Was going Great! On my last set of 3s!! Felt a pop on on left upper hamstring, glute. Didnt hear it felt it. So I stopped! Not a lot of pain at the time of but got tight it is tender I got a limp. I can best weight go up down stairs. I hit ice. Heat made it to my primary care doc.today with in hours Hes trying to pull strings Yo hrt me into a sports med Doc get ultrasound diagnostics done asap hopefully Monday!! Im praying he can pull some strings see severity. So we’re going to prob need more tb 500 and bpc 157 for direct injection in hamstring @~Vision~ @PSL @Phill
Im 6 weeks out Im pretty bummed! But optimistic. 💪🌸
Fuck!! Timing sucks for this. Hopefully it can fixed up super quickly sister. 🤞big time 🩵

Only ever trained with Mr. RR & Only had Powerlifting coach a couple of years 2016-18 in my 40s Hes pretty well known in PL community. Pretty strict old school ish. And did equipped PL. Learned from that. Learned about tapering and more specific strength training I guess. But primarily ourselves. Mr. RR leads me!!! We train the same style. Hes super knowledgeable just from reasearch. Already had a base of strength by working just the 2 of us for years. 💪🌸
Yeah Roid Rage definitely knows his stuff.

Thx I pray this is minor set back. Mr RR order bpc157.and tb500. I always appreciate your optimism. Kinda scary having a pop like this in hamstring during heavy deadlifts. 6 weeks out not ideal but will make best I can. 🤞🙏🏻💪🌸

Idk. I can walk bear weight. Got peptides going there have had them going into my left knee now moved up to glute hamstring. Will try cardio and light movements that don’t hurt.

No bruising is great. Hopefully a minor strain. If you can feel it in the glute it's high and central so that has the best chance of repair. Fingers and toes crossed for you 🩵

Increasing the times we bench each week to 3-4 times per week since we are not squatting or deadlifting this week. We did 3 sets regular bench today and 2 sets close grip vs 5 sets and 2 sets of wide and 2 sets close. Will do wide grip on a few days and maybe incline dumbell. This way we are recovered each time we go in. Low volume.

Wish I could bend over put in my socks a little easier. That left straight leg not much range there. It stretches pretty tight hurts. If it hurts don’t do I it for now. Happy lifting 💪🌸

No pain on leg drive is super positive. Good call on not doing anything that aggravates the area including socks wear install 🤣🩵

Did a little bit today! Do I saw sports medicine doc today. X-ray fine. He did in office ultrasound did find a partial tear. He thinks about 30% follow with a MRI so awaiting insurance Auth for this. Uhg!
Ultrasound of left posterior hip: Equipment: Sonosite Edge II ; 12-5 MHz linear transducer Findings: Partial proximal hamstring tendon tear involving the lateral aspect of the conjoint tendon. No significant hematoma.

He says he sees no safe path to Nationals May 26th given the time Line. He feels at least 6 weeks minimum it could heal completely if I don’t tear it more and then ultimately need surgery. Normal yo take a few months he said. Says to do Physical Therapy. Not sure if it’s necessary. But might go for a couple visits. Get idea of game plan. Peptides been. Going in already
