Not yet but at the rate of growth we are experiencing with in SCL. I may end up stepping out of the loggers roll with in the group and taking up a position as SCL REP. Obviously the boss has to clear that with Eddie because I want to continue logging even if it's not as a "logger" but it's almost at the point we we need the extra set of hands to help keep everything moving forwards and everyone posting.

But that might be changing, have reached out to one of the big big mods because something else may be in the works so I may have permission to run a full copy paste log between both sites whit both still being "verified" we will have to wait and see what the outcome is
One of the main contributions is how in depth and detailed each post is planned to be.
Maybe it will have to be day by day schedule on each log. But that's why I'm in talks with this high up person.

It's a hell of a drug, it fucks everything up so much bro, between my rec drugs and alcohol abuse that's why I was "enhanced" before I ever stood foot in a gym meaning natural comps were out the window just because of prescribed trt, after learning that and getting the true itch a year ago I went fuck it and wouldn't change a thing, I would have done things differently if I could go back (like stock up on mast while it was readily available*took my life away many times
(This is 100% on me no matter what my problems were at the time, I'm still accountable & to blame for my own actions)

Shaker 1 aprox 700ml
1 serve hydration/eaas
2g taurine
1g l-tyrosine
9g creatine
5g L-glutamine
Shaker 2 aprox 700ml
Splash of diet rite
Shaker 3 aprox 700ml
1 serve hydration/eaas

In relation to being rested and well recovered the day prior is always a full rest day. I aim for a little extra sleep that day as well.
Pin wise I'm aprox 24hrs post last test pin
But yeah that is the plan.
Go do this in just over 2 hrs
Do some shopping
Come home eat
Go train might hit upper because I skipped that yesterday but it will mean one lower day this week. Hmmmm I'm going to spend a little time this morning going over my meal plan and making it rely less on powders as it was only meant to be get me out of trouble post gastro this plan.
