Tried for a heavy bench didn’t happen! I failed 205! It’s ok. I did make up for it on close grip bench. Felt ready. Mr. Did kick Ass got big pr on bench 375!!💪 proud of him!
Started Semaglutide again last Monday 17th. that is the only new thing. The NPP should be fully on board. See next week how Bench is feeling. Keeping on! 💪🌸

Was a grueling long exhausting deadlift day. Did all exercises on same platform with just Barbell! Lots of PRs on accessory’s which was not specifically planned. By the time shrugs were due I was spent but my usual 225lb was light. I planned to up it already but was pleasantly surprised to find 245 to be pretty smooth. Bent-over Rows however were heavy! Moving Ali g nicely though. I think taking off Legs/squats prob helped with recovery. All have a good weekend. Happy lifting 💪🌸!

@RoidRageWife very powerful deadlift day indeed sister :D I've met multiple guys much bigger than you that can't pull 295 for 5, you're very impressive.
