I did my test only cycle previously and I don’t really remember what I did wrong and I had moderate acne on my back it could be Bcz I had hormonal roller coaster or my diet wasn’t on point and I wasn’t drinking enough water and so on. Why do you need so many supplements for such a small dosage/cycle? It doesn't look like your goal is to put on mass? Are you looking for lean gains?

May be you gotta keep everything under control before it gets too late.
Plus everyone is different some people can have aggressive sides from as low as 150mg a week.

Yeh, that makes sense brother. Was more curious, but also not really considering that everyone reacts differently. I'm always on 500mg test with no obvious sides. There are so many supps, it gets overwhelming, so fuck it, I don't bother with any of that shit. Aside from daily protein drinks, the only other supplement I've had was TUDCA which I bought off ebay and used when I took dianabol for 6 weeks on my very first cycle

Pinning every other day for example if I pin M W F S and then next week Tuesday Thursday Saturday and I pin exactly same time every time I pin



Why am I pinning every other day? Bcz I feel great when I do







I did my test only cycle previously and I don’t really remember what I did wrong and I had moderate acne on my back it could be Bcz I had hormonal roller coaster or my diet wasn’t on point and I wasn’t drinking enough water and so on. I know dumb but it is what it is. So this time I am very strict with what I do so I am gonna start with my diet first

#milk thistle( I don’t take all in one go I mix different supplement every second day.



For example if I am taking tudca today then I will be taking milk thistle the next day they all liver supplements as we all know)

One question please I wanted to ask as long as my bloods are good is it okay for me to keep continuing my cycle or should I get off for a bit?

I got it done last month
Your bloods are incredible not even your liver or kidneys are stressed, keep blasting bro! When you get new bloods be sure and post here.
 
Okay guys so I got my blood work done on Monday and I got the results.
So my AST is a little elevated which could be due to my workout coz I did my workout in the morning it could be due to muscle(red blood cell) breakdown and my total test and free test is a little higher than last time coz i did have a shot that morning as well
Is there anything I should be concerned about? Looking forward to hear from you guys 😊

Sadly there was no papaya at the shops so I am just chiming in banana for alternative

So should I keep continuing my cycle and stretch it to 24 weeks? And then go back to trt dose for about three months then blast again?
You can go higher on the cycle if you feel that's working for you. I would start a bridge though at least 6 weeks TRT bridge @SN1405
 
I think I should just stick with 20 weeks this time and start my trt for 6 weeks from this week and then after 6 weeks I can go back to blasting again
20 weeks is a fair plan lets do it :D

I want to start again and I have done my bloods done this week too everything’s under the range but e2 is slightly high.
So I wanted to know what compound can I add with test? Of course no mast or primo here in Australia atm but what else can I stack test with? @LevButlerov
