Looking good brother and a little tidy up before you push is a smart idea!

Im gonna be that guy though lol, take it as you want haha.

Why do you need nearly a gram of gear to tidy up? Where is that going to leave your anabolic runway when you decide to push?
AAS should be on cruise dose while you tighten things up composition wise and will allow you to get all your blood work cleaned up at the same time. No point pushing if your body is already under significant oxidative stress.

Addition of dhb before you push doesnt make sense in my eyes. You will only skew health before you have even shifted into your growth phase..

Whats e2 look like running eq higher then test. Have you had lcms e2 bloods done to see where your ratio should be?

Reality is your already in a push and are going to force yourself to stay in a highly stressful state anabolic wise for too long as your doses are already huge.

Where insulin sensitivity at and have you checked hba1c, got recent bloods for us brother?

Apart from your current cycle, moreso its timing before you push everything else looks pretty good.

One other thing i noticed though is why such a high dose of vit D?
At that dose hypercalcaemia is given a significant opportunity to come to the table and presents some seriously sides with prolonged use at that dosage.
Also its effect on blunting you gh-igf1 axis.

Welcome to evo brother will be following along 👊🏽🔥

hey bro appreciate the feedback load's, my main reason behind the log is for a learning experience so this is the best start i could’ve wished for.

I was originally at 250 test 175eq for the first 5 weeks while push then upped the dose to the current but over the past few weeks had a bit of slip up weight wise so am just doing a small mini cut for 2 weeks or so to just strip it off.

Test is currently being ran higher than eq which i’ve found to be a pretty sweet spot for my e2.

Blood glucose was at 4.6 so still great.

and that knowledge about Vit D is great to know and will definitely keep an eye out for thankyou, i was recommended a higher amount as im a nightshift worker and rarely get a opportunity to get natural sunlight as much.

Broo lol sorry ledge im flicking through a heap of logs and misread. I was reading the vial doses not your actual dose 💀🔫🤣

Thats much better then. You running gh?
I still feel the addition of dhb is the wrong move and should save it for your push.

Hey mate, welcome to Evo.

Nice start to your log. Your split looks ok and your meals definitely look on point.

You look really good in your photos. For 23 that's actually pretty crazy! Not sure about the gear at 23. Although I guess if you have the genetics for competing and that's where you want to go then it's sort of understandable.

Will be following along for sure.

Welcome to Evo @jplayer32 and a really nice start to your logging here. Our mods will tune you up on logging and one of our legends @Allupfromhere is already all over this I see.
Personally, I would love to see a breakdown of exercises, sets and reps on your unique training program. Going to enjoy watching this journey to 95kg brother 🩵
yeah that’s exactly what we’re here for though, the guidance and knowledge is greatly appreciated along side the fantastic assistance from @PharmabolicsOz i’m hoping to make some massive improvements this year and if i can get the size on me hopefully hop on stage next year.

Nice, definitely get some lcms e2 tests done so you can maximise your most effective level of e2, without high sides, and capitalise of igf1 conversion. Without that test you could be leaving gaines on the table.

I wouldnt specifically look at a bf% or caloric intake number to bring in dhb.

Maintain insulin sensitivity.
Push food slowly as much as you can without spilling over.
Then bump peds and go again when growth stalls then bring in dhb to give that next push.

Capitalise on every step before you bring it in because you wont be able to run in long with out your ggt bouncing high its just simply too toxic.

Welcome to Evo bro & PharmabolicsOz team👊, we’re thrilled to have you on-board!💪

Nice intro, recomp first is a smart move, especially before pushing BW harder. Training split might look a bit different but there’s a clear plan behind it and recovery/cardio are in a good spot. Nutrition is solid, plenty of protein and carbs where they matter, and supplements are health-focused which is what we want!
i’m not quite familiar with a lcms test sorry, what does that partake?
It's just E2 measured by LC-MS/MS. LCMS stands for Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry. It’s the gold standard blood test for measuring hormones like E2 accurately.
@PharmabolicsOz didn’t miss when it came to the delivery day that’s for sure.
Always happy to help🤝. Excited to see your progress.

@jplayer32 Beligas is a solid brand so I'm glad that you're using them. EQ and testosterone is good. I like how you keep the EQ higher than the testosterone. A lot of people will disagree with that but I think it's a good way to let the EQ roll.

Sounds like a good meal with the beef mince, spaghetti, tomato paste, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Sounds like something really good and I like the broccolini and jasmine rice as well with the beetroot. @jplayer32

Little update for everyone today. Morning weight 86.5kg calories still sitting the same and weights dropping pretty consistently. Holding off a little longer with the dhb and halved the total androgenic load while tidying up. been having some knee/mls impingements the past couple of weeks (walking up stairs/ getting out of the bed in the morning have even become difficult and struggling to find the source) so hopefully i can sort that out soon and any recommendations or tips will be useful.

Little update for everyone today. Morning weight 86.5kg calories still sitting the same and weights dropping pretty consistently. Holding off a little longer with the dhb and halved the total androgenic load while tidying up. been having some knee/mls impingements the past couple of weeks (walking up stairs/ getting out of the bed in the morning have even become difficult and struggling to find the source) so hopefully i can sort that out soon and any recommendations or tips will be useful.
you're looking good but would like to see training food too :D
love your arms and shoulders @jplayer32

Looking great brother, have you done bloods recently to see if anything is out regarding the knee pain etc?

i was thinking it might’ve been my e2 at first but my test was sitting at 1776.66 ng/dl and my e2 came up at <70 so i didn’t think that was terrible ratio but might have to make some adjustments

Massive update for everyone today. we have entered back into the build phase now that coach is happy again. Current body weight sitting comfortably at 87.1kgs and training has been going fantastically other then that knee issue that’s been hindering leg training which i have now implemented 500mcg of bpc/tb500 to hopefully help with.

My daily Macros have been adjusted to 3646Cals with 264P//504C//59F included the introduction of a intra (Looking for recommendations on Intra brands) which have been used very effectively with training. Daily steps have been consistent hovering around tha 9k mark which has been working very well.

I’ve just had confirmation on having Sleep apnea so i’m hoping getting on top of that will improve my recovery tenfold.

Was looking into adding in Glutathione to help with some of the oxidative stress but was told that some brands have a terrible pip so will also appreciate any recommendations on brands / experiences.

Now for everyone’s favourite part. with the calories and weight going back up i will be returning the gear doses back up to the desired ratios for this push.
(Beligas) Test e - 357mg

(Beligas) EQ - 280mg

(Beligas) DHB - 210mg

(Generic) HGH - 3.6iu pre bed

Yes i’m aware i really do need to work on my posing 🤣🤣

yeah we will definitely be playing around with carbs a lot, trying to settle on a intra brand as of right now and considering adding insulin down the line

Another massive update for you all. We have now worked the weight up to 88.6 at a very steady rate without adding an excessive amount of fat onto the frame at all while still feeling very full. current macros have now reached 4016Cals with 268P // 569C // 69F which has improved training immensely including the addition of intra carbs throughout the workout. steps have been at a very steady 7-8k daily with 20min cardio 3x weekly.

With AAS i’ve left the cycle at the orignial dose without any issues as of yet with the DHB. HGH has been increased to a AM/PM split to see if i find any personal benefits.
357 - Test E
280 - EQ
210 - DHB
6iu - HGH
40mg - Slu-pp-332 (Oral on training days)

Training wise i’ve been increasing majority of my lifts which i can probably thank the calories for. My knee impingements have finally cleared up so leg training is back in full force.

Have been questioning adding Pre/Post workout insulin to help take some load off the pancreas. would love to hear some feedback and opinions on this idea or even some tips and tricks of the trade as this will be my first time deep diving into slin.

Again at your age (23) I'm not seeing the need to be on cycle. That said use the MINIMUM, stay on VERY LITTLE and do a proper PCT
that’s a completely fair personal opinion to have but with certain goals that require certain actions necessary i don’t see it as unnecessary. there are currently pro’s and olympians that are 23 years of age

@jplayer32 those are some interesting dosing on the PEDs. I like how you have it on the exact number. That is pretty funny stuff.

Bros, why do you want to add insulin unless you're competing? There's no need for it. Maybe try some peptides instead. @jplayer32

the exact number is mainly just cause cause i do daily injections and with the oils being high dosages the numbers worked out a little bit differently.

Test e 300 - 17units daily = 357mg

EQ 500 - 8units daily = 280mg

Six IU's of HGH is a really strong dose. @jplayer32 very tough on the wallet as well. Have you considered dropping the dose a little bit down just to save a little?

@jplayer32 how does the slu help you on training days/ is it giving you more energy? I haven't tried that yet so I'm kind of interested in some of these new peptides that everybody's using.

How would adding insulin take some load off the pancreas? That doesn't make much sense. I would probably go for something like RETA instead. That is far safer. @jplayer32

i’m only on a generic HGH so it isn’t too pricey and personally fits into my budget. if i was to use pharma grade i’d definitely be dropping the dosage but the price it’s at in aus just isn’t worth it tbh

personally i can’t fault it my energy is sky rocketed and it has a massive lift of benefits. definitely worth doing some research and having a look into

from the research i’ve done a high carb diet is rather tolling on the pancreas and it struggles to upkeep the insulin production therefore adding exogenous insulin will be giving it a break from the excessive use even if it’s just around those really high carb pre and post workout meals

appreciate both of these guys, this will be a big year and i’m excited to see what i can make happen with the support from @PharmabolicsOz i hope you guys stick around for the journey and enjoy the progress/ process

depends on the carbs. but its more complicated then what you are saying. but its good you are researching

so between mots-c, slu, and semax which one would you like the best ?

overall goal is to compete but main thought behind adding a low dose of insulin would mainly be just to take some pressure off the pancreas around those very high carb times
Bros, as others have said, I think you should wait on the insulin until you're really ready to compete.

Looking good brother but im with @LevButlerov on this, its hard to say if slin is the right play here on not. Havent seen much on your log to accurate asses. Hows insulin sensitivity at the moment? Have you had any recent bloodwork done brother?

500ish grams of carbs isnt a huge amount to possibly warrent the use of slin at this stage. But up to you brother.

@jplayer32 I’ve never used insulin but I know it has some great benefits

Another huge update for everyone following along. weight has been increasing very consistently over the past few weeks with body composition holding on quite nicely sitting at a very respectable 91.0kg this am with everything moving smoothly. Total calories are currently sitting at 4200kcals consisting of 268P // 615C // 69F which has been very enjoyable and definitely no struggle to get down. strength has been increasing very well across the board with current focus on training going towards legs/ lats which are my 2 main struggle body parts wise.

AAS have been dropped down currently to take a break on the body so i’m sitting at:

Test E- 210mg

EQ- 140mg

DHB- 70mg

Personally i’ve found this to be a very nice sweet spot with the high food. i haven’t been needing to push the total MG load with the use of dhb and it has been making for a very nice addition to the cycle. I have about 4-5 weeks left at this dosage before i get my bloodwork done again and make the decision of if we continue to push or take a little break from the push phase and tidy up again. so if anyone has any specific requests on tests to get bloodwork wise regarding the dhb im more than happy to add them in seeing as we don’t have a whole lot of data on the compound.

EQ- 140mg

DHB- 70mg
