I think it's a good exercise routine that you put together on the leg day. Mixing in the leg curls and leg extensions and then doing some calf raises alongside of it is a great plan. @electus

Started to work with Dave Crosland, the plan is to drop to 150mg of Testosterone and then do bloodworks, he got me to follow a keto diet for these 2 weeks as a reset and he will build up the diet from there.
keto diet is a good one lets see how you do on it :D @electus
