competition win 💪

I felt so ungodly strong. I was in a dominant position and saw I only had 15 seconds left on the timer, so I just picked my opponent up and walked him to the middle of the mat and just placed him there when the bell rang. I thought it was funny, my opponent did not.

Food

I was prettt exhausted after BJJ. I was redlining my body pretty hard. So I wasn’t super hungry and felt a bit nauseous afterwards. Sometimes super aggressive cardio stuff makes you not want to eat until you’ve hydrated and had some electrolytes. Had one of those sugar free liquid IV drinks, and about 1 hour later i was ready to eat again.

Nightly Updates

My brother come down to visit from interstate so we spent the day at a water park. We both took our kids and spent all day in the sun enjoying the slides, pools and rides. I hadn’t seen him in a year and it was awesome to catch up.

It’s such a nice thing to be confident enough to walk around shirtless. It’s always other dudes that look at you though haha

He hadn’t seen my in ages and was blown away by my physique. He trains a bit too and knew I dabble in the dark side, but was completely stunned. Felt good to get that reaction.

Training - BJJ

Had another BJJ sessions and it was another brutal one. My mouth and nose are still pretty sore from yesterday’s smack. Anytime someone went for my face it hurt so bad.

I was supposed to train legs again today, but since my brother is visiting I want to hang out with him instead. He’s only going to come to a bjj session tommorrow, so I’ll save the energy for third session 💪

Food

Ate way more protein and fat today that normal. I don’t mind, as I’m not a competitive athlete and I was having a good time out with family.

But when the family is down, we are eating good! BBQ and brownies!

I’ve been getting some weird cramps so I’ve decided to try magnesium. I’ve heard that Anavar and Telmisartan can contribute to cramps. Hopefully this helps!

I was supposed to train legs again today, but since my brother is visiting I want to hang out with him instead. He’s only going to come to a bjj session tommorrow, so I’ll save the energy for third session 💪

Ate way more protein and fat today that normal. I don’t mind, as I’m not a competitive athlete and I was having a good time out with family.

Looking really nice on this. The supplement stack that you're doing is really solid. I like the Healing Peptide stack and I like the Sustanon, Equipoise, Growth Hormone, and Anavar. That's a good mix. @Nasser1997o2

I used to do heaps of running but it got boring really quickly. This is way more fun.

Since my brother is staying with me, his son joined in on my sons BJJ lesson, and he joined in with me on the adult lesson.

It was the perfect opportunity, as yesterday at the water park, he asked me to show my skills. I got him in a face crank in about 20 seconds.

We are both super competitive, so he wanted to come down and see if he could hang with the rest of the gym. He’s a natural athlete. He is good at pretty much any sport he tries, and he will win at all costs. A real talented winner.

Training - BJJ3

Today was supposed to be a rest day, but my brother wanted to join in on a BJJ class. Our kids already did the kids class. My son has been doing it for over a year and is quite good. Watching him have fun was the reason I joined.

I was suprised how quickly my bro picked it up. After a couple drills and some light sparring, he was actually pretty darn good. I actually had to try to keep him from actually getting some good positions on me.

After our roll, he needed a breather, and one of the black belts gave me the look like “ok, you had your fun with the newbie, now you need your humbling”.

I knew I was going to get my ass kicked, but refused to look weak in front of my kid, nephew and bro. I gave my absolute all. I managed to put up a decent fight, but I gave more than I had ever given before. I managed to only get submitted once during the 5 minute roll, and this guy is one of the best in our gym.

He actually gave me my flowers and said “you’re a real monster to roll with”. My brother was impressed with my performance, but I was absolutely fucked. The next 3 rolls were me basically trying to survive.

The whole rest of the day I was so exhausted. It feels good to push yourself beyond your limits. When you really want to, you can dig deep and really find out what your are made of.

Food

Again, I didn’t eat the best today. But we were out enjoying good food, couple of drinks and some desserts. I won’t get this time again for ages, so I need to enjoy it.

dude it was the best day. Just like being teenagers again!

It definitely keeps me fit and mobile.

I used to do heaps of running but it got boring really quickly. This is way more fun.

i think for my next run I’ll keep it the same but bump the test to 300mg.

especially as our kids are around the same age. Seeing them have fun the same way we did as kids was really nice.

eq is probably one of my favourite compounds.

Hopefully primo and mast come back soon so I can keep all the eq for myself!

Nightly Update - Weigh in 86.3kg

Weighed in again lower this week, down 600grams. It was probably just from all the extra cardio, with the 3rd BJJ session. Still, i've increased calories again, up to 3800. My calories keep climbing higher and higher. Hopefully this means my cut phase will be on pretty high calories.

Training - Chest and Biceps

My elbow wasnt "sore" but it was fatigued from the extra bjj session. I have a habit of resisting armbars by just brute forcing out of them. IT sort of hurts your arms if you do it over and over. It sort of impacted my training, but not by much.

Nightly Updates

My brother come down to visit from interstate so we spent the day at a water park. We both took our kids and spent all day in the sun enjoying the slides, pools and rides. I hadn’t seen him in a year and it was awesome to catch up.

It’s such a nice thing to be confident enough to walk around shirtless. It’s always other dudes that look at you though haha

He hadn’t seen my in ages and was blown away by my physique. He trains a bit too and knew I dabble in the dark side, but was completely stunned. Felt good to get that reaction.

Training - BJJ

Had another BJJ sessions and it was another brutal one. My mouth and nose are still pretty sore from yesterday’s smack. Anytime someone went for my face it hurt so bad.

I was supposed to train legs again today, but since my brother is visiting I want to hang out with him instead. He’s only going to come to a bjj session tommorrow, so I’ll save the energy for third session 💪

Food

Ate way more protein and fat today that normal. I don’t mind, as I’m not a competitive athlete and I was having a good time out with family.

But when the family is down, we are eating good! BBQ and brownies!

I’ve been getting some weird cramps so I’ve decided to try magnesium. I’ve heard that Anavar and Telmisartan can contribute to cramps. Hopefully this helps!

Back to leg training after missing the last session. My strength held up good. No movements in weight, but the same weights felt easier.

Definately feeling the strength and performance increases now. I feel so super strong and capable in my lifts.

Training - Legs

I feel like 140kg for reps might be a good weight to keep to. Instead of trying to move the weight number up, try to get more sets and more reps.

BB Squats - 100kg x 8, 140kg x 6, 120kg x 6, 100kg x 6
BB RDL - 100kg
Leg Press - 200kg
Leg Extension - full machine
Hamstring Curl - Machine setting 77kg
All 3 sets of 8-10 unless otherwise stated

Food

Treated myself to a pretty sizable slice of chocolate cake for dessert. The beauty of such high calories is that you have room for things like this :LOL:

I was feeling pretty run down today, and drank alot more coffee than i'd normally drink. I love coffee, but i try to keep it down to 2 serves a day, and drink decaf if i want more. Today was a 3 cup day, and i easily could have gone a forth.

Still good to push this out to 20 weeks, and then i have some ideas on how i'll lay out the rest of the year.

Back to leg training after missing the last session. My strength held up good. No movements in weight, but the same weights felt easier.

Definately feeling the strength and performance increases now. I feel so super strong and capable in my lifts.

Training - Legs

I feel like 140kg for reps might be a good weight to keep to. Instead of trying to move the weight number up, try to get more sets and more reps.

BB Squats - 100kg x 8, 140kg x 6, 120kg x 6, 100kg x 6
BB RDL - 100kg
Leg Press - 200kg
Leg Extension - full machine
Hamstring Curl - Machine setting 77kg
All 3 sets of 8-10 unless otherwise stated

I was feeling pretty run down today, and drank alot more coffee than i'd normally drink. I love coffee, but i try to keep it down to 2 serves a day, and drink decaf if i want more. Today was a 3 cup day, and i easily could have gone a forth.

Still good to push this out to 20 weeks, and then i have some ideas on how i'll lay out the rest of the year.

thanks man, the liquid is sort of fiddly. You have to shake it and quickly get a dropper or massive pin to draw up some before it settles to the bottom.

I haven't tried any yet. Im pretty particular about adding new stuff, like to wait until the start of a week. Thanks for the compliments man.

Ill be honest, i do eat a fair bit of junk food. Mostly because i struggle to get down all the food and im super busy during the day. I love me some cereal, PB and J's and poptarts.

Does anyone else think of the dentist when they open an alcohol swab? The smell immediately makes me think of being in that chair being blinded by the dentist lights.

Training - Shoulders and Triceps

Like i said, i went a little crazy with the pre-workout injectable amino acids. Ended up doing 4 shots. 0.5ml into each tricep and 1.0ml into each delt. In total the whole breakdown was:
800mg L Carnitine
200mg L Arginine
100mg L Orinthine
100mg L Citrulline
25mg L Glutatmine
20mg Adenosine Mono phosphate

I then treated my self to a leftover slice of chocolate cake, and had a pretty nuts workout. I broke a DB shoulder press PR and the pump was nutty.

DB shoulder press - 35kg x 8, 37.5kg x 8, 40kg x 6
DB lat raise - 20kg
DB front delt raise - 15kg
DB rear delt raise - 15kg
Cable delt fly - machine setting 18kg
Tricep pulldown - machine setting 73kg
Barbell skull crusher - 35kg
(all exercises 3 sets of 8-10 reps)

Scored some tickets to the Basketball and took my kid out to his first live sports game. It was a great time. Macros suffered a bit to enjoy a game day snack!

Training - BJJ

Before my session today, I told myself “just tap early, don’t try to fight through every submission, it’s ok to lose a round”.

I decided to just take the mentality of trying to just have fun and learn, instead of having to dominate every possible match.

Ended up actually having a much more productive session. I was able to focus on actually doing thing correctly instead of winning at all costs.

My joints are thanking me!

Scored some tickets to the Basketball and took my kid out to his first live sports game. It was a great time. Macros suffered a bit to enjoy a game day snack!

Training - BJJ

Before my session today, I told myself “just tap early, don’t try to fight through every submission, it’s ok to lose a round”.

I decided to just take the mentality of trying to just have fun and learn, instead of having to dominate every possible match.

Ended up actually having a much more productive session. I was able to focus on actually doing thing correctly instead of winning at all costs.

My joints are thanking me!

Like yesterday, my fats were a littler higher, because of the sports arena food. I’m going to try to make an effort to keep them lower, but again, it’s not that serious for me.

I was able to focus on actually doing thing correctly instead of winning at all costs.
And you know the more you tense up the more 'space' you give your opponent too. Snake vs. Mongoose gotta master timing of both.

Had to post this a little early, as im looking after the kids solo tonight, while the Mrs goes out with some friends. Had to get both workout done pretty much back to back, but a little helper in the form of @StoryOfTheProphet Dbol got me through the day.

Training - BJJ2 and Legs 2

The morning started early with BJJ. For some additional context, im a blue belt and I train both gi and no-gi. Im better at no-gi, which generally favours more athletic people, while the Gi classes are more the technical skills. I do my best to try not to just buldoze my way through classes, but its hard, as i am very athletic and strong, and you cant just turn that off.

Today was a gi class, and the guys who i mop the floor with on no-gi classes, get their revenge on me. I give them hell, but it's not my strong point. Im getting better though, and you have to work on your weaknesses. I actually grappled the instructor, who commented that i was much bigger and stronger lately. He still absolutely pushed my shit in.

Afterwards, i was pretty beat, but i managed to get a couple hours rest in. Then i busted out the DBOL, and took 10mg 30 minutes before legs 2. Sweet jesus, its been a while since i dropped a dbol, and the strength gains were massive.

BB Squats - 140kg x 6, 140kg x 5, 130kg x 8
BB RDL - 105kg
Leg Press - 200kg
Hamstring curl machine - Machine setting 77kg
Leg extension machine - Machine setting full stack

I dont think i'll make a habit of the dbol. I'll keep it for days im really dragging ass. It was fun though!

You train bjj? Im only a blue belt.
I don't train anymore. I got black belt back in 2006 so after 20 years I'd be a little rusty but can still talk techniques and submissions. It's engrained in me and it was the absolute best street martial art ever especially as an ex-cop it was invaluable on the street. If you're blue belt then you've committed now and you're on your way, don't stop til you go black. Once I got purple I was helping teach the kids' classes and that was my favourite part of it all.

Rest day today. Felt pretty good all day until later in the evening I got some CRIPPLING leg Doms. Im being punished for that dbol fueled leg pr session yesterday.

Should hopefully improve before legs on Monday.

Have felt noticeably full all day. I think it’s the water retention from the dbol. It’s a nice look, but I could see how you would get super bloated and watery quickly if you used heaps of dbol often. I always kept it as a preworkout boost every now and then, when i used to use it as a younger guy.

Nightly Update - Weigh in 88.1kg
Weighed in at 88.1kg, which is a pretty substantial weight increase. I might be holding onto some water from the Friday night dbol legs session. Happy regardless, calories will stay the same for now.

Training - Chest and Biceps
Managed to get a small PR on my second set of incline db presses, 47.5kg for 6 reps. Got an awesome pump. I filmed a short posing video under some decent lighting, pretty happy with how I’m looking at the moment.

Weighed in at 88.1kg, which is a pretty substantial weight increase. I might be holding onto some water from the Friday night dbol legs session. Happy regardless, calories will stay the same for now.

Training - Chest and Biceps
Managed to get a small PR on my second set of incline db presses, 47.5kg for 6 reps. Got an awesome pump. I filmed a short posing video under some decent lighting, pretty happy with how I’m looking at the moment.

Db incline bench - 45kg, 47.5kg, 45kg
Db flat bench - 45kg

Looking dense AF and ripped bro. Nice chest striations! Macros are bang on and holding steady

but I never ran it higher than 20mg.
Probably best to keep it max 20mg forever.

Before I started this log I had taken probably about 6-8 years off any PEDS and only recently jumped on TRT.

I’m getting a fair bit of muscle memory from my more risky cycle years. Young Nasser didn’t have a care in the world 😝

Yes the muscle memory does go a long way. The training that I did as a teenager definitely has helped me as an adult.
