Started Semaglutide again last Monday 17th. that is the only new thing. The NPP should be fully on board. See next week how Bench is feeling. Keeping on!![]()

Was a grueling long exhausting deadlift day. Did all exercises on same platform with just Barbell! Lots of PRs on accessory’s which was not specifically planned. By the time shrugs were due I was spent but my usual 225lb was light. I planned to up it already but was pleasantly surprised to find 245 to be pretty smooth. Bent-over Rows however were heavy! Moving Ali g nicely though. I think taking off Legs/squats prob helped with recovery. All have a good weekend. Happy lifting!
