Approved Log Newbie Body Recomp Log - changing my life

Taking a couple of days off from working out never works well for me, I end up in a crap mood, low motivation and harder to get through that initial workout BUT got in there in pushed through it and struggled to walk out feeling a little pukey lol, but after eating and showering I felt 100% better for doing it. I dread lower body day but always feel fucking awesome post the workout.

GW - Cardarine is awesome, took 25mg before my workout and felt the difference pretty quickly cardio wise, funny how you can also see its harder to get your heart rate up.

Tren A - 10mg-ish is going strong, BUT I can see how it doesn't work for some people as your mindset is amplified by it, I am a chill person until I'm not, Tren amplifies my mindset, so If I am feeling frustrated it pushes it louder, but as I focus on a positive calm mindset it works very well for me but I am now mindful that it just makes your mood louder.

Weighed in last night post workout, down to 91.5KG, to me this is HUGE - I started out over 108kg in May and at that time I had been actively working on losing weight, I think I was hovering between 101-105kg when I started this log;
(at my heaviest I was 126kg), I am much closer to my goal of being 90kg or sub 90kg

Monday:

Sleep - 6.5 hours and good, this has progressed so much since I first started my journey here

Intake: Lower than I wanted, but unfortunately sometimes difficult with work to get it all in over the day.
Calories - 2040
Protein - 211
Carbs - 161
Fats - 60

Treadmill 15 mins steep Incline

Squat Barbell - Slow Negatives

45kg x 14 RPE 7
60kg x 12 RPE 8
PR 75kg x 8 RPE 9

Romanian Deadlift - Slow Negatives

50kg x 14 RPE 7.5
70kg x 12 RPE 8
100kg x 8 RPE 8.5 (increased by 1 rep on last session again)

Leg Extensions -

49.5kg x 14 RPE 7.5
56.5kg x 12 RPE 8.5
40kg x 15 RPE 10 - Drop Sets but couldnt get to 25

Seated Hamstring Curl - Topset & Back off

56.5kg x 10 RPE 7.5
45kg x 14 RPE 7.5
40kg x 25 RPE 8.5 drop sets, should have kept weight a little heavier


Current cycle:
Test P - 200mg per week
GH - 5 IU split daily, fasted morning 5am with my Thyroxin and 3IU before bed
Tren A - 10MG Daily
Aromasin - 12.5mg E4D morning - 7am
Reta Wednesday 2.5mg
Anavar 10MG pre-workout

Supp Support - Daily
Pre & Pro Biotic
Magnesium
Niacin 500mg
I feel you on the time off bro. I hate it as well. I find adding in some cardio, especially going outside and taking the dogs for walks helps my mood a lot. Something about the fresh air, even when it's cold and snowy like now, helps big time.

I wish I got the same effects as you from the tren. I'm at 35mg ED and still feel no difference in drive in the gym. All kinds of other positives but still the same old me in the gym. You're really lucky that way.

Nice work on the leg session. No sign of slowing down there!

Nawww not really. Definitely improved recovery leading to better results but no big changes. Very minor improvements in the gym.

I'm growing like a weed though so it's definitely working. Libido is sky high lol. My wife says I'm still happier in general too like you so that's a positive as well.

Next week I'm gonna try 40mg and see how that goes.

Lol my wife is starting to get annoyed and how much I am wanting it; I can see the body changes happening and loving it, bloods are clean as well so I would like to run it in my clean bulk as well.

good to hear that it is working well for you, curious how you go on a higher dose with possible sides?

Haha my wife's pretty game for now still lol. I try to keep it to EOD doses lol

No sides so far. BP is creeping up but other than that its been good. No night sweats, sleep has been great, recovery is on point.

I get pretty hungry some days and then others my appetite is totally normal.

Any sides or other changes on your end?

No sides as of yet, BP has been normal, one or two nights where i had sweats but found this was caused by low blood sugar level (guessing this is tren and Reta pushing it down too quickly), so i get a serve of low GI carbs in before bed which @Allupfromhere had suggested and it has resolved it; other than that it is bloody awesome! I have the E2 and LCMS E2 test this weekend, so will be interesting to see what the two numbers say.

Ya those e2 numbers you had were kinda shocking but I think it's just the Tren like @Allupfromhere said

The night sweats can be an easy fix with some pre-bed carbs. I haven't needed it yet, but @stevesmi suggests raw apple juice. I have a jug ready to go if the sweats show up.

Great touchdown brother this should help your bloods (proven to on here) along with what @Allupfromhere mentioned on Sunday as well. Go hard on the Omega's and Bergamot.

Your log is really consistent and I enjoy getting through it every time I catch up. You ask really great questions too I can see you growing in knowledge and ability it's awesome to see!

I completed the E2 and E2 LCMS test,

3/1/26 - E2 468pmol/L Sky High Results, given I am stupidly sensitive mentally to high E2 I know this is incorrect and pushed up by Tren usage
29/12/25 - E2 372pmol/L from this test to the one above I took 25mg Aromasin
LCMS - This result will take approx. 2-weeks before getting it back. - I will post te comparison once i get it back

I have included an updated body pic, I am relaxed in this photo and not flexing. (91KG here) seeing Friends and family that have not seen me in the last couple of months and getting comments on the weight loss was reward and motivating.
Slowly chipping away and making progress, now to get after it harder in 2026 so I look as good as the rest of you fellas

Quick update, I have signed up with @R.AP looking forward to pushing harder in 2026.

Start new program and Diet today/tomorrow with a few adjustments to cycle and supps. @LevButlerov , should I close this log off and start a new one? the plan is still about reducing BF % so not sure if it is worth a new log.

I would start a new log but only with all the new bloods and I remember you had high e2 and this 468 reading isn't helping either they need to do a lcms faster if possible @G-Merc 80

Hoping they will be able to turn it around sooner, I am still taking Aromasn E4D and only on 200mg Test P so I am certain its the Tren; Once I have all the new bloods together I will start new log :)

Still waiting on my LCMS results for E2, F*ck they take forever to come back.

getting the training in and cleaned up my diet thanks to @R.AP (well 90% there lol), as i am trying to tidy up just a little more before I go into a clean bulk, I havent logged in the last couple of weeks but think I will keep updating this one with my daily workout and meals till I am ready to kick off the new log.

Don't want my Evo Family thinking I dont love you guys lol. and with @Pigsy merch I want to be in the running. @Allupfromhere @LevButlerov

Ok there we go, now we know. What AI's do you have on hand?
You can do a combo method of hitting it with Arimidex for a week and then coming down with a soft landing and running aromasin until the end of your cycle, only if you have both. If not I'd hit it with Aromasin 12.5 eod for two weeks and then 6.25mg twice a week to coast. This should keep you in range while keeping it on the mid to high range which where I like to be. This being because you're having no symptoms so we can just get it in range and retest. @LevButlerov can fact check this for dosing and a second opinion.

Looks like you've made some serious progress!

Training and food are looking good.

Regarding the E2, have you considered EQ? I'm a high aromistiser and my E2 was ~360 just from 150mg/week. I ended up changing my cycle from test only to test + EQ. Ended up on 375 test and 320 EQ.

Haven't been feeling well the last few days but still got the workouts done, I had been trying to trouble shoot what was going on, I thought it was hitting the E2 down but by eliminating recent changes it came down to too much drinking salts in my day's, i dropped it from yesterday afternoon and feel a lot better now, migraine all but gone and feel like i am actually peeing normally again; It screwed my last few nights sleep, so hoping that tonight will be a lot better.

Food is steady and repeated from day to day BUT today not fasted i broke into the 88kg numbers! to say I am fucking excited is an understatement, the grind and discipline is paying off, final dash of cleaning up before moving into the clean bulk!

I was looking at EQ for the lean bulk so it still may be an option, I seem to be a high aromatiser as well, something i will speak more to my coach about, thanks for the advice

This is what I was using, a scoop per 1 litre over 3 litres of water; not sure if this was the cause or me knocking down E2? has settled down now and back to normal, but to rule it out I haven't used any, doing a full blood panel this week before touching an A.I incase I overshot the mark as well. (needed a couple of days recovery, felt I was on the edge of burnout but back into tonight)

We had our long weekend here in Aus, and again from farm to spit, i got to enjoy lamd with a shit tone of different salads, then spent the afternoon getting the meal prep done! I must admit again that training is the easy part, its the meal prep and sleep that undoes everything quickly.

I need to find some decent scales for home, so I am not needing the bloody gym scales to track with as I always forgot to weigh myself.

This is what I was using, a scoop per 1 litre over 3 litres of water; not sure if this was the cause or me knocking down E2? has settled down now and back to normal, but to rule it out I haven't used any, doing a full blood panel this week before touching an A.I incase I overshot the mark as well. (needed a couple of days recovery, felt I was on the edge of burnout but back into tonight) View attachment 174349

Thanks @LevButlerov @HarleyGuy , really trying to stick to the coaches plan so I can move into the push phase, will be nice to get out of deficit eating!

We had our long weekend here in Aus, and again from farm to spit, i got to enjoy lamd with a shit tone of different salads, then spent the afternoon getting the meal prep done! I must admit again that training is the easy part, its the meal prep and sleep that undoes everything quickly.

I need to find some decent scales for home, so I am not needing the bloody gym scales to track with as I always forgot to weigh myself.
That lamb looks awesome! The prepped veges for roasting look good too!

I have felt off over the last week mentally, so hit pause on the peps, got blood work done and worked on brining down the high E2 levels which is what I think caused the mental health issues, feeling more balanced now and will slowly put peps back in; funny how 3-4 weeks ago I had high E2 without any sort of issues then BANG it all came crashing down like a house of cards, and when it does that it takes a little to reset and get the balance back again which I think I have as today I am feeling somewhat myself again. - put Aromasin back in a a regular schedule, started at E2D but moved next dose to E3D; Will re-test E2 levels next week to see what thy're looking like if I am still in balance.

None of this has stopped me working out, still pushed through and got my workouts in, played soccer (injured my knee but still went and did leg day last night lol), hitting diet 90% of the time on the mark but I am going to speak to the coach with putting a small dose in of Cagrilintide to help bring the food noise down, Reta just isn't cutting it for this without running stupid high doses.

Overall I can see that this phase is sharpening up how my body is looking which I am stocked about, but definitley starting to get mentally exhausted under calories restriction, even though the food plan is great and you have a lot of food to eat but at 2000 Calories strength has stalled somewhat.

I know for myself I tend to ignore things a little too long but it came crashing down, I had to pause and reset, still working thorugh the reset and hopefully have myself fully locked back in Saturday.

Food noise is a killer for me, been running deficit since I started this log, and feel mentally exhausted and when food noise hits I just automate to binge eating, that ends up making me feel like shit and guilty for letting myself down.
 
So started on 1mg Cag yesterday, feels different to a GLP1, doesnt take long for it to start working, found that after i ate dinner I just felt comfortablly full and was able just to walk away without wanting to binge eat everything i could see, lets see how it progresses but so far so good.

Day 2 on Cagrilintide, 1mg weeky: food noise has all but shut down, you feel hungry but not like normal, just a stomach grumble with the brain not chasing a food hit, food feels like you could take it or leave it very easily and find myself needing to ensure i stick to the plan, another thing I am experincing is my normal meal size has me feeling so full that I hit a wall like a food coma and just want to sleep.

Digestion hasn't been effected in anyway and with adjusting the Reta dose down has improved it, so far it is yeilding results, better than I had anticipated (I am always a sceptic and always expect minimal results at best), I think this could be a great adjunct for those who are running high doses of a GLP1's to make food noise quieter whilst being able to lower their GLP1 dose.

Blood glucose is also a lot more predictable on a lower dose of Reta which I will also take as a win, the only issue I could see is that it WOULD be so EASY to just not eat, that is my Caution to those looking at trying, start 1mg MAX, anything more I think would screw you trying to eat. @LevButlerov Updated brother

A really good anecdote here re. gut health/ digestion on the Cagrilintide. I'm always looking for compounds that are tolerated better. Reta was causing a lot of people digestive issues.

Yeah I'm noticing a bit of a shift in the way a lot of people are viewing GLP agonists. Gut health and digestion should be at the forefront of considerations for anyone with a physique goal 👌

I have felt off over the last week mentally, so hit pause on the peps, got blood work done and worked on brining down the high E2 levels which is what I think caused the mental health issues, feeling more balanced now and will slowly put peps back in; funny how 3-4 weeks ago I had high E2 without any sort of issues then BANG it all came crashing down like a house of cards, and when it does that it takes a little to reset and get the balance back again which I think I have as today I am feeling somewhat myself again. - put Aromasin back in a a regular schedule, started at E2D but moved next dose to E3D; Will re-test E2 levels next week to see what thy're looking like if I am still in balance.

None of this has stopped me working out, still pushed through and got my workouts in, played soccer (injured my knee but still went and did leg day last night lol), hitting diet 90% of the time on the mark but I am going to speak to the coach with putting a small dose in of Cagrilintide to help bring the food noise down, Reta just isn't cutting it for this without running stupid high doses.

Overall I can see that this phase is sharpening up how my body is looking which I am stocked about, but definitley starting to get mentally exhausted under calories restriction, even though the food plan is great and you have a lot of food to eat but at 2000 Calories strength has stalled somewhat.

Cycle:
Test P - 300MG per week, pinned daily
Tren A - 70MG per week, pinned daily
Mast P - 100MG paused

Pep:
Mito Pep Stack - (MOTS-C, SS31 Only workout days), Amino 5 - Paused
Reta 4mg per week - Dropping back to 2mg and will add Cag
Glutathione - 900mg weekly - split into 3 doses - This always feels relaxing about an hour after injection
SLUPP - 80mg Daily - paused
GH - Single dose before bed - 5 I.U - paused, will reduce total dose as i think I was holding a lot of water based on what I can see whilst pausing
GW - 20mg Daily (only active days) - paused

Tell me more about “P”. I’m running Test E and Mast E, also pinning daily. I understand they are all the same compounds but would benefits do you find personally running the faster acting versions?

Will be following tren experience. On my list for later this year 🤫

Quick update on Cag, still going strong and working far better than I thought it would, has pretty much killed all hunger and hunger drive, making it a breeze to stick to my diet plan, I would strong recommend anyone who is finding it hard to stick to a diet even on GLP1's give this a go, the other benefit is being able to reduce the GLP1's which has improved bowl movements.

I am now down in to the 85kg range, I have not been this light since my teenage years, fuck i feel happy getting there, Coach says he can see the difference which makes me feel accomplishment making this tidy up stage worthwhile.

@LH5515 I prefer the shorter oils pinned daily, I find for myself I tend to have steadier levels without peaks smashing me, with Tren A I initially chose the A so if i got into trouble I could have it out of my system in a shorter time, but again I have steady levels without any peaks and just feel locked in and great (LOVE TREN! 10mg Daily), just came down to what felt good for me.

@LevButlerov Zero sides, in saying that it has only been a week but no sides to report, HUGE hunger suppression to the point I could simply not eat and not be bothered by it (I did start at 1mg, maybe had I started lower it may not have had as big of a suppression), It will remain a staple of my protocol until I finally get into the push phase as it has made running the deficit a walk in the park, I think the biggest bonus here is also diggestion is working far better after reducing the Reta down.

Again I am always sceptical but this one for me has proven to be worth its weight in gold in a very short window.
