My first dose of the Spring cycle is in my glute. 200mg Test Cyp / 300mg Deca. Prob won't feel much of an impact till late next week.
Next dose this Friday, so basically doubling the cruise I have been doing since Dec 1. Weight is coming down, I would like to see it continue.
I finished the active reta vial on Monday with a half dose and will re-consitute for next Monday.

@LevButlerov I have 2 vials of Reta and 2 vials of Tirzs. I have never used Tirz. I am thinking I will run the one vial of Reta till it runs out. Then switch to Tirz. After finishing the Tirz, stick to the one I like best. I will use fasting, clen, slu-pp332, aod-9064, mots-c starting in April. I am not going to use T3 or T4 this year. I don't think it is necessary anymore.

I have to bloodwork. I have already started. I am thinking I will run blood work sometime in early March.
that's a good idea in terms of raw appetite control tirzepatide much better but not blood sugar control :D

you dont need a filter needle to draw just a normal 18g to draw

Pretty much. Some use a vial snapper and or a nail file to score where you'll snap it.

Great workout this morning. I feel like I am tightening up and getting stronger. My left shoulder is still a little sore, but it does seem to be improving week to week. I have been focusing on triceps and the tricep pump. Feel pretty strong, would like to see some size on the arms.

Thanks for all the insight on the Test ampules. I'm almost thru with my current test vial, once that clears, I'll start with the new gear from @domestic-supply.com.

The test ampules are 250mg, so I will be bumping up my cycle.

I am a morning workout person. M-F, I am at the gym around 4:30AM, Sat/Sun around 6:30AM. If I am not fasting, I usually have the first meal around 12. I am thinking of using it here. I won't be fasting at this point. Also, I do take a nap sometimes in the afternoon around 2pm or so.
I would like to try this vs the pre-bed routine as I have done that before and want to try something different.

you can try it post training but i mainly like insulin for it, test hgh see how you like it and test your blood sugar @PrinceDaddy

I finished the test vial I had, so next week I will start using the ampules from domestic-supply.com. The ampules are 250mg so my weekly test dosage will go up.

I do think this chart holds true. I should start feeling pretty good after next week. I don't want to be so water bloated this time around. So, we shall see.

Is it still going to be test cyp at 250mg instead of 200mg?

I had to do a double take this morning. I woke up under 190. First time this year. Trending in the right direction. Later I thought my scale was not zeroed out. In any case weight is trending in the right direction so far. As a comparison, this date last year I was 202 on waking and 197 post workout. I suppose I am 10 lbs ahead of schedule.

Had a good leg workout, did banded squats, sissy squats, and leg machines. No leg press today. At the end of my squat routine, I pyramid so it is on the light side. I got a goblet and did some side to side squats. Not sure what these are called. Just googling it looks like it is a lateral goblet squat. These are some the exercises the shapely females are doing. I guess I could work on my booty tool. On that first set, I was sitting on the single glute then the same on the other side. I felt something on that first set. I did a few more and did not feel that same feeling again. It is like my body adapted quickly. Interesting.

Will do another post with my weekly check in photos.

Its funny everytime I start or change something I love that build up period and then when it finally settles in everything just feels amazing, takes a few weeks

Nice work focusing on abs mate. I'm currently trying to make up for neglecting mine for ages. Helps with my lower back as well.

Weight is back over 190. Decent workout today, but I kind of fizzed out mid way thru my shoulders. Got into discussion with one of my friends about retirement and life beyond for us 50 plus folks. Good stuff and needed conversation, but definitely lost a little gym focus.

Today is Superbowl Sunday so I will sit and enjoy the big game. Enjoy some off off diet snacks.

I was debating whether I should start my HGH tomorrow. I've decided to hold off a week. Since I will be using the ampules this week, let's just see how things look and how I feel before adding something new to the mix. One thing a week or so.

Right back on the saddle tomorrow.

Weight is back over 190. Decent workout today, but I kind of fizzed out mid way thru my shoulders. Got into discussion with one of my friends about retirement and life beyond for us 50 plus folks. Good stuff and needed conversation, but definitely lost a little gym focus.

Today is Superbowl Sunday so I will sit and enjoy the big game. Enjoy some off off diet snacks.

I was debating whether I should start my HGH tomorrow. I've decided to hold off a week. Since I will be using the ampules this week, let's just see how things look and how I feel before adding something new to the mix. One thing a week or so.

Right back on the saddle tomorrow.
Looking good and steady progress I see here bro.

Been looking forward to your 4-5iu HGH experience since you first mentioned it in January.

Crazy how my weight just suddenly bumped up. I don't feel like I over-consumed yesterday. It was warmer and i did drink more fluids so possibly a combination of dehydration and rehydration. In any case, keep pushing forward, don't freak out about weight, look for a weekly or monthly pattern vs a daily change.

Decent leg work out this morning. Still dragging a bit, but pushing along. Was listening to a podcast earlier talking about hypertrophy and muscle growth. The point they seem to be making was you need proper nutrition, sleep, supplements, gear, but also to train to almost total failure. That I think is hard to do at my age. Feels like it could be a recipe for injury. I feel like you should be tensing the muscle with a manageable load. I don't know, this is week 2 of the cycle so I do feel like I should be kicking into gear by the end of this week.

Cooked ground turkey 99/1 today. I think I am going to switch up the ground beef/chicken/turkey. I do like beef best, but don't mind the others.
Easy manageable meals flavored the way I like.

Busted my ampule cherry. Not a big deal, broke the ampule top, used a drawing needle. Made sure I got every possible drop and inject away...
Old man reading glasses included...

Have not started HGH yet, thinking next week.

This was an awesome update @PrinceDaddy . Agree that total failure seems like it could cause problems. Our flexibility in tendons and ligaments is reduced either a bit or alot and total failure will certainly place stress here.

I have a pair sitting everywhere in kitchen, bathroom, living room, computer, car, gym bag. I'm usually wearing a hoodie and have them in the front pocket. Sometimes shopping at the store, I'm looking at the nutrition profile if I don't have them I have to use the phone and zoom. Part of aging...

Lifting my left arm, i get nerve pain across the delt. If I warm it up it goes away. If I am doing upper body presses I do broom or twist bar pushes thru the range of motion, that seems to loosen it up. As I type this, nothing hurts, I just feel a little soreness

Wow it's amazing how much your weight fluctuates. @PrinceDaddy I know you've posted that before but that's some big changes. Six pounds is a lot different.

Never going to go wrong with some good specs and updates. Definitely an issue with the shoulder. Make sure you're warming up and make sure you're doing some mobility work and stretching. Hopefully it goes away. Maybe time to break out some healing peptides. @PrinceDaddy
 
Wow it's amazing how much your weight fluctuates. @PrinceDaddy I know you've posted that before but that's some big changes. Six pounds is a lot different.

I think you can see that type of fluctuation across a day. That is why they say you should just measure the same time every day and use the week average as the weight trend. Food, sodium, stress and a whole host of things can move the weight up and down.

I like taking the wake up weight which is around 4AM M-F or 6AM Sat/Sun. I usually go to the gym, later in the morning on M-F I do a 5 mile walk with my friend. I will typically have the BM at the gym when I get there. Between the work out and the walk another few pounds is easy.

I like having both weights, the morning weight being the full but fasted weight and the post workout as the dry weight pushed. In terms of contest weight it is what I'm shooting to be, so I don't have to do anything excessive to make weight.

I am trying to get the weight to move lower. I am really working the abs and vacuums. I added some new variants to the vacuum. I am doing broomstick twists. On the vacuums, I can't really seem to pull in as much unless I have been fasting. I will start fasting at the end of March or early April. I don't feel like I want to start just yet.

Yes for sure. Trust me I can fluctuate my weight better than anybody. In my pictures I made sure to be as dry as possible.

tbh i would do less squats and more isolated movements in your case :D

My shoulder are still giving me trouble, but it is getting better week by week. My frustration is that it is a lingering issue I am working around.
I do broomstick warm ups in front and behind the neck and that does seem to loosen the area up. I just want to feel normal, and it is not at the moment.

Great that your core and waist is in early this year. Didnt it cause you issues last time for the comp?
God I get the shoulder thing. Mine have been shit so I added a high rep shoulder specific day, which happened to be today for the first time. Boy oh boy did I feel every pain individually. Need it really bad this session it seems.

Opened the HGH to take a look. Planning on starting next week. I am thinking 4 iu with the big bolus meal M-F. I have one 100 iu Kit. @domestic-supply.com has provided previously. I don't recall getting bac water in ampules, I'm glad I know how to deal with them now.
The bac water ampules are 20ml, so reconstituting a vial will produce a 20ml solution of 3.3mg vial of Somatropin. So to do 4 iu I would draw to 40 on an insulin pin. Correct? Is my peptide math correct here?

Bro, is the HGH looking really good to be honest with you? I'm not sure on the calculations. I would use a peptide calculator online because I don't want to post what I think and then confuse you more if I'm wrong. @PrinceDaddy

Opened the HGH to take a look. Planning on starting next week. I am thinking 4 iu with the big bolus meal M-F. I have one 100 iu Kit. @domestic-supply.com has provided previously. I don't recall getting bac water in ampules, I'm glad I know how to deal with them now.
The bac water ampules are 20ml, so reconstituting a vial will produce a 20ml solution of 3.3mg vial of Somatropin. So to do 4 iu I would draw to 40 on an insulin pin. Correct? Is my peptide math correct here?

This looks like a fun update right here. @PrinceDaddy nice on the back workout. Seems like you put together some good training, four plates each side. Is definitely strong.

Strong Ab workout today. My core is not usually this strong in February. I am where I would be in early right now. I'm hoping the cutting focus helps me lean the waist.

My shoulder are still giving me trouble, but it is getting better week by week. My frustration is that it is a lingering issue I am working around.
I do broomstick warm ups in front and behind the neck and that does seem to loosen the area up. I just want to feel normal, and it is not at the moment.
@PrinceDaddy sorry to hear about your shoulder, man. You might want to try some mobility exercises to really work out those imbalances and improve flexibility.

Good back work out today. 4 plates each side on the plate loaded row. 6x10 of the dumbbell rows with 130s. Did my walk as well this morning.
Need groceries, will get them tomorrow. No meat. So eggs, bell peppers, onions, and potatoes in egg white tacos.

Basically whatever you put into the vial, the total amount is not going to change so if it's 10IU's in the vial. and no matter how much bac water you put in half will still be 5iu's. a quarter will still be 2.5ius and so on. Keep the math simple and you won't confuse yourself. @PrinceDaddy

The vials have 2ml. So, reconstituting the single vial of 3.3mg of somatropin. I would end up with a 2ml solution. If I was wanting to do 4 iu, would I draw 40 units on the insulin syringe or 80 units since it is 2ml not 1ml?

It is a 100 iu kit, so each vial should be 10iu. The ampules contain 2ml. So if I put in the full 2ml, and I want to do 4iu, how much would i draw on a insulin pin, 40 or 80? Basically at 4 iu, I would think I only have 2.5 doses per vial?

Good workout today. Finally got groceries. Strength is good. Weight is going up. I don't feel like I am overeating, maybe some muscle gain. The muscle bellies do feel thicker.

1mg is usually 3iu's with hgh.

if you wanted to do 4iu's of a 10iu vial that would be 40% of it

😂I did that years ago in a hospital as a trainee. Bits floating all through the solution. They are more fragile than I certainly thought. 🤣

March will be here before you know it. It will be time to get serious. I will get rid of the hair, do bloodwork and see how it looks. I have to say my workouts have been good. I feel like I did not leave any reps in the tank today. Productive workout. I'm not as strong as I was a few years ago but I am getting it done with my current strength level. I feel like I want to rage when someone is sitting on equipment I want to use. I will work around them as long as I can, but towards the end when you have one or two movements left and both machines are occupied. It is what it is, I am learning to find something else and it is ok if I miss it. The muscle won't disappear.
