Pinning every other day for example if I pin M W F S and then next week Tuesday Thursday Saturday and I pin exactly same time every time I pin
Why am I pinning every other day? Bcz I feel great when I do
I did my test only cycle previously and I don’t really remember what I did wrong and I had moderate acne on my back it could be Bcz I had hormonal roller coaster or my diet wasn’t on point and I wasn’t drinking enough water and so on. I know dumb but it is what it is. So this time I am very strict with what I do so I am gonna start with my diet first

WATER INTAKE 3L
DIET & supplements
BREAKFAST 7:30 am
Smoothie (2 bananas, oats, half avocado, almonds, mixed berries)
4 boiled eggs, around 70 to 80g sweet potatoes plus protein shake
Supplements with breakfast

#milk thistle( I don’t take all in one go I mix different supplement every second day.
For example if I am taking tudca today then I will be taking milk thistle the next day they all liver supplements as we all know)

# gut health+skin
SNACKS (10am)
Apple, papaya, grapes and hand full of nuts
LUNCH ( 12:30pm)
Chicken, rice plus avocado
+protein shake
Supplements
#Fish oils
#vitamin d3
#vitamin k2
#zinc
SNACKS 3:30pm more like a meal but yeah lol
Rice +beef mince+ green peas+ protein shake
DINNER 7pm
either fish, steak or lamp chops with home made potato wedges and some vegetables
Supplements magnesium chelate
Sleep 9pm
