Morning cardio.

I went off plan today with a mate for traning we basically just smashed arms and delts but if fun and a catch up didn't record anything.

With check in tomorrow morning I also threw myself in for a sauna sesh. Well worth it.

Currently relaxing/distressing to put forward my best look in the morning to find out if I've put in enough work.

Bloods are getting done in 2 weeks so we can set a start date for the new cycle.

Im also playing around with a possible new meal plan, I've blown the reverse Kcal's but aspects can be lowered to make it work for the desired cal range as we reverse/head into growth

It's actually gone up even after coming off cycle, my meal timing and plans are souly focused on performance 💪💪

Morning cardio.

I went off plan today with a mate for traning we basically just smashed arms and delts but if fun and a catch up didn't record anything.

With check in tomorrow morning I also threw myself in for a sauna sesh. Well worth it.

Currently relaxing/distressing to put forward my best look in the morning to find out if I've put in enough work.

Bloods are getting done in 2 weeks so we can set a start date for the new cycle.

The goal over the next 4weeks for the reverse and then the following 20 for my long term cycle is to keep fat gain to a minimum I'm talking 2-3kg over the entire 24weeks

With my carb timing and the plan @Gains Man and I have for the BLAST yes 20 weeks high dosage cycle.

Thanks mate, I like to keep things simple yummy and enjoyable the macro split isn't exactly how @Gains Man wanted it but when I sent it through to him he straight up just said I love it. Because once I get into the growth phase this is where the meal plan will end up or go beyond

The cut might be done but the grind does not end just because of that, good habits make things stick and to successfully reverse I'm going to be keeping cardio up 💪 then pull it back a little as the reverse goes on.

On paper the plan is for the new log and cycle to kick off on the 6th of April.

There are only a few things I need to source still but there "have on hand just in case" things like caber.

How to nail a reverse??
In my openion you have to keep out put high, treat it the same as your cut in relation to cardio especially for the first few weeks.

Stick to it, my goals are 70-90mins fasted daily and an extra 70-90mins twice a week.

I've gone from 170g carbs to 300g carbs with a jump like that (600cal) if all cardio was pulled the risk of fast early spill would be high even with 90% of my carbs being peri workout.

Coach and I have nailed out the starting point for the next log and cycle, just have to wait for bloods then if we have the all clear it will be kicking off Easter Monday. That's 25 days to nail the reverse.

I know that with the backing of @Southern Cross Labs , @Unitedau and my coach @Gains Man the reverse and 20 week growth cycle will be hands down a success.

Our Retatrutide is islightly overfilled however, the most important factor is purity. For a peptide to be considered acceptable purity should be at least 97%, and ours consistently tests at around 99%.

In general, most reputable vendors achieve similar purity levels across their peptides.

That said, there has recently been an increase in poor quality peptides circulating in the market particularly products with low purity and sterility issues which can lead to endotoxin contamination.

There is one supplier in particular that a few vendors have used where people have reported poor mixability and cloudy solutions after reconstitution which is a clear quality concern. Please be aware of these issues when sourcing products.

For clarity, we do not deal with this supplier so you can feel confident in the quality and standards of our products. I just wanted to share this insight so everyone stays informed.😊

Keeping carbs around training is definitely the way to do it, especially during this time when the body is the most insulin sensitive 😊 I kept my deficit cardio in until it started to interfere with my recovery when training volume increased again

I think I'm going to keep the daily fasted I'm enjoying it just means more food when I'm in the build
