My Body Weight is creeping up I think I’ve succumbed to the fact I will be in a higher weight class than I planned which is fine. If 67.5kg is where my body needs to be right now, I just gotta work harder. Will be more competitive!!
I feel like things are progressing well! It’s getting fun seeing the gains. Even at the gym 24hour, we’ve been at a diff location than our “home” location, and people we don’t know come up to us and complement us on our physiques and training ect… another couple that train together were picking our brains and very Inspired! They look to be powerlifters also. Felt great! Then we went to Costco a location where we don’t ususally go to, the guy checking us says “hi I don’t know if you know me but I see you guys at the gym all the time. “ He Said something like I watch you guys workout. Was weird. I have no idea so many people just watch or even notice us. We just go in and work out. Sorta mind our own business. I guess we have a fan club lol!I guess we’re the power couple! So were Inspiring others to be better! That’s a cool thing! Once Mr. RR gets his Trainer certification he will be able to do more. Today felt good I have a bit of a strained trap/scapula area muscle. Stiff tight I may have strained it at work had bariatric patient (Obese) she’s 300lbs and paraplegic so we have use a ceiling lift with her to move her. I had to lift her large very heavy dependent legs to place the ceiling sling under her. Was fine in the moment! Ofcorse I Had help but I felt it an hour later. So gotta nurse that damn it all!!! Ice crap outta the area sore and eat little extra protein carbs! Heal up and back to usual grind!! The PEDs are definately in FULL effect as I felt a lot better than expected with this area hurting!! I work around it. But damn I really wanted to up the weights anyhow. Was wow that feels so easy and smooth and strong. I feel it more this cycle than any cycle I’ve done. Maybe the stack with Primo on board now fir 2 weeks along with TRT Var.@~Vision~ PSL, I can only say is WOW! Thank you. And Let The Gainz Begin!

Feeling strong as F!! Chest was fun today. Walked into the gym all 3 flat benches were being used. Mr RR Asked a guy how many sets left he said 2! We’re like cool. Guy looks at me and says, I’ve never seen a woman as ripped and shredded as you before nice with a knuckle bump! I said thanks with a big smile. Lots of years of hard work. Maybe I should start wearing Tshirts again. We Did our usual warm up then just went to my max without my elbow sleeves even did pause rep at 185 (competition requires a perfectly still pause at the chest) then did a touch n go rep at 195 baby!!was pretty freaking excited about this! This is a lifetime PR. So I’m on my way to 205lb 1 rep max already. So May have to increase my end goal. Body feels good no aches or pains today really. @~Vision~ Purity Source Labs stack fully onboarded and it shows!! Last taper I was about 6 weeks off my cycle just on TRT end of Dec I got 185 struggled some. Today it flew up. My butt did feel like it was off bench with 195lbs. My leg drive was definately in use! Next time I try it will hopefully be ass on the Bench with a pause. Gotta have ass touching bench and my ass is smaller too lol. Mr. Did awesome on his singles as well. Both of us are firing on all cylinders!
I cranked out my working sets with 165lbs. I thought I was on my 3rd last set so I did AMRAP. It was only set 2! So I had to do that twice! That’s a PR too as I’ve never done working set 165 for that many reps. Rest of my lifts were feeling easier as well. Very strong kick ass kinda day. I wish I could see myself doing that rep! Had a pretty good deadlift day. No PRs. Back is still lagging behind unlike my bench which is kicking ass! I’m still nursing a left trap/scapula strain from my job!. I felt great on chest day Monday but I must have aggravated the scapula-back cuz it got stiff sore that night. Having said that, Deads Felt better than expected today! I still Increased my weight by 30lbs did my 5rep sets. I didn’t want to overdo it. Worked on keeping my ass down on Deads! Deads should be a lot further along by now! Not gonna lie I am a bit frustrated! Esp since this is the biggest stack I’ve been on!! Had to back off a little on Bent over rows and shrugs that’s ok. I’ve been trying to eat my way out of this back strain injury. My body weight is creeping up. I’m def holding some water in these muscles! I think finally stabilizing weight since I added the primobolan to mix with the Var. So getting ready to wind down the Anavar and swap that out with NPP next week. We’re in Week 5. This will mess with weight too I’m sure…. and we just started creatine as well!! So maybe I will just watch calories a bit closer clean up the diet a little. But my strength is going up nicely. And should be able to drop water easily if it comes down to it!! Added chia seeds to diet extra omega 3 and a good fiber source. Let’s finish week strong!![]()

Happy Monday ! Had a great squat day! Took a long time but was Fun to get to 265x3x3 up from 245x5x3 last week. So 20lb jump was sweet jump! Plus I jumped up my pause squats 20lbs as well. My scaps n traps really hurting on squats trying to stand up straight pull shoulders back each rep. but powered through that. Then did leg press, I was fried by that time so did a full range on legs. Will hit hams glutes RDLs/straight legs on deadlift days from here on out. Progressing nicely!! Let’s see what Bench brings tomorrow….will I try 200lbs????happy lifting

Deadlifts went without a hitch haha don’t want I hitch your deadlifts up! Upped my last working set another 20lbs still got 5s as planned! Was happy with that. Still feel behind on my Deads compared to my squats and bench. Was pretty exhausted though. Didn’t get much of anything else done. Will make up tomorrow with accessories Lats some Rows biceps.
I felt pretty good today, my trap scap issue from work feeling pretty good didn’t bother me today so far!! I took 2nd shot of NPP/Primo/test Cyp. today one last 10mg dose Var! Will cut back to 5mg then stop Monday. Just Injections on Monday and Fridays now.
No real issues with sides. lt seems my face skin feeling a little bit more oily. Maybe a bit on my scalp, my hair is usually not oily but noticed a bit more of it last couple weeks! But not any acne or excessive hair issues. Since my menopause started couple years ago, it just has kinda been mild to moderate with that. Vascularity has been higher last several weeks. Haha you’re a funny dude @LevButlerov! They may be deep but them glutes have lost some serious power, prob some with the weight loss I believe. Sumo Deadlift should be much stronger. Deadlifts went without a hitch haha don’t want I hitch your deadlifts up! Upped my last working set another 20lbs still got 5s as planned! Was happy with that. Still feel behind on my Deads compared to my squats and bench. Was pretty exhausted though. Didn’t get much of anything else done. Will make up tomorrow with accessories Lats some Rows biceps.
I felt pretty good today, my trap scap issue from work feeling pretty good didn’t bother me today so far!! I took 2nd shot of NPP/Primo/test Cyp. today one last 10mg dose Var! Will cut back to 5mg then stop Monday. Just Injections on Monday and Fridays now.
No real issues with sides. lt seems my face skin feeling a little bit more oily. Maybe a bit on my scalp, my hair is usually not oily but noticed a bit more of it last couple weeks! But not any acne or excessive hair issues. Since my menopause started couple years ago, it just has kinda been mild to moderate with that. Vascularity has been higher last several weeks. Libido had a little lift since start. I will see if that changes with NPP now. Now to eat! Have good weekend, Happy Lifting folks!![]()
I'm sure you can lose power when weight fluctuates, but the key is strong tight glutes sister @RoidRageWifeHaha you’re a funny dude @LevButlerov! They may be deep but them glutes have lost some serious power, prob some with the weight loss I believe. Sumo Deadlift should be much stronger. I’m not close to my best of 385lbs! As we know you can’t just rely on the AS to bring it to u easy. Thank you very much @PSL and @~Vision~ fir the beautiful products. First have to know how to do the proper training have a plan. Was a grueling long exhausting deadlift day. Did all exercises on same platform with just Barbell! Lots of PRs on accessory’s which was not specifically planned. By the time shrugs were due I was spent but my usual 225lb was light. I planned to up it already but was pleasantly surprised to find 245 to be pretty smooth. Bent-over Rows however were heavy! Moving Ali g nicely though. I think taking off Legs/squats prob helped with recovery. All have a good weekend. Happy lifting!
