🩸Due for my first set of bloods in 11 days, interested to see the results of my first ever "cycle".

Going to be trying out some Primo also, trying to narrow down a proper dose however looking at matching Test-E or running 100mg higher.

@CookieBaah excellent job on this. The training looks fantastic. You're pushing yourself hard, which I have a lot of respect for.
 
Yeah kinda of why I was going to start with a more conservative approach and match my test,
And work from there, with my bloods.

As for Reta, I do run it at every 6 days,
I had success with 1mg for about 5 weeks with food noise, and feeling fuller through the days.

Spent the last 4-5? Weeks slowly Titrating up,
But have also since added TRT and Slu-pp-332, which may be causing hunger also.
bros i like that approach. keeping it smart with the trt, slu, and reta. that is the best thing @CookieBaah

You'll like this. I use anavar pwo sometimes.


Reta produces it's more noticeable effects after 24 weeks as per the clinical studies and it's most profound and maximum therapeutic benefits after 48 weeks. I am finding this myself as I go into my 12th week on Reta as well. I'd keep it on board and titrate up as you go keeping in mind there no more clinically significant effects between an 8mg dose and a 12mg dose except side effects with the sweet spot for most subjects being 4-6mg.

Umpire was adamant it was me throwing punches,
And sends me off,
But the guy on the oppositions side who punched more than one person, was kept on, go figure.

Still yet to replicate how I felt when I was first starting.
(Probably was also feeling really disciplined in my cut, so Probably had more will power also)

Arvo shift bedtime into a wake up with the toddler isn't ideal, but we do what we gotta do.

Wife took the kids to the playground with her side of the family whilst I went to the gym,
Had a real good session,
Enjoying where things are headed at the moment,
May have been a little naughty and repped out a 10 rep set when it was only meant to be x3,
But ohwell, was feeling good in myself.

Cruisy early afternoon, then headed to work,
The afternoon shifts surely aren't my favourite, but ya get that.


Spent the day trying to chase up my blood results,
All for me to not actually get the full thing once they were sent,
The Lab I used caps Total T at 35,
So they couldn't do an accurate calculation of my free test.

I will however still upload the results I have,

I don't get primo at that dosage. If you're going to run primo, might as well run it at least 300 mg.

looking at your bloods now I think you can do 50mgs eq and up your test at least to 300mgs :D primobolan a waste for you tbh @CookieBaah

EQ shines in a long length of time like 16 weeks and controls e2 better. Bump TestE to 300+ mg and use bloodwork to adjust EQ accordingly.
More bang for your buck with EQ over Primo.

Im gonna go the other way here, are you using primo anabolic load or simply as e2 control? Primo here will be much easier to dial in as the ester is faster and not requiring lcms bloods work which then takes a further 2 weeks to get back. Ultimately could be waiting up to 7 weeks to accurately gauge eq influence on estrogen.

At 200mg test your e2 was in range still so you dont aromatise heavy and eq could be a little to aggressive towards e2 levels.

My 2c based off the bloods im seeing and e2 levels.

Move test to 300 and bring primo in at 100. Pull bloods again in 4 weeks to how much it has influenced estrogen and adjust if needed.

Very well articulated point as the effects on e2 that EQ can have can be profound and crushed e2 levels (for me) put me in dire straights. Perhaps since you're not a high aromatizer you can get away with Primo without bringing in the big guns like EQ. I'd still keep an eye on things with bloodwork however.

Off season I agree @CookieBaah when Test/Test derivative load is higher you can start with a 2.5-2:1 ratio of Test/EQ.

Would anyone here approve of bold cyp if you even get it for this circumstance? More as a way to mitigate side effects with a shorter ester just incase the response isn’t great? I feel you could run this, if it’s good switch to eq and if it’s not working for you you could switch to primo. Just a thought πŸ˜€

Body woke itself up, wouldn't have been mad about an extra halfa though.

Got up and went and got a coffee and a cookie for the toddler,
He wasn't too happy I was leaving the house, so was just as easy to take him.

Then went and got a run in,
(As work was going to make me miss Football Training tonight.)

Haven't done just a normal "hit the road running" type run in ages,
Got maybe a bit over zealous and hammered it a bit quick,
Ended up getting a stitch that spread through my whole torso,
So I walked for a couple of minutes (300meters) then got back to it at a slightly slower pace, felt good nonetheless.


Started my new 16 week Cycle today,

Got up and went and got a coffee and a cookie for the toddler,
He wasn't too happy I was leaving the house, so was just as easy to take him.

Bit of a cruisy mid part of the day,
Then went and got a run in,
(As work was going to make me miss Football Training tonight.)

Haven't done just a normal "hit the road running" type run in ages,
Got maybe a bit over zealous and hammered it a bit quick,
Ended up getting a stitch that spread through my whole torso,
So I walked for a couple of minutes (300meters) then got back to it at a slightly slower pace, felt good nonetheless.

I find trap deadlifts harder/heavier than conventional and I dunno why.

Off to work for my final arvo shift of the week,

So I finish at 11pm and am back at 7am.
