Decided to start a new log now rather than waiting until the bulk/push starts.
I finished my first cycle at the start of January. The plan is to continue to recomp / slightly lean out while cruising. The will put me in a good position to do what I came here for which is try and pack on some muscle.
History
The below is generally a copy from my first log.
Been training regularly for close to 20 years. Unfortunately you wouldn't be able to tell from looking at me (I guess there's a limit to how much I can do with my frame) (doing a bit better on this after the first cycle).
I started off as a 'been pole' - 6'3" and only 65kg (140lb). *NEW* See photo below of what I looked like before I started training. Note the stick arms.
Made good gains in the first few years and in a few other periods but struggled with injuries at times.
Prior to TRT I don't think I made any gains in the last 5 years despite consistent training and good diet.
Started TRT in June last year. Then started my first cycle in September.
Cycle was originally going to be 400-500mg/week Test E. I think I got up to about 450mg after three weeks. I then decided to introduce EQ to help with E2 issues. Final cycle settled at:
375mg/week Test E and 320mg/week EQ
Final progress pic from the cycle below. I'll give some additional current pics in the next post.
Plan
I am currently running the following from the legends @PharmabolicsOz who also supplied me for the majority of my first cycle:
175mg/week Test E
60mg/week EQ
25mg Proviron
I'll get bloods soon. Ideally I will run test as high as possible and EQ as low as possible while not having E2 issues (probably around where I am now).
I was also lucky enough to start logging for @RegenexPharma . They have been awesome to deal with and provided a lot of good advice and recommendations regarding a stack that suits my goals. I have just started the following supplied by them:
GH - 2.5iu per day
KLOW - 5mg/day
MOTS-C - 4.5mg/week
I don't have anything locked in for the push but I definitely want to include Deca/NPP. Will likely be Test E + EQ + Deca/NPP.
