Made them bolded and very apparent since no one but @Npcclassicphysique champ noticed. thanks bro! 🤣 I got no love yet for my BIG ASS lPR on Bench last Monday!! Lol. Bern working I. This goal since 2016!! Check now I gotta get a new goal for Bench! Bigger and better! I feel the stack fully on now! Excited to switch out Anavar for NPP soon! @PSL and @~Vision~ these are exciting times my awesome husband as my coach and cheer squad & my love, my hard ass training in gym and PSL is cherry on top! I am Blessed for sure. Happy Lifting everyone ! 🌸💪

Happy Monday ! Had a great squat day! Took a long time but was Fun to get to 265x3x3 up from 245x5x3 last week. So 20lb jump was sweet jump! Plus I jumped up my pause squats 20lbs as well. My scaps n traps really hurting on squats trying to stand up straight pull shoulders back each rep. but powered through that. Then did leg press, I was fried by that time so did a full range on legs. Will hit hams glutes RDLs/straight legs on deadlift days from here on out. Progressing nicely!! Let’s see what Bench brings tomorrow….will I try 200lbs????🤔 happy lifting💪🌸

Well today as not all out like last week! Last week felt invincible on Bench day. Today was hurting through my elbows and traps inner back/scapula. Squats yesterday kicked my ass. I usually need more carbs on squat day. Thought I ate enuff! I think my body just not used to heavy volume! And bench falling on day 2 of 2 in a row not recovered enuff. I was able to make triples out of 155lbs incline. Was gonna shoot for 165 3-5 reps but nature said nope! I threw on my elbow sleeves and wrist wraps early. Helped some. Was just heavy and hurtin. Will re coup for next Week. Got 2 days off the gym! Started my NPP today Instead of waiting till Friday! Will taper the Anavar over the rest of the week. Starting week 6

PEDS : week 6-13
HGH 2.5iu daily 5/2
Test Cyp 12.5mg weekly
Primobolan 37.5mg weekly
Anavar 10mg Overlap w/NPP- taper to 5mg Then off this week
NPP 12.5mg Weekly

I get twinges as I warm up then no pain etc at all on max sets
