Week 6 of the cycle.
Test e 250mg
DHB 350mg

Going smooth getting veiny which is nice.

Started the mass phase switching things up as of now at work I’m doing about 400-500grams a day at work then when I get home it’ll look like this

High day (dynamic leg day) might do 2 of these days.

DHB at 350mg with test e 250mg and veins coming in sounds strong for week 6 and you can push loads harder now. :D @Dozer55

Can you lay out some of the food meals that you're getting in? I would like to see what you're eating. Seems like you're getting in a strong amount of protein and carbs. @Dozer55
 
@Dozer55 bros test E and DHB are legit. that is a good stock. how do you keep fat at 0 if you eating all that protein? that hard to pull off lol
I don’t count fat in my protein it’s kinda pointless I eat lean cuts of steak and chicken breast is super low but fats like nuts, oils stuff like that are cut out or the gum carbs as low as I can get I honestly might eat 12grams of fat the whole day on a high carb day

First thing I slam is a protein shake with oatmeal ots hard to eat first thing on the morning.
Meal 2 8-9 eggs with toast but I’m going to back to mostly egg whites so egg whites with 3 whole eggs and either home fries or rice

Meal 3 usually is a pre workout meal so steak and rice 1 hour before serving of cashews on the side
Meal 4 post workout I’ll do at least half my carbs or 30grams of rice square cereal with a little honey fast easy absorbing carbs while my steak cooks then the rest of carbs is rice. Cashews again for added fat if I’m eatting a ribeye I’ll leave the nuts out of the meal.

Meal 5 whatever the wife wants could be fish, chicken or steak again lol and rice or potatoes and veggies. If I’m short on carbs I’ll heat up a little rice.

Meal 6 if iv been on point chicken and rice again with avocado

Dragon it’s just the nature of the drug at around 300 is where I don’t welt too bad with daily injections

The shakes are first thing in the morning or if the wife springs plans on me that never were talked about lol

505 zercher rack pull is massive power!
 
we have 2 training updates so bear with me first one was Wednesday dynamic upper.

1.bench 9x3 185 bar weight with doubled black monster mini bands used 3 grips so 3set close grip/ 3 sets medium / 3 sets bench grip

2. Bamboo bar incline. Since I don’t have the actual bar I just use my Texas power bar and run bands through the holes on the plates and hang them on the bar. Helps with stability but also this is the best way to wrk my pecs at the moment. 3x30

3. Rear delt raise 4x25-30
4. Band tri 250
5. barbell extension 3x15
6. Side raise 4x15
7a calves 4xfailure
7b. Standing abs 4x20

That pop may never go away my left knee is fucked and I get that all the time. If you have the money just run a tri-peptide of healing and see if it helps. My knee is so fucked it didn't do much for me but I need to run it longer.
 
Today was max effort upper. Not a bad day definitely told me I’m not where my triceps once were.

1. Close grip bench. 335x1
2. Jm press 3x8. Only 185lbs in phase 2 of training hopefully I’ll be around 275 again in 3 months

3.a heavy band face pulls did these lying on a incline bench. 3x20
3b. Reardelt swings 3x failure.

4. Band tri extension 100
5. Side delt parcel raises 3x25
Did a few sets of hammer curls and got out
 
It’s weird man I stepped down so my heel pretty much touched my ass and there was a pop and it was good. It just gets a little sore at the top of my knee cap now but it’s pretty much gone.
Careful you doing foam rolling? start it up
 
Man my son was born is its been different being a father, no sleep training when I feel decent and eatting what and when I can. Body gained some fluff from stress but strength is good.

Keeping workouts to 4-5 exercises I’m hitting them hard and getting out. That way I can still get my naps

Sunday- max effort upper
1. Close grip bench got 365 so a 30lb increase
2. Pull ups 4xfailure
3a. Incline facepulls 3x25-30
3b. Side raises 3x12-15
4.band tricep 150
5. Abs 4x30
Really tired that day but I was excited for Monday.

Monday-max effort lower.
1.SSB got 500 no pain. It was fast and light. It felt good…too good so I stopped there and took it as a win I’m still getting my number for my bars and lifts as a starting point to figure out where everything is at.

2. Wide stance good morning. X5-8. Did 295 for a strong 6. Tried 315 and got 3 so I know the window there at least need more low back work for sure l.

3. Leg curls 150 heavy band
4. Belt march 2x2 mins this kicked my ass

Tomrrow I have heavy db rows, abs, calves if I can hit those that’d be great.

Definitely gunna buy a reverse hyper for the house. That built my posterior chain like no other. 700 of rouge. I perfer a certain model westside use to make but I havnt seen any in long time. But I know the rouge reverse hyper is good and will get the job done.

Cycle I dropped the DHB I’m doing,
Test e 500mg
NPP 375mg
Arowmasin 25mg e2d or 3
Nolvadex 20mg ed for the next 2 weeks then eod them hopefully I can stop
I’ll add caber in .25mg ew if prolactin gets out of hand. I’m also trying now to crush my estrogen cause I just learned it helps with igf1 so trying to keepbit a little higher without sides.

The summer cut sneek peak is kind of a muster I have a couple primo left so I could get more of that run it at 400-500 test at 375 then taper to 200mg the last 6 weeks to get dryer and leaner or mast the price on that sky rocketed so we’re gunna have to wait and see.

@Dozer55 that's a lot of weight on close-grip bench. You gotta have a really strong tricep muscle to pull that off.

Definitely gunna buy a reverse hyper for the house. That built my posterior chain like no other. 700 of rouge. I perfer a certain model westside use to make but I havnt seen any in long time. But I know the rouge reverse hyper is good and will get the job done.

Cycle I dropped the DHB I’m doing,
Test e 500mg
NPP 375mg
Arowmasin 25mg e2d or 3
Nolvadex 20mg ed for the next 2 weeks then eod them hopefully I can stop
I’ll add caber in .25mg ew if prolactin gets out of hand. I’m also trying now to crush my estrogen cause I just learned it helps with igf1 so trying to keepbit a little higher without sides.

The summer cut sneek peak is kind of a muster I have a couple primo left so I could get more of that run it at 400-500 test at 375 then taper to 200mg the last 6 weeks to get dryer and leaner or mast the price on that sky rocketed so we’re gunna have to wait and see.
You're one of the few dudes that I've seen using DHB. @Dozer55 also, you sure would like to pump up the testosterone dosage. 500mg is actually low. I would think you'd be on at least 1500mg.

@Dozer55 that's a lot of weight on close-grip bench. You gotta have a really strong tricep muscle to pull that off.
Yes sir the best iv ever done was 405 that was a grind bit after I hit that my bench started sky rocketing. I’m a tricep dominant lifter. Military pressing doesn’t do anything for my bench really even when I seated barbell press 285x6 my bench didn’t really move much but on that close grip I finished the last couple inches by pressing over my face so that tells me they still need more work cause my shoulders took over

Yeah I have a love hate relationship with DHB micro dosing is definitely better less welting till you get to 1/2a ml ed then the welts for me tend to stay. It is a nice lean slow gain but really the welts and waiting so long to go back to the muscle is a pain I think I’m gunna just do the combo of npp/test.

My future cycles are gunna look like this the next 2 years.

I got strong triceps too. But my wrists take a beating
 
Okay training update! This is the past 2 days.

Sunday- max effort upper
1. Close grip bench got 365 so a 30lb increase
2. Pull ups 4xfailure
3a. Incline facepulls 3x25-30
3b. Side raises 3x12-15
4.band tricep 150
5. Abs 4x30
Really tired that day but I was excited for Monday.

Monday-max effort lower.
1.SSB got 500 no pain. It was fast and light. It felt good…too good so I stopped there and took it as a win I’m still getting my number for my bars and lifts as a starting point to figure out where everything is at.

2. Wide stance good morning. X5-8. Did 295 for a strong 6. Tried 315 and got 3 so I know the window there at least need more low back work for sure l.

3. Leg curls 150 heavy band
4. Belt march 2x2 mins this kicked my ass

Tomrrow I have heavy db rows, abs, calves if I can hit those that’d be great.

@Dozer55 seems like you like to train kind of Ronnie Coleman style - go heavy and really high volume on some days. I think with that stack, it makes a lot of sense.

Just don't go overboard and tear out your shoulders or pecs. I've seen countless people do that over the years. Pec tears are the worst. @Dozer55

It’s a fun approach if I had more equipment I’d structure my exercises like a John meadows, the order of them like I do now for weak points but a mile menzer or Ronnie approach for intensity

We’re finally back home. I’m exhausted. Last time might have stabbed my self in the leg so I let my body heal and then I went back to work 4 days early.

Today’s day 2 of rest feeling better, less body pain. More hydrated trying to get 5 meals down today. Tomorrow I’ll start back into training gunna hit some max effort upper body.

I did buy some hgh tho!! With my current money situation I’m only doing 2iu a night. For 7 months and I’ll buy a kit or 2 a month before I run out. Once funds are better and I reach my goal I’d like to run 5iu a night.

My cruise is gunna look like this,
Hgh 2iu a night
Test e 35mg a day

Money is tight so I might give my body a break and just do my cut with 500mg of test and the 2iu of growth plus it gives
My body a break I’ll only throw 50mg of Anavar in the last 8 weeks.

223lbs still just cruising at 250mg of test e a week can’t wait for the hgh to show up
