I have been started doing more core trying to tighten the waist and obliques. I would like to see the weight start to drop. I seem to be holding between 188-194. My nutrition is health and mostly clean with a treat here and there. I would get stricter in Feb.

My biggest frustration is my upper body chest/shoulders just don't feel as fresh as they should this time of year. Not sure why. I have been much stronger, just something feels off on my left shoulder.

Here's how it looks at the moment. Notice the NAD patch. I'm going to say waste of money.

1-2 plates each side, I can sit on it ATG
3 plates to the parallel.
somewhere around 365 it is above parallel.

I think with a good spotter, I think I could do 405 to parallel. I'm just not pushing low enough, too much fear.
 
I mostly like pyramid sets. Helps my movement pattern set. Sometimes I like to drop set the reverse.

Decent work outs as I get ready to start prep soon. We are going to have snow in the DFW area this Friday evening/Saturday. I'm pretty certain my gym will be closed on Saturday. This time of year we have cool days (30-40F) yesterday, then warmer days like today 50s. I am noticing I like warm or hot food on cold days post work out for lunch. Today being warmer, I like a toasted PB sandwich on whole grain. I will have dinner later this evening.

Still very much working the core with vacuums and ab work. Just trying to be early on the waist trimming.

Busy day running errands for me today. It was nice to be back at my old gym for my Thursday workout. With the latest update it looks like the weather is Sat/Sun are going to be weather challenge days. I think I will be able to gym Saturday morning. I think Sat afternoon the sleet, ice and snow will start sticking. I have feeling everything will be shut down after Sat evening into Sunday evening.

I happen to need groceries and of course it was a mad house. Took 30 min to check out. Bare shelves where the meat, bread, water, eggs, all gone. I guess everyone is stocking up. Texas is on its own grid, back in 2020 we had a storm of the century with temps in the single digits and power went out for 3 days. Not bueno.

Starting to think about prep for this year. I am going to back to my 2025 log and pull the bulk cycle I started with in Feb. I don't think I want to do the same this year. I just want a long cut into the July Show. I think I may have time this weekend to start planning.

Keep up the good work on this. I've noticed that your steroids are very mild so I'm excited to see how you increase them going into the show. Not just the steroids you're taking but also the dosing. @PrinceDaddy

Frustrated dad today. My daughter is 18, home from college for the break. I never got her to ride a bike. I though let's go rent a bike and learn.
So, we rent bikes. I show her what to do, I walk with her back and forth on grass catching the bike, holding it letting it go. It just was not her day. Memories flooded back when I tried when she was younger and how I just could not seem to get it done. Of course she was a lot lighter back then.

It just makes me think some people are daredevils. They have no fear. They see it, try it, maybe fail but got at it again with no fear. My kid just has too much fear. I ended just telling her it is not your day. Don't worry it is ok, you will learn some day and you will love it. Today is just not your day.
I do feel many things like running, cycling, bodybuilding have a runway. Maybe you start early in life, maybe late in life. It is never too late.

Anyways, just have to doing your thing, eventually if you love it, you will master it.
My son is 21, never did ride a bike. I got my first bike when I was not yet 3, my future step dad bought it for me trying to woo my mom. I refused to ride it with training wheels and I remember his face, not knowing what to do, but my mom said just take them off so he did and I rode it up and down the hill and ripped it around the corner. No problem. They said I looked like a circus act lol.

It’s a confidence thing. Once you know you can do it you’ve got it, but if you’ve built up fear you can’t get past it. I was like that with barefoot waterskiing. I saw some friends doing it, didn’t know they were like professional level competitors. Didn’t know that was a thing. I figured I was stronger and more athletic than them (👎) so they let me try it and I had one bruise from my shoulder to my knee, they were laughing uncontrollably but also very encouraging . It took me another 11 years to be able to do it well and actually start doing tricks, but one day I just got it and I could stand up smooth and start feeling it out.

Your daughter just needs to feel it once and she’ll have it. Don’t be frustrated just encouraging. It will be so worth it when she feels the wind!

This is looking really good. I like how you're mixing in the testosterone and deca and then also adding in the retatrutide. I like the setup that you have. @PrinceDaddy also using the AI is smart

Prob 1 to 2 doses left. Should be a nice warm up as I'm just basically doubling it

I think I have some aromasin. Question for you. The other addition is HGH. I don't think the IGF or peptides that increase GH have done much for me. I would maybe like to try tesamorelin?

For HGH, I would like to bump the dose, I have done 2iu ED. I am thinking 5-6 IU ED if I can get acquire some HGH kits.

Got some leg work in today. Later and lighter than usual due to the weather delays. Glad to get it done. Decided to just focus on legs and skip some core warm up stuff. Mostly squats and leg machines. No leg press today. Did get some steam and sauna in.

Delayed opening tomorrow as well. So we shall see.

At present, I am doing the following

I do want to run out of the Test/Deca Blend before I officially start my prep cycle. So it may be a little into Feb. I started Dec 1, so I should run out in 1 or 2 weeks.

I think I have some aromasin. Question for you. The other addition is HGH. I don't think the IGF or peptides that increase GH have done much for me. I would maybe like to try tesamorelin?

For HGH, I would like to bump the dose, I have done 2iu ED. I am thinking 5-6 IU ED if I can get acquire some HGH kits.
You don't feel anything from hgh? overall how long were you using it for? I see you say 2 IUs but 5-6 might be hard on your digestion and distention @PrinceDaddy

I've felt decent on HGH. It just the other items that are supposed to stimulate more HGH like IGF-LR3. They did not do too much for me.
Feels like healing and sleep would be improved with HGH. Not sure how much growth I would get with the proposed cycle?

Weight is more skewed today since I had to wait till noon to go to the gym due to weather. Gym was packed. Tomorrow will be the same. Noon opening. I get to sleep in. Trying to stay light on the stomach and not eat too much. A banana and Greek yogurt. No outdoor walking likely this week as it supposed to in the teens the next two days. Trying to make the most of it but it is annoying having to schedule around the weather. I think it may be Wednesday before we normalize.

I am thinking once i get to mid March, just going to chisel to the desired weight.
If I start March 22, it would be 16 weeks. Let's say I shoot for 1.5 lbs week
I am waking upa round 190, that would put me at 166 that week.

Big ice storm since Saturday. Temps in the teens so nothing has melted yet. Tomorrow is likely more delays and limited hours with
Wednesday being back to normal schedule. Roads are very ice rinks. Have to be slow around people and intersections.

I got a very good work out in today. Seems all the people just amp up the motivation level. I have not loaded 4 plates each side on the plate loaded row, but I did today and it felt pretty good.

Since it is 300mg Deca and 200mg Test, just easier on the draw. Was planning on 200/200. Rather be consistent with the measurement.

I have usually matched the test or been under the test when running deca so it I will see how it feels. I have EQ and Mast but I want to save that for the conditioning later in May.

Thoughts on a slow rep sets vs fast rep sets. So imaging you are squatting 225. You do a set of 10 where every rep takes about 5-6 seconds, then you do a set of 10 where its 1 second a rep. I have always thought one works the slow twitch the other fast twitch. You have both, but you may be more dominant in one than the other. For overall growth, maybe try to work out both? Thoughts?

All my fat is on the belly and obliques. I have that turtle belly shape. I'm anxious to see how tight I can get it. The hair grooming will start sometime in March. I might as well stay insulated while it is cold.

I hadn't actually thought about this as a concept. Now I am intrigued. I will do this with my incline flys today and report on how it feels.

I've read plenty over the years about pushing explosively to try and recruit more fast twitch muscle fibres. They generally apply it to the concentric part of the lift right. Usually works best with heavier loads as well, where you're trying t0 push explosively but the heavy load means the weight isn't moving that quick.

It seems to be one of those things that comes and goes though. If it was so effective then wouldn't everyone be doing it by now? You can always do it for one particular lift. Eg say bench press for chest. Use heavier loads and push explosively. Then on the other exercises focus on traditional bodybuilding with slow eccentrics.

Personally I always like slow because you can really focus on the mid muscle connection and maintaining good form for most movements.

Squats I kinda land in the middle. Slowish eccentric but explode outta the hole.

Your thoughts are pretty interesting though. I'd never really considered doing squats very slow throughout the movement. I feel like it might be too taxing on the cardio to do it slow for 10 reps for me personally.

Alot of the time if your holding fluff in the belly and obs, it is water man, may not be as much fat as you think

My biggest goal is to try to reduce the waist as much possible. Not wearing waist trainer yet, but will implement after I get consistently under 180.

If you have seen my previous logs, I do dragon planks. I jump up to the pull up bar and do leg lifts. Windshield wipers. Typically this time of year I am too heavy to execute. I'm executing, not the rep count I usually do when leaner, but still pretty respectable.

My biggest goal is to try to reduce the waist as much possible. Not wearing waist trainer yet, but will implement after I get consistently under 180.

Excited to see everyone's transformations 2026. Motivation for all of us!

Good to get back to the normal schedule. Weather impacts are behind us. Training has been good. Walking is back, being careful on unmelted ice but most of it is gone today.

I finished off my Test/Deca 400 blend. So next week my cycle officially begins. I have a vial of deca 300 and test 200. I am planning on pinning 1cc of each every Tuesday/Friday. Wed/Sat for the AI.

Time to get going.

I am working around my left shoulder, my back seems to be getting stronger. I would say I don't feel weak, but I am favoring my movement on the left side. I did do 4 plates each side on the plate loaded row machine again.

So I started looking for the aromasin. I found the Geneza exemestane 25mg. I only have 6 pills left, so looks like 6 weeks. I may start it next week. I had to look up the generic name vs the brand name. A little confusing sometimes.

My first dose of the Spring cycle is in my glute. 200mg Test Cyp / 300mg Deca. Prob won't feel much of an impact till late next week.
Next dose this Friday, so basically doubling the cruise I have been doing since Dec 1. Weight is coming down, I would like to see it continue.
I finished the active reta vial on Monday with a half dose and will re-consitute for next Monday.

@LevButlerov I have 2 vials of Reta and 2 vials of Tirzs. I have never used Tirz. I am thinking I will run the one vial of Reta till it runs out. Then switch to Tirz. After finishing the Tirz, stick to the one I like best. I will use fasting, clen, slu-pp332, aod-9064, mots-c starting in April. I am not going to use T3 or T4 this year. I don't think it is necessary anymore.

I have to bloodwork. I have already started. I am thinking I will run blood work sometime in early March.
