DHB 350mg
Going smooth getting veiny which is nice.
Started the mass phase switching things up as of now at work I’m doing about 400-500grams a day at work then when I get home it’ll look like this
Low day (non training days)
Protein 400
Carbs. 350
Fat 60
Medium day ( normal training days)
Protein 400
Carbs 500
Fat 60
High day (dynamic leg day) might do 2 of these days.
Protein 300-350
Carbs 700
Fat 0
Upping protein, went lower on the carbs to prevent spillover once I get back to where I was maybe I’ll up them but I’ll run it like this for now
